No full textكان للصحافة أهمية كبيرة في التاريخ المعاصر لمدينة بغداد في العقدين الثاني والثالث من القرن العشرين، وذلك لأسباب عديدة منها مقاومة الاحتلال البريطاني ومن ثم ثورة العشرين وما رافقها من احداث كان من الضروري تعريف الناس بها, فضلاً عن تأسيس الحكومة العراقية وما لحقه من اصدار الكثير من الصحف منها التي ساندت الحكومة ومنها المعارضة لها والاتجاه الثالث الذي مثل الصحف المعتدلة التي نقلت الاخبار بحيادية تاركة للقارئ حرية الفهم والتحليل، وعملت الصحف على نشر رأي القارئ وتسجيل انطباعاته وهي ميزة تميزت بها "مجلة المرشد البغدادية" إذ إنها أسدت خدمة كبيرة للمجتمع في تبادل الرأي بين الشعب و حكومته.وينقسم البحث الى ثلاثة مباحث، تناول اهتمامات "المرشد" في حقلي التاريخ القديم والآثار في حين تناول الثاني اهتمامات "المرشد" بالتاريخ الإسلامي وحضارته أما الثالث فقد تناول اهتمامات "المرشد" بالتاريخ الحديث

After that appeared legislation that emphasizes turn in a private arbitration at the WTO, World Bank and the International Monetary Fund and international treaties. So arbitration is considered an appropriate way to resolve arising from the transfer of technology contract dispute

No full textThis research tackled the freedom of opinion within the scope of Public Opinion, which is one of the important subjects that deserves to be researched for many reasons, of those is its relation to the public employment through which, the employment, we can meet the public needs by the services provided by the public facilities. The second reason is that it is one of the most recent subjects to appear on the level of Iraq and for the rarity and lack of studies which dived into it, in addition to a another important reason which is almost the most important of them is that the subject is related to human rights. The individual has no value nor dignity if he lost his freedom. Therefore, we find an increasing international interest in the human rights and their freedom. Those freedoms emerged originally in the international and regional agreements, constitutions of the countries as well as the regular acts and legislations. Freedom ofopinion is not absolute but vary from one country to another and from one time to another according to the type of the job and its importance. Based on that, the constrains imposed on some categories of employees represented by the top level managers, judges, general prosecutors, internal security forces and military forces have been tackled in this research

دور اعادة هندسة العمليات المصرفية في تحقيق الاداء الاستراتيجي دراسة تطبيقية على عينة من المصارف التجارية العراقية الخاصة
No full textالغرض/ تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد طبيعة التأثير بين اعادة هندسة العمليات المصرفية والأداء الاستراتيجي بالتطبيق على عينة من المصارف التجارية العراقية الخاصة .المنهجية/ التصميم: قام الباحثان بتوزيع (163) استبيان على الافراد المؤثرين في القرار في المصارف العراقية الخاصة عينة الدراسة والاستبانات المسترجعة وصالحة للتحليل الاحصائي كانت(150) استبيان، تم تحليلها باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي المتقدم,SmartPLS v.3.2.6أهمية الدراسة/ تتمثل أهمية الدراسة في انها مطبقة في قطاع اقتصادي الا وهو قطاع المصارف ,اذ يعتبر شريان الاقتصاد النابض لما له من دور فعال في الوساطة المالية وتعبئة المدخرات ومنح الائتمان الى كل مختلف القطاعات والمنظمات، ومعالجة مشكلة واقعية تمثلت في بحث المصارف عينة الدراسة عن اليات واساليب جديدة تمكنها من مواجهة المنافسة الشديدة ضمن هذا القطاع وتحقيق الاداء الاستراتيجي.النتائج النظرية/ وجود فجوة معرفية حول تفسير طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة الحالية المتمثلة بالمتغير المستقل اعادة هندسة العمليات المصرفية والمتغير التابع الأداء الاستراتيجي.النتائج العملية/ توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج العملية منها ان هنالك علاقة تأثير معنوية مباشرة بين اعادة هندسة العمليات المصرفية والأداء الاستراتيجي عند مستوى معنوية(0.05).الاثار العلمية/ يُمكن الإفادة من النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة اذ ان الاهتمام بإعادة هندسة العمليات المصرفية يؤدي الى تحسين الخدمات المقدمة الى الزبائن و بالتالي تحسين مقايس الاداء التقليدية والحديثة مما تؤدي بالنتيجة الى تحقيق الأداء الاستراتيجي الذي ينعكس في تحقيق المصارف أهدافها وغاياتها على المدى الطويل.الاصالة/ القيمة: جاءت الدراسة لتسُد فجوة معرفية تمثلت بعدم وجود دراسة عربية او اجنبية على حد علم الباحثان تناولت العلاقة والتأثير بين متغيرات الدراسة في انموذج فرضي واحد، واهمية هذه العلاقة في تحقيق التميز والتفوق للمصارف عينة الدراسة

No full textاشتهر الأندلسيون بتطلعهم الكبير لتحصيل العلوم والمعارف في مسعى منهم للحاق بركب الحضارة الإسلامية والتزود بما يثري ثقافتهم، والتواصل مع محيطهم الإسلامي، فانطلقوا في رحلات البحث وطلب المعرفة من أقصى الغرب الإسلامي إلى المشرق الإسلامي مهبط الوحي والرسالة، ومنبع العلوم والثقافة الإسلامية، وانتشر الأندلسيون من طلبة العلم في حواضر المشرق الإسلامي ومراكزه الثقافية، قاطعين آلاف الأميال ومتكبدين مشاق السفر، وكان للعراق نصيب وافر من رحلة طلب العلم الأندلسية.إن دراسة رحلة طلب العلم الأندلسية إلى حواضر العراق الثقافية في عصري الإمارة والخلافة الأموية تكشف عن أعداد من دخل العراق من الأندلسيين ابتغاء طلب العلم، وأهم العلوم والمعارف التي حصلوا عليها، كما تظهر أهم الحواضر الثقافية العراقية التي تلقى فيها طلبة العلم الأندلسيين تحصيلهم الثقافي والمعرفي.أدى انتشار الإسلام خارج جزيرة العرب شرقاً وغرباً إلى استشهاد عدد من الصحابة من حفظة القرآن الكريم والحديث النبوي الشريف في عمليات الفتح، واستقرار عدد آخر منهم في البلدان المفتوحة مما حفز المهتمين بطلب العلم من حديث نبوي شريف هو المصدر الثاني للتشريع بعد القرآن الكريم، وسواه من العلوم إلى القيام بالرحلة في طلب العلم.وكان الرعيل الأول ممن رحل في طلب العلم صحابة رسول الله (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلم) أنفسهم وتبعهم التابعين، فقد رحل الصحابي الجليل جابر بن عبد الله (ت78هـ) عندما سمع حديثاً عن القصاص لم يكن سمعه من رسول الله (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلم)، فابتاع بعيراً وشد رحله وسار إلى من روى الحديث شهراً حتى لقي الصحابي وسمع الحديث منه([i]) ولدى اختلاف أهل الكوفة في آية رحل التابعي سعيد بن جبير (ت94هـ) إلى حبر الأمة الصحابي عبد الله بن عباس (ت68هـ) وسأله عنها([i]) الخطيب البغدادي، أبو بكر أحمد بن ثابت (463هـ)، الرحلة في طلب الحديث، حققه وعلّق عليه نور الدين عنز، ط1، دار الكتب العلمية، (بيروت، 1395هـ/1975م)، ص ص110 - 111، 113 - 114، 116 - 117.
دراسة مقارنة لتمرين الضغط باليدين بالاسلوبين البالستي والتقليدي ميكانيكيا
No full textأن اسلوب البالستي في تطبيق بعض التمارين وجد منذ فترة زمنية طويلة وفوائده كبيرة في تطوير القوة الانفجارية خصوصا ، ولكن نجد أن اغلب مدربينا في الساحة الرياضية لا يستخدمون ذلك الاسلوب في تمرينات المقاومة ويكتفون بالاعتماد على وزن الجسم أو الكرات الطبية فقط ، لذلك يستوجب من المدربين التعرف على اهمية هذا الاسلوب وذلك من خلال نتائج التجربة الميدانية التي قدمناها في هذا البحث على نموذج من تمارين المقاومة وهو البنج بريس ، وظهرت فائدة ذلك الاسلوب واضحة من خلال المعالجات الاحصائية للنتائج المعروضة في الجدول .
