2014年度博士論文題目一覧

【編集後記】中野美知子先生が、2015 年 3 月末日をもって定年退職されました。英語
英文学会は、先生がこれまで学部および大学院の発展のためにご尽力くださりました
ことに対して、2015 年度 45 号を先生の退職記念号として発刊することによってささや
かな感謝の気持ちを表したいと思います。
　2015 年のノーベル文学賞は旧ソ連・ベラルーシの作家・ジャーナリスト、スベトラ
ーナ・アレクシエービッチ氏（67）に授与されるとの発表がありました。彼女はこれ
まで 30 年以上にわたり第二次世界大戦、アフガニスタン侵攻、チェルノブイリ原発事
故、社会主義体制の崩壊などをテーマに執筆し、ソ連時代の歴史に翻弄される人々に
焦点を当ててきました。原発事故の傷痕を描いた『チェルノブイリの祈り』（彼女が日
本で知られるきっかけとなる。1997 年刊行。）にはチェルノブイリ事故から 10 年後、
関わった住民の問題意識や感情がどのように変わってきたかをテーマにした証言イン
タビューが収められています。「未来の物語」という視点でフクシマを考え直し、私た
ちが現在置かれた立場を再確認する必要を痛切に感じました。　
　来年度の 46号が実り多いものになりますよう、皆様からの投稿をお待ちしております。
