No full textإن البحث الحالي يسعى لإستكشاف طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيري السلوك الأخلاقي بوصفه متغيراً مستقلاً والتسويق الوردي بوصفه متغيراً تابعاً، وذلك في إطار تقليص أو ردم الفجوة المعرفية فيما بينهما. ويأتي هذا البحث نتيجة لإنتشار ظاهرة إستخدام مزيج التسويق الوردي اللاأخلاقي المرتكز على إثارة الميول الفطرية للزبائن من النساءوعدم توفير بيئة تسويقية خاصة بهن تراعا فيها حقوقهن الإجتماعية والشرعية. وقد تم إكمال متطلبات هذا البحث عن طريق إستطلاع آراء عينة قصدية من العاملين في عدد من المولات التجارية الكبيرة في محافظة النجف الأشرف، بلغ عددهم (70) عامل وزعت عليهم وبصورة مباشرة إستبانة أعدت خصيصاً لهذا البحث،وبعد إسترجاع الإستبانات بلغ الصالح منها للتحليل الإحصائي (65) إستبانة. وإن النتائج الخاصة بإثبات وجود علاقة الإرتباط والتأثير بين المتغيرين أعلاه، أظهرت وجود علاقة إرتباط طردية ومعنوية بين المتغير المستقل والمتغير التابع، كما أشارت كذلك تأثير موجب ومعنوي للمتغير المستقل في المتغير التابع. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم وضع عدد من التوصيات، التي من المفترض أن تستفاد منها إدارات المولات قيد البحث والباحثين في هذا المجال.

Synthesis and studying of structural, surface topography and optical properties of Mgx Zn1-xO thin Films by spray pyrolysis method
No full textIn the present paper, MgxZn1-xO thin films were synthesized with a wide composition range x=(0.25, 0.5, 0.75) using a spray polyposis technique at 450 °C. The X-ray data analysis revealed that the films were polycrystalline with hexagonal and cubic structures. The preferential orientation of all films was absorbed along (002). Structural parameter such as average crystallite size, dislocation density and micro-striation were also investigated. AFM results show that the surface topography and the surface quality of the deposited thin film can be controlled by the Mg2+ content of MgxZn1-xO thin films. The UV-Visible analysis show that the optical absorption values decrease with the increase of Mg2+ concentration. It is observed that the band gap increases as the Mg2+ concentration increases. The reflectance spectra of MgxZn1-xO thin films shifted towards the lower wavelength with the increase of Mg2+ concentration. The extinction coefficient was slightly decreased and shifted towards higher energies with the increase of Mg2+ contents. These results demonstrate the high quality of single crystal MgxZn1-xO films and their potential in high-performance deep ultraviolet optoelectronic devices
دراسة الملوثات الفطرية في هواء مدينة الحلة
No full textتم دراسة التلوث الفطري لهواء مدينة الحلة للفترة من شهر كانون الثاني الى تموز لسنه 2014 في ثلاث مناطق ( البكرلي ، شارع التعاونية وبستان الحلو) ،عن طريق حساب معدل تلوث الفطريات وترددها في المناطق الثلاثة ، حيث سجلت منطقه بستان الحلو نسبه التلوث الكلي للفطريات (58.3)% وشارع التعاونية بنسبه (23.7)% بينما اقل تلوثا كانت (17.8)% في منطقه البكرلي .اما بالنسبة لمعدل التردد للفطريات فكان الفطر Aspergellus nigerهو الاكثر ترددآبنسبه (36.6)% اما الفطر الاقل ترددآ فقد كان Aspergellus ochraceus بنسبه ( 0.24)% في فتره الدراسة
عوائق البحث العلمي ومتطلبات النهوض به في الدول العربية
No full text (ملخص الدراسة) تتجلى قيمة وجودة البحث العلمي عبر ما يَنتج من أفكار وما يَطرح من آراء وما يَقدم من بيانات ومعلومات تخدم الدولة والمجتمع ، تؤدي إلى خلق منتج معين جديد، او لتحسين نوعية هذا المنتج في المنشآت الصناعية، سواء في القطاع العام ام الخاص. او ان يؤدي هذا البحث الى إضافة معلومات جديدة بشأن الظواهر الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية أو الثقافية تساعد صانع القرار في اتخاذ إجراءات عملية مدروسة تفضي الى تحقيق معدلات عالية في مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة. الا ان المشكلة في بلد كالعراق وربما حتى في العديد من البلدان العربية الاخرى، ستظل يواجهها الباحثون تتمثل في عدم تمكين المؤسسات البحثية من نقل وجهة نظرها المدروسة الى صانعي القرار والوصول إلى مستوى المبادرة التي يقدمها المسؤولون عن إدارة الدولة لدعم نشاط الباحثين وتحفيزهم على بذل المزيد من الجهد في البحث والتطوير. يحاول هذا البحث استعراض واقع البحث العلمي في الدول العربية ومقارنته مع دول اخرى لتبيان حجم الفجوة بين الطرفين، ثم يحاول استعراض ابرز العوائق التي يواجهها الباحثون العرب وكيفية التغلب عليها.AbstractScientific research reflect the value and quality of ideas and views, data and information that serve the state and society. Histopathological changes of trachea in three genetic lines of broilers vaccinated with avian infectious bronchitis virus
No full textThe histopathology of trachea was studied in three genetic lines of broilers which vaccinated with avian infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) vaccines. Differences in genetic immune response and susceptibility are known for many of the major viral pathogens of poultry. Consequently, the study was done. A total of 150 one-day-old consist of three chicken strains of broilers (Cobb 500, Ross 308 and Hubbard F-15) were assigned into six equal groups of 25 bird as fallow G1, G2 and G3 were vaccinated with IBV Ma5 and 4/91 strains at day 8 and 21 respectively, while the last three groups G4, G5 and G6 did not vaccinated with IB vaccine and remained as control groups. The result revealed that the Hubbard chicken strain had moderate to severe post vaccinal reaction represented by deciliation and necrosis of mucosal epithelia, also desquamation of goblet cells and epithelia with mild infiltration of lymphocyte in the lamina properia with blood vessels congestion after 2 days of vaccination. Then focal sloughing of epithelial mucosa with sever hyperplasia of sub mucosal glands together with mild to moderate lymphocytic infiltration blood vessels congestion and multifocal deciliation of tracheal epithelia after 10 days of vaccination. In conclusion, Hubbard chicken strain may have the lowest and slowest immune response in comparison with Ross and Cobb chicken strains

Assessment of Maximum Mouth Opening among Students of College of Dentistry/Babylon University
No full textAbstract:Objectives: This study investigated the maximum mouth opening and its correlation with age among male and female students of college of dentistry, Babylon University.Patients and methods: A total of 317 students (140 males and 177 females) age ranged 20-25 years were recruited in this study. Each student was asked to open his/her mouth as wide as possible. The distance between the incise edge of upper right central incisor and the opposing tooth of the lower jaw was measured using a manual caliper.Results: The maximum mouth opening was 58 mm ±7.21 and 42 mm ±6.98 for males and females, respectively. The maximum mouth opening of males is significantly larger than that of female (P= 0.000). For males the highest value of mouth opening was observed in the age 23 years and a negative and insignificant (P=0.472) correlation was seen in the ages (24 and 25 years). For females the maximum mouth opening was noticed in the age of 20 years and a significant decreased (P=0.000) of mouth opening was observed then after.Conclusion: Males have wider mouth opening compared to females. Maximum mouth opening for males and females decreased with age. However, regardless the gender, non-specific correlation was observed between age and mouth opening.Recommendation: Further study to clarify the effect of age on mouth opening and the correlation between mouth opening and body weight.Key words: Mouth opening, Gender, Age, inter-incisal distance
