POST-OPERATIVE SIMPLE INCOMPLETE ACQUIRED SYNDACTYLY IN THIRD AND FOURTH DIGITI MANUS SINISTRA: A CASE REPORT
Get PDFSyndactyly is interdigiti soft tissue and/or osseous fusion or adhesion and may affect hand and/or foot. Syndactyly is caused by congenital or acquired. Acquired syndactyly is a rare disease that may caused by trauma, inflammation, or infection around the finger. This abnormality may affect aesthetic and functional impairment, so that surgery procedure is needed to syndactyly release. The aim of this paper is to report a rare case of simple incomplete acquired syndactyly post-operative in a man aged 53 year old. Patient came to surgery clinic because adhesion of his third and fourth left hand fingers since 21 years ago. The abnormality was disturbing his work as a baker currently. He had trauma 21 years ago when he worked as construction labour that cause swelling in his left palm, so he went to hospital and got needle aspiration. After needle aspiration, he experienced worse symptoms like recurrency swelling, rednesss, itchy, and pain then got surgery procedure that did not affect the fingers area directly. After surgery, the symptoms got improved, but he found adhesion between his third and fourth fingers days later after surgery. From currently physical examination, there was left hand interdigiti adhesion between 1/3 proximal thirth and forth fingers and from palpation there was no adhesion between the finger bone. He was diagnosed simple incomplete acquired syndactyly third and fourth digiti manus sinistra. The patient got surgery procedure with z-plasty technique to syndactyly release and hospitalized for 3 days. He got Cefixime, Ketoprofen, and Mefenamic Acid when he went home. The patient came to hospital to get follow-up 6, 10, and 17 days after surgery.

ASSOCIATION BETWEEN HEART RATE VARIABILITY AND BLOOD PRESSURE IN ELDERLY WORKER
Get PDFLife expectancy increases along with improving health. A good healthy life as an impact that there are still many workers in old age who are still needed. The effect of age and work environment will affect the normal range of time-domain heart rate variability (HRV) in older worker. Heart rate variability test might detect autonomic nervous system influenced by blood pressure level, stress, and working environment. A low HRV value is considered an independent marker of risk of death. However, age-related decline in HRV may limit its predictive value, especially in older workers. It was found that the decrease in HRV decreased with age and length of service. The elevation of HRV at specific wavelengths was correlated with the blood pressure values of hypertension patients; however, in the uncontrolled hypertensive group, the values of SDNN, SDANN, ASDNN, VLF, LF (indicating sympathovagal balance), and HF were significantly lower
Hubungan Efikasi Diri Dengan Tingkat Kepatuhan Vaksin Covid 19 Pada Lansia

Kepatuhan lansia vaksin dapat mempercepat pemutusan penularan yang bisa terjadi. Salah satu factor kepatuhan adalah self Efficacy (Saputri and Istiqomah 2021).Fenomena yang terjadi masih didapatkan lansia tidak patuh divaksin karena mempersepsikan vaksin menyebabkan kematian dan takut dengan efek yang timbul. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisa hubungan efikasi diri dengan tingkat kepatuhan vaksin pada lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi korelasi dengan pendekatan yang digunakan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah lansia di kelompok senam sejiwa yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dengan teknik total sampling. Jumlah responden sebanyak 42. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner efikasi diri dan lembar observasi kepatuhan vaksin. Penelitian menggunakan uji Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian tingkat efikasi diri sebesar 31 (73,8%) responden pada tingkat sedang. Tingkat kepatuhan lebih dari 50% ( 66,7% ) pada tingkat patuh. Hasil hipotesis menunjukan adanya hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kepatuhan vaksin pada Lansia di kelompok senam sejiwa (ρ=+0,330 p=0,033). Tingkat kepatuhan sangat dipengaruhi oleh efikasi diri, semakin tinggi efikasi diri maka akan semakin patuh vaksin. Untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri perlu dengan memberikan himbauan serta pendampingan pada lansia dan berkolaborasi dengan pihak puskesma
RELATIONSHIP OF ATTITUDE TOWARDS ENTREPRENEURSHIP TO ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION THROUGH ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION (CASE STUDY OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN SURABAYA)
Get PDFThe nation's progress can be measured by the number of students who are educated to a high level and understand the importance of entrepreneurship. This approach aligns with the Government's development plan and can be realized with the support of students who venture into entrepreneurship. High school students are fully capable of becoming entrepreneurs since they are the future drivers of the economy. The Government provides support through the National Entrepreneurship Movement (GKN) Program, which is implemented cohesively by all ministries, led by the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. The Ministry of National Education is one of the participating ministries in the program. This study investigates the factors influencing high school students' entrepreneurial intention regarding attitudes towards entrepreneurship by analyzing the impact of entrepreneurial education in Surabaya. The technique used is multiple regression analysis using the mediator variable, using a questionnaire distributed to high school students in Surabaya with 153 participants. The results showed that out of the 4 hypotheses, 2 hypotheses have been accepted, and 2 hypotheses have been rejected. For the hypothesized mediation relationship does not occur. Therefore, the relationship is a direct relationship between the attitude toward entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. The follow-up research plan will include new variables and more diverse subjects. JEL Class: M200, M21, L2
CONVERSION COSTS AND PRODUCTION COSTS BASED ON TIME-DRIVEN ACTIVITY-BASED COSTING AT PT SC GRESIK

In 2019, the COVID-19 pandemic also impacted many companies due to a decline in sales. This condition demands that business owners continue thinking about strategies and appropriately make various company decisions. What can be done, especially in manufacturing companies, is to increase the quality of the product as best as possible and sell it at an affordable price. This research aimed to calculate the cost of production (especially in analyzing conversion costs) using the Time-Driven Activity-based Costing (TDABC) System method at PT SC Gresik, East Java, Indonesia. It compared gross profit results from the Functional Based Costing (FBC) and TDABC System methods. This type of research is a case study. The research results show that the TDABC method's calculations are more precise than the FBC method. HJ 5 tons, HJ 8 tons, HJ 10 tons, and HJ 20 tons of products produce lower production costs and higher gross profits. The 2-ton HJ product produces a higher production cost and a lower gross profit when compared to the FBC method calculation. The TDABC method allocates costs based on the activity's time
CAN IMPRESSION MANAGEMENT MODERATE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AND COST OF EQUITY?
Get PDFStock market financing access plays an important role in sustainable business resilience and financial performance. In the Covid-19 pandemic, the banking sector has the potential to bear high equity costs commensurate with the risk. Impression management as a corporate communication strategy can maintain shareholder perception of corporate risk. The study aims to examine the effect of impression management in moderating the relationship between financial performance and cost of equity. The study consists of 228 bank-year observations on the Southeast Asian stock exchanges for 2020-2022. Data was obtained from the Annual Report, Integrated Report, and Form 56-1 One Report. This study examines separate companies that use one-tier and two-tier board systems. The findings indicate that improvements in financial performance had a negative impact on equity costs in Indonesia but a positive impact in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. ROA and ROE only had a beneficial influence on Indonesia. The independent Board’s relationship to the cost of equity was not demonstrated. This study supports the idea that impression management improves the relationship between pandemic-related changes in financial performance and the cost of equity. The practical implications are that companies with negative changes in performance that also have proper impression management can attract investors with lower equity costs
Exploring Pancasila Student Profile through "Jembatan Pensil": Discourse Analysis
No full textStudents' character education, which implements the Merdeka curriculum, can be formed by teachers in several ways, such as using the Pancasila Student Profiles (Safitri et al., 2023). In connection with this quote, the author chose the film "Jembatan Pensil" by Hasto Broto to be used as the object of this research, which has the aim of exploring the six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile contained in the film. The method used by researchers for this research is discourse analysis, which refers to converting spoken language into written language, transcribing data, and presenting a demonstration of the results of the data that has been analyzed. Then, the results show that this film is appropriate and suitable to be used as learning media for the audience, especially for young learners. Furthermore, it is expected that the Pancasila Student Profiles can be applied in students' everyday lives both at school and outside school. In this study, researchers conclude that the Jembatan Pensil film is a medium that can be taken into consideration as a learning medium in the form of literature as another means of implementing the Pancasila Student Profile while utilizing technological developments and becoming an increasingly varied learning strategy

INDONESIAN – ENGLISH CODE-SWITCHING IN BOY WILLIAM’S YOUTUBE VIDEO ENTITLED “EPISODE 1: LIVY DAN VIOR RIBUT BESAR”
No full textThe phenomenon of code-switching occurs in people's speech both through conversation and text. One of them is found in a YouTube video. This study aims to analyze the types and functions of code-switching found in the utterances of host and guest stars in Boy William's YouTube video entitled "Episode 1: Livy dan Vior Ribut Besar". In conducting this research, the methodology chosen is a qualitative descriptive method that analyzes the type and function of code-switching by watching the video multiple times, taking notes, and classifying the types and functions of code-switching. The theory used in this research was proposed by Poplack (1980) to analyze the different types of code-switching. While the theory proposed by Apple & Muysken (2005) is used to analyze the function of code-switching.
The results showed that there were 3 types of code-switching found in the host and guest star's conversations in the video. The types of code-switching consist of tag switching, intra-sentential switching, and inter-sentential switching. All types of code-switching found amounted to 144 data with intra-sentence switching being the most dominant type with 121 data, and the least dominant type is tag switching with only 6 data. In this study, there are five functions of code-switching. The most dominant function is the referential function with 48 data and the least dominant function is a directive function with only 1 data

Get PDFYayasan SOS atau lebih dikenal dengan SOS Children’s Villages merupakan organisasi nir laba yang mempunyai komitmen untuk memberikan kepada anak-anak hak pengasuhan orang tua dan kebutuhan utama mereka yaitu keluarga dan rumah yang dipenuhi dengan kasih sayang. Pengurus villages mendapatkan mandat dari yayasan SOS untuk dapat secara mandiri dalam membiayai operasional village-nya. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya instruksi dari yayasan SOS pusat bahwa mulai tahun 2020 terjadi pengurangan donasi, selain itu juga agar village dapat menjadi mandiri. Village Semarang mempunyai beberapa potensi untuk mendapatkan dana secara mandiri melalui pemberdayaan aset-asetnya. Pengurus village di Semarang masih mempunyai keraguan untuk menggunakan aset-nya secara komersial. Keraguan pada individu pengurus village ini dapat menghambat kemandirian dalam memperoleh dana. Namun demikian, di satu sisi pengurus village di Semarang menyadari pentingnya pengelolaan aset untuk menuju kemandirian dana. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) pada village Semarang berfokus pada lokakarya penyusunan business plan dengan model bisnis canvas atas pemanfaatan aset. Business plan dibutuhkan untuk membantu pengurus dalam mengidentifikasikan studi kelayakan atas pemanfaatan aset secara komersial. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi keraguan pengurus akan adanya risiko atas pemanfaatan aset tersebut.
