    СИСТЕМА ГЛУТАТИОНА УЧАСТВУЕТ В РЕГУЛЯЦИИ АПОПТОЗА ОПУХОЛЕВЫХ КЛЕТОК

    The research objective is to determine the role of the gluthatione system components in realization of the receptor pathway of Jukart tumor cell apoptosis.Apoptosis realization using FITC-labeled annexin V and propidium iodide as well as the amount of TNF R1- and Fas-presenting cells has been evaluated by flow cytofluorometry; activity caspase-3 registered a spektroflyuorimetrichesky method. The concentration of reduced and oxidated gluthatione has been determined by spectrophotometry.The material for the research was intact Jukart tumor cells and the ones incubated in the presence of a selective inhibitor of the key gluthatione synthesis enzyme – buthionine-sulfoximine.The research has shown that the gluthatione system plays an important regulatory role in activation of the receptor pathway of Jukart tumor cell apoptosis.The gluthatione system components are targets for activation of programmed cell death in tumor growth.Цель исследования – выявить роль компонентов системы глутатиона в реализации рецепторного пути апоптоза опухолевых клеток линии Jurkat.Оценку реализации апоптоза проводили методом проточной цитофлюориметрии с использованием FITS-меченного аннексина V и пропидия иодида, количества TNF R1- и Fas-презентирующих клеток; активность каспазы-3 регистрировали спектрофлюориметрическим методом. Определение содержания восстановленного и окисленного глутатиона осуществляли спектрофотометрическим методом.Материалом для исследования служили опухолевые клетки линии Jurkat: интактные и инкубированные в присутствии селективного ингибитора ключевого фермента синтеза глутатиона – бутионин-сульфоксимина.Исследование показало, что система глутатиона играет важную регуляторную роль в активации рецепторного пути апоптоза опухолевых клеток линии Jurkat.Компоненты системы глутатиона являются мишенями для активации программированной гибели при опухолевом росте

    The purpose of this study is to introduce a new educational method for gynecologists to master the technique of laparoscopic surgery in case of ectopic pregnancy. This method involves using a computer Simulation Platform “Lap mentor” (Simbionix, USA).Thirty gynecologists, who had no experience of independent performance of laparoscopic gynecological surgery, were randomized into 2 groups of 15 people. Laparoscopic technique in both groups was mastered by performing operations in different clinical variants of ectopic pregnancy on a computer simulator. But doctors from the second group, according to the proposed learning method, also performed additional exercises aimed at developing specific laparoscopic skills (work with the camera, control of one or two instruments, separation of tissue using scissors and endosurgical monopolar electrodes).Comparison of groups at the final tests showed that gynecologists whose training included exercises to develop skills in laparoscopy showed significantly greater success in the performance of control tasks. All surgical techniques doctors performed faster and it took themless time to perform the operation than for their counter parts in the comparison group. Along with this movements of gynecologists from the second group were more precise and accurate, accompanied by a smaller number of vascular and organs injures than in the comparison group.Thus, application of the proposed method of mastering the laparoscopic skills in gynecology, including the performance of special training exercises with virtual operations, can significantly improve the surgical technique of specialists and their professional competence. Skills, obtained using this educational method, are of higher quality compared with the experience gained by simply repeating the operation on a computer simulator

    The paper presents the results of assessing general and elastic lung hysteresis in 21 healthy volunteers and 28 patients with community-acquired pneumonia. Negative elastic hysteresis was detected in 14 healthy volunteers and 18 patients with community-acquired pneumonia. For the first time ever, it was demonstrated that, under the conditions of an interrupted air flow, 4 healthy volunteers and 2 patients with community-acquired pneumonia were characterized with the inversion of not only elastic but also general lung hysteresis. In case of pneumonia, despite the increase in tissue friction resulting from the generalized escalation of the alveolar-capillary permeability, the inversion of both elastic and general lung hysteresis takes place as often as in healthy people. It can be explained with the intensification of the mechanical activity of the lungs as a compensatory reaction in the mechanical system of the external respiration organs in case of pneumonia.Представлены результаты исследования общего и эластического легочного гистерезиса у 21 здорового добровольца и 28 больных внебольничной пневмонией. Отрицательный эластический гистерезис находили у 14 здоровых и 18 больных внебольничной пневмонией. Впервые показано, что в условиях прерывания воздушного потока у четырех здоровых лиц и двух пациентов с пневмонией определялось извращение не только эластического, но и общего легочного гистерезиса. При пневмонии, несмотря на увеличение тканевого трения в результате генерализованного повышения альвеолярно-капиллярной проницаемости, извращение эластического и общего легочного гистерезиса встречается также часто, как и у здоровых лиц. Это можно объяснить усилением механической активности легких при пневмонии в качестве компенсаторной реакции в механической системе аппарата внешнего дыхания

    Purpose: to study the lipid profile, including of non-high-density lipoproteins cholesterol (non-HDL-C), in postmenopausal women with compensated hypothyroidism. The causes of hypothyroidism included Hashimoto thyroiditis.45 women with hypothyroidism participated in the study (mean ± sd, age (57.4 ± 7.7) years, disease duration (8.0 ± 6.4) years, the duration of postmenopause (6.4 ± 3.5) years). The mean dose of L-T4 (84.3 ± 28.5) μg/d. The control group – 85 women (mean ± sd, age (58.4 ± 5.4) years) no abnormalities of the thyroid gland, as well as other chronic diseases, which could have an impact on lipid metabolism.The main and control group were matched for age. Average BMI basic group than in controls: (31.6 ± 3.4) and (28.7 ± 4.6) kg/m2 respectively (p = 0.001). Obtained statistical differences in terms of TSH in the study and control groups: 2.15 and 1,22 mU/L (p = 0.001). Upon reaching euthyrosis against the background of hormone replacement therapy with thyroid hormones do not reach the target total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoproteins cholesterol (LDL-C): 5.81 ± 1.14, 3.67 ± 1.06 respectively.We obtain lower high-density lipoproteins cholesterol (HDL-C) levels in women with drug euthyroidism compared with the control group. Do not get the difference in the values non-HDL-C in the groups studied. In postmenopausal women with compensated hypothyroidism is defined negative correlation ATTPO with HDL-C. Mean values of blood TC, non-HDL-C, LDL-C levels in the groups exceed the optimal ones

    Objective: research gender features of relationship of hormonal activity of adipose tissue and proinflammatory status with essential hypertension (EH) in combination with metabolic syndrome (MS).Material and methods. Were examined 46 patients with essential hypertension stage (BP < 180/110 mm Hg.) in conjunction with the metabolic syndrome. Along with a complete clinical, laboratory and instrumental examination adopted in specialized cardiological clinic, were defined concentrations in serum leptin, adiponectin, resistin and visfatin and the level of markers of systemic inflammation (C-reactive protein, neopterin and fibrinogen), was assessed the level of spontaneous production of cytokines and active oxygen species and the expression level of CD4, CD8 and CD36 – blood mononuclear leukocytes markers.Results and conclusions. It was established that the hormonal status of adipose tissue have women with EH combined with MS are characterized by higher levels of leptin and adiponectin in blood serum than in men.It was established not only a significant role adipokin imbalance in mechanisms of MS and systemic inflammation in these patients category, but also were studied gender characteristics. While for men in the development of the above pathological manifestations hipoadiponektinemia has the most meaning, and for women – hyperleptinemia

    ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ БИОУПРАВЛЕНИЯ В РЕАБИЛИТАЦИИ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С БОЛЕЗНЬЮ ПАРКИНСОНА

    The effectiveness of a self regulation technique based on the biological feedback (BFB) has been studied during treatment in patients with Parkinson's desease. The specific recommendations for patients with Par­kinson's desease have been determined taking into account an appearance of the distinctive symptoms. The treatment method based on the BFB has been realized. The controllable physiological signals both electrocardiography and electromyography have been used in this method. The rehabilitation psycho-physiological complex “Reakor” has been used for the treatment and diagnostic procedures as well. The statistical analysis of the effectiveness of the self regulation method was performed. It has been shown the combination of medication and biofeedback training aids in the normalization of personal emotional parameters.Проведено исследование эффективности применения метода функциональной саморегуляции на основе биологической обратной связи (БОС) при лечении болезни Паркинсона (БП). Определены дифференцированные показания к применению БОС-терапии для пациентов с БП с учетом выраженности отдельных симптомов болезни. Реализована методика, основанная на БОС, с использованием управляемых физиологических электрокардиографических и миографических сигналов. Для проведения лечебных и профилактических немедикаментозных процедур использовался реабилитационный психофизиологический комплекс «Реакор». Выполнен статистический анализ эффективности применения метода функциональной саморегуляции. Показано, что сочетание медикаментозного лечения БП с сеансами биорегуляции способствует значимой нормализации показателей эмоционально-личностной сферы

    The objective of the research is a review of some characteristics of dental implants’ products and an analysis of prospects of using them in modern medicine.Dental implantation as a high-technology method of restoring the natural anatomical structure has no competitors at present. The advantages of dental implants consist in their high operational dependability, a longer life time, a higher functionality and a lesser rate of complications as compared to the use of complete or bridge prostheses.The materials used in dental implantation for this purpose are rather diverse. Doctors using them rely on extensive clinical experience, a developed industry of accessory materials, instruments, that is everything that ensures comfortable work and conveniences for the patient.At the same time, the data mentioned in the article testify to the effect that ceramic implants as compared to titanium alloy implants have comparable or better indices. This is guaranteed, for example, by the requirements of the new international standard ISO6474-2:2012: first-rate strength and wear resistance; thermal stability and corrosion resistance; ceramics’ four point bending strength over 750 MPa.The result of the conducted analysis is a review of using various materials in dental implantation. The author compares the aesthetic indices and durability of titanium or metal alloy implants to those of ceramic ones. The comparison shows that, under the current level of ceramic materials’ structural property, it is actual for dentistry to develop its own methodological approaches in relation to a wide use of ceramic implants and creation of various ceramic mono-implants with the purpose of improving the results of treatment of patients, suffering from secondary partial or complete adentia accompanied by bone tissue deficiency, by applying the methods of dental implantation
