No full textتتيح مستويات الدعم والمقاومة والتي تعد أحدى أدوات التحليل الفني , فرصة أمام المستثمر لاستكشاف الحركة المستقبلية لسعر السهم وبناءً عليها يتخذ القرار الاستثماري في التجميع أو التصريف وكذلك تحديد مستوى الخروج الايجابي أو السلبي , مما يسمح للمستثمر بالتحوط ضد مخاطر تقلب الأسعار .لذا سنسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة بيان كيفية احتساب نقاط الدعم والمقاومة والارتكاز , ومنها تحديد مناطق التجميع والتصريف كما سنحدد مستوى السعر الذي سيقطع عنده المستثمر الأرباح أو إيقاف الخسارة , وهذا ما سيتم بيانه من خلال احتساب نقاط الدعم والمقاومة والارتكاز ل(10) شركات مدرجة في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية ولثلاث جلسات تداول .وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أمكانية التنبؤ بالحركة المستقبلية لأسعار أسهم الشركات عينة الدراسة من خلال استخدام مستويات الدعم والمقاومة

No full textالشاعر جاسم محمد الصِّحيِّح شاعر سعودي معاصر يعدّ من كبار الشعراء في المملكة السعودية والعالم العربي؛ إذ له حضور واسع في الساحة الأدبية العربية، فانعكست غزارة أشعاره وكثرة دواوينه المطبوعة، والجوائز التي حصل عليها في العالم العربي. وقد رسم لوحة فنية جميلة بلغته الشعرية وأغراضه البديعة. ومن أبرز ما اتسم به شعره إخلاصه وحبه لآل البيت (E)ولمذهبه حيث يظهر ذلك جلياً في أشعاره. تناول هذا البحث لغة الشعر عند الشاعر جاسم الصحيح فانقسم إلي عدة مباحث. فتناول المبحث الأول دراسة المعجم الشعري لدي الشاعر، في حين عرض المبحث الثاني الجانب التركيبي، والمبحث الثالث الجانب البياني وأما المبحث الأخير المستوي الإيقاعي لدي الشاعر وذلك من خلال المنهج الوصفي _التحليلي. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث هو تميّز لغة "الصِّحَيِّح" الشعرية بإحتوائها الظواهر التاريخيه والتراثية الإسلامية، واستلهام المعاني والآيات القرآنية، وكثرة الألفاظ الإسلامية وأسماء الأعلام ولاسيما أسماء آل البيت (E)والشهداء وألفاظ المكان في قصائده، كما يتميّز شعره بأنماط صياغية وأسلوبية متنوعة للتعبير عن أفكاره وعواطفه وأحاسيسه

No full textهدف البحث إلى بيان مدى تأثير الصمت التنظيمي بأبعاده الثلاثة (صمت الإذعان ، الصمت الدفاعي ، والصمت الاجتماعي) على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية بأبعادها الخمسة (الإيثار ، الكياسة ، الروح الرياضية ، وعي الضمير، السلوك الحضاري) واختير المعهد التقني / كوفة مجالا للبحث على وفق منهج دراسة تحليلية متضمنا ذلك اختيار عينة البحث التي تمثلت بمجموعة من العاملين فئة الفنيين في المعهد التقني / كوفة التي بلغت (101) ، وتم اختبار فرضيات البحث بواسطة مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية ومن خلال الاعتماد على برنام SPSS وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة من عينة البحث وتوصل البحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها ، وجود علاقة تأثير عكسية ذات دلالة معنوية بين أبعاد الصمت التنظيمي (صمت الإذعان , والصمت الدفاعي والصمت الاجتماعي ) وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية ، وهذا يؤكد إمكانية اعتماد المعهد التقني / كوفة عينة البحث أبعاد سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية والسعي إلى تشجيع الموظفين ورفع معنوياتهم الذي يكون له اثر في تفهم الصمت التنظيمي ويزيد من فرص التعارف مع زملاء العمل وتحسين مهاراتهم في التواصل والاتصال في المنظمة واختتم البحث بعدد من التوصيات اهمها ، ضرورة قيام الادارة العليا فسح المجال امام العاملين لابداء ارائهم وتقديم مقترحاتهم ومشاركتهم في اتخاذ القرار مع وجود صيغة الحوار المفتوح لان الدراسة توصلت الى ضعف دعم عمادة المعهد في مناقشة اراء ومقترحات منتسبيها كان احد المتغيرات الذي له انعكاساته في تحقيق الصمت التنظيمي. The aim of the research is to explain the extent to which organizational silence has affected the three dimensions of silence (Acquiescent Silence, Defensive Silence, and ProSocial Silence) on the behaviour of organizational citizenship in its five dimensions ( altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, consciousness of conscience and :civic virtue), and the Technical Institute / Kufa has been chosen An analytical study including the selection of the research sample, which consisted of a group of professionals in the Technical Institute / Kufa, which reached (101). The hypotheses were examined by a set of statistical methods and by relying on the SPSS program. The following are the most important findings of the research sample: the existence of a significant adverse effect relationship between the dimensions of organizational silence (silence of obedience, defensive silence and social silence) and the behaviour of organizational citizenship. And to encourage employees and raise their morale, which has an impact on understanding organizational silence and increases the chances of acquaintance with colleagues and improve their skills in communication and communication in the organization concluded the research a number of recommendations, the most important, the need for senior management to open the way for employees to express their opinions and submit their proposals and their participation in decision-making with an open dialogue format because the study reached a weak support of the Deanship of the Institute to discuss the opinions and suggestions of its members was one of the variables, which has implications for the achievement of organizational silence.https://dx.doi.org/10.36322/jksc/0105316CrossRef submission ID: 145955649

RICE HUSK ASH AS A NANO-FILLER TO SYNTHESIZE THERMOSETTING POLYMER NANOCOMPOSITES AND EVALUATION OF ITS TRIBOLOGICAL BEHAVIOR
No full textThis paper deals with synthesizing of nanocomposites of unsaturated polyester (UP) filled with nano silica and investigation the effect of silica content on the tribological behavior of UP and nanocomposites . Silica nanoparticles were prepared by burning rice husk ash (RHA) as an agricultural waste material. Three different percentages as 2%, 6% and 10% of nano silica were added to the unsaturated polyester and dispersed by using ultrasonic waves method. As a result of agglomeration and sedimentation of nano RHA particles, dispersing by ultrasonic waves was very effective to terminate these challenges. X-Rays diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technics were used for characterization of materials. RHA-UP nanocomposites were tested for their tribo-performance by pin-on-disc machine. XRD demonstrated that white rice husk ash consists of amorphous silica. SEM demonstrated that silica particles were distributed uniformly and well embedded within the polyester matrix. Results showed an improvement in wear resistance with relatively stable friction coefficient with the addition of 10% nano silica. Adding 2 wt% nano RHA negatively affected the wear resistance of RHA-UP nanocomposite .The best tribological performance of 10% RHA-UP nanocomposites achieved at load 10N. Incorporation of RHA with unsaturated polyester has advantages of reducing pollution, making the pollutant RHA as a valuable material to produce low cost and lightweight products with modified properties. Silica enriched RHA could prove to be cheaper anti-wear additives for producing high performance unsaturated polyester composites such as brake pads.http://dx.doi.org/10.30572/2018/kje/100107

And it is movement idea the researcher which hope to brighten it by the fact after sensing what sticks in his sky which moves in it, from despair and shake in confidence and validity on the abundant of titles which is a leader in the community and his regime movement.
دراسة جدوى اولية لامكانات تطبيق نظام الحساب الفرعي للسياحة في العراق
No full textالمستخلص تسعى الدراسة الى تقييم واقع الامكانات المطلوب توافرها لتطبيق نظام الحساب الفرعي للسياحة TSA في العراق ، من خلال اعداد دراسة جدوى اولية تتعلق بالجوانب( الادارية والمؤسسية ، الفنية والاحصائية، التمويلية ، السوقية ، الربحية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية . وتتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في ان الواقع العملي لحسابات النشاط السياحي ضمن الحسابات القومية في العراق لا يعطي الصورة الحقيقية لمساهمتها في الاقتصاد الوطني ، كونها اقتصرت على تقدير حسابات نشاط الفنادق والمطاعم دون الاخذ بنظر الاعتبار الانشطة الاخرى التي تكون القطاع السياحي . من هنا تبرز اهمية الدراسة في ضرورة تطبيق نظام tsa كونه يسهم في تجميع كافة حسابات الانشطة السياحية التي تكون القطاع السياحي ضمن اطار مستقل .وخلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات واهمها توافر الامكانات المطلوبة لتطبيق نظام tsa في العراق ، فضلا عن مجموعة من التوصيات واهمها ضرورة تشكيل وحدة الحساب الفرعي للسياحة ضمن تشكيلات وزارة السياحة والاثار وتكون مسؤلة عن الاشراف على تطبيق النظام .Abstract The research aims at evaluating the reality of the potentialities needed in apply the TSA in Iraq through preparing preliminary profit study concerning ( the administrative, institutional, technical , statistical,financial , marketing, profitable, economic, and social) aspects. The problem of the study is that the practical reality of the accounts of the tourist activities within the national accounts in Iraq doesn’t give a real picture of its contribution in the national economics for it is limited to calculating the accounts of the activities of hotels and restaurants without taking in consideration the other activities of the tourist sector. Hence appears the importance of the study in emphasizing the application of TSA for it contributes in collecting all the accounts of the tourist activities of the tourist sector within an independent framework. The study ends with a set of conclusions the important of which is the availability of the potentialities necessary for applying the TSA in Iraq, in addition to some recommendations such as the necessity to establish a TSA unit within the formations of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities to supervise the application of the system

Comparison of a Classifier Performance Testing Methods: Support Vector Machine Classifier on Mammogram Images Classification
No full textThis paper compares between testing performance methods of classifier algorithm on a standard database of mammogram images. Mammographic interchange society dataset (MIAS) is used in this work. For classifying these images tumors a multiclass support vector machine (SVM) classifier is used. Evaluating this classifier accuracy for classifying the mammogram tumors into the malignant, benign or normal case is done using two evaluating classifier methods that are a hold-out method and one of the cross-validation methods. Then selecting the better test method depending on the obtained classifier accuracy and the running time consumed with each method. The classifier accuracy, training time and the classification time are considered for comparison purpos
