Study Arthritis in Children as Complication of throat Streptococcal Infection
Get PDF Streptococcus is a common pathogenic bacteria responsible for many diseases . The choose of M protein in this study ( which is part of cell wall ) can give insight about immune response .One hundred samples of throat swabs from Children with different age (5-15 years) , were collected and tested for Streptococcus pyogenes according to World Health Organization protocol. Bacterial were cultured on the blood agar , and used Rheumatoid factor for isolation of M protein and testing of the immune response. Seventy five samples gave a positive result (75%) , and this indicates there were an immune response to the M protein antigen , while the other rest cases were negative to the immune response of M protein (25%).

No full text The Constitution guarantees the right of litigation for all workers in sectors of the state , meaning that all decisions to impose the penalty shall be subject to appeal before the competent authorities in Iraq eliminate staff court is considered by the competent authority to consider appeals filed by employees against administrative bodies to which they belong her decisions.Consequently, the Secretary General of the Holy thresholds decisions are considered inconclusive and cannot be challenged and that it is contrary to Article 100 of the Constitution that prevented the prohibition of any immunization orders and administrative decisions , as though many legal irregularities that the Secretary-General in violation of the law, such as investigative councils measures to raise the recommendation.We would like to ask several questions in our present them , what are the sanctions that are imposed on the holy shrines staff , and the competent authority to impose , and the principles imposed by the controller, is it permissible to challenge imposed by the decisions , and who is competent to do so, and what the impact of the appeal by the impact , is it permissible discrimination as a result of the appeal once more .We have adopted in the writing of research on the analytical method and extrapolation of legal texts ; to the extent of its agreement with the constitutional provisions and clarify what where the weaknesses and strengths , as well as comparative approach , as required , to reach the highest level of legal precision of the specificity of the holy shrines of being civilized and religious entities including the bodies of the pure imams " peace be upon them .
Radar cross section of conducting bodies of revolution coated by dielectric layer
No full textIn this paper, the electromagnetic (EM) scattering from conducting bodies of revolution coated by dielectric layer was calculated by using moment of method with Galerkin's approach, and applying the equivalence principle to determine the electric and magnetic currents on the surface.The mathematical analysis and the programs were checked to know the validity of the formulation by comparing our results with the published results. The computed results revealed the significant effect of the coated layer on the Radar cross section reduction with respect to the conducting body. Finally, this formulation was applied to study a proposed rocket which is more complex body than the previous shape, and calculate its radar cross section, and study of the effect of the dielectric constant and the thickness of the dielectric layer on the RCS.DOI.: http://dx.doi.org/10.31257/2018/JKP/2019/11010

Response of four Varity of potato (Solanumtuberosum L.)to different concentration of Humic acid under Plastic houses conditions.
No full textThis study was carried out during the Agricultural season 2016 -2017 in the College of Agriculture/ University of Dohuk /Kurdistan region/ Iraq to study the effect of spraying Humic acid at three concentrations i.e. (0, 9 and 18ml.L-1on four cultivars of potato(Solanumtuberosum L.) i.e.(Sifra, Ravila, Silvana and Fabyoula ) that grown under plastic houses conditions.The results indicated that the all cultivars was good in vegetative growth, quality and yield characteristic especially cultivars Rvillo that gave high yield per plant and per square meter significantly, compared with other cultivars. Also spraying plant with a concentration 18ml.L-1 of humic acid with all cultivars gave goodresults especially in Ravillo cultivars compared with unsparing plant that gave the lower yield and less tuber number per plant
Primary productivity in Bahr Al-Najaf Depression Reservoir/Iraq
No full textThe primary productivity was calculated depending on pelagic and benthic biomass. Monthly samples were obtained from four study stations (February 2015 to January 2016). The pelagic primary productivity values were ranged between1.26 mg. cm-2. year-1 to4.31mg. cm-2 .year-1, and benthic primary productivity was ranged between 0.01mg. cm-2.year-1to 0.12 mg cm-2.year-1.The highest pelagic productivity was observed in spring and the lowest one was in autumn while the highest benthic productivity was obtained in autumn and the lowest productivity in winter. The highest phytoplankton abundance was observed in spring and the lowest was recorded in summer, while the highest Epipelic abundance was observed in autumn and the lowest in spring. Statistical analysis showed that spring significantly affect pelagic net primary productivity, while autumn significantly affect benthic net primary productivity
Authentication of RSA via BAN logic

By analyzing via BAN logic, we will see if this protocol is confidential, and can it be used in cognitive radio network
Encrypt Images Using Mutation Methods

most important method to preserve images is the use of encryption, which aims to ensure the preservation of the
privacy of images and not allowing anyone to tamper with or view them because they are either confidential or very
special. Also, no one can understand the content of those images unless they have a means of encryption.
In this research, a new methods has been applied in images encryption using mutation methods. Different analysis
like correlation coefficient, and histogram analysis is applied for the verification of the performance of the suggested
algorithm. Matlab language has been used to implement the suggested algorithm, because of its efficiency, accuracy
and flexibility in giving results

تقييم مستوى الافصاح الاختياري في التقارير المالية
No full textالمستخلص تهدف الدراسة الى تقييم مستوى الافصاح الاختياري في عينة من الشركات المدرجة في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية, من خلال تحليل التقارير المالية لسنة2015. وتكونت عينة البحث من (58) شركة مدرجة في السوق النظامي،وبنسبة (82%) من مجتمع الدراسة. ولغرض تقييم مستوى الافصاح الاختياري فقد تم تصميم مقياس يتكون (110) فقرة افصاح اختيارية صممت من خلال الاستفادة من مقاييس الدراسات السابقة اضافتاً الى اي معلومة اختيارية يمكن ادراجها. و اظهرت النتائجان متوسط نسبة الافصاح عن المعلومات الاختياري (31.6%) وهي نسبة ضعيفة, كما بينت وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات الافصاح الاختياري لقطاعات الاعمال, و فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات الافصاح الاختياري لطبيعة المعلومات المفصح عنها, في حين لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات الافصاح الاختياري لشركات القطاع الخاص و المختلط .وقد اوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بالإفصاح الاختياري لما له من اهمية في تعريف الشركة بشكل اوسع،وتحقيق تماثلالمعلومات،وجذب المستثمرين. و العمل على تحويل ما يمكن من معلومات الافصاح الاختياري خصوصاً المعلومات المستقبلية, ليكون الافصاح عنها الزامياً حسب القوانين و التشريعات.Abstract This study aims to assess the voluntary disclosure level in a sample of companies listed in the Iraq stock market by analyzing the annual reports for the year ended on 31 Dec. 2015. The sample consists of 58 companies listed in systematic market, which represents 82% of the total population. In order to assess the level of voluntary disclosure we design an index consists of 110 items, it has been designed by utilizing the disclosure measures of the previous studies in addition to any information that can used in the measurement. The results showed that the average percentage of voluntary disclosure is (31.6%), and it's a weak one, also appeared Statistically significant differences between the averages of voluntary disclosure of business sectors, even between the nature of the information that disclosed about it, but there are no any Statistically significant differences between the private and mixed sectors. The study recommended that necessity should be increase the attention to voluntary disclosure, because it's important to give a wide idea about the company, and get a similar information, and Attracting investors. And working on whatever voluntary information can be changed to mandatory specially the footer information to be mandatory according to the rules and regulations
