Competition in the smartphone industry in Indonesia is getting tougher, with many brands offering innovative technology, competitive prices, and superior features. In this condition, the phenomenon of brand switching is an important concern for companies. This study aims to analyze the effect of purchase regret and customer dissatisfaction on brand switching decisions, with customer negative attitude as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach to 130 respondents who have used Vivo smartphones and have switched to another brand. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that purchase regret and customer dissatisfaction have a positive effect on customer negative attitude. In addition, customer negative attitude has a positive influence on brand switching and is proven to mediate the relationship between purchase regret and brand switching, as well as between customer dissatisfaction and brand switching. These findings indicate that customers who feel disappointed or regretful after purchasing Vivo products tend to develop negative attitudes, which then encourage them to switch to other brands. &nbsp

Localizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): The Resilience of ‘Posyandu Cadre’ in Promoting Stunting Reduction Program

    Get PDF
Since the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were first adopted in New York in 2015, the Indonesiangovernment has taken a collaborative governance approach to achieving the SDGs targets. This means thatseveral institutions and different levels of government have been involved in the same SDG initiatives, suchas reducing the prevalence of stunting. While collaborative governance highlights the dominance of stateactors, this paper argues that regarding the stunting reduction, the backbone lies in the hands of Posyanducadres, a voluntary group of women who have effectively provided maternal and child health educationto the village women. These mothers, who work with expectant mothers, pregnant mothers, and motherswith children under 1000 days old, are the unsung heroes of the war against stunting. This research appliesthe localization of the SDGs framework to demonstrate how local actors also play essential roles inimplementing international norms and initiatives. This research uses the experience of Posyandu cadresin Banjar Seminai village, Siak Regency, as a case study of community resilience in reducing stunting

The Environmental Security and International Relations: The Case of Citarum River Water Pollution

    Get PDF
Environmental security as part of human security is a very significant global issue. Environment security became the concern of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) achievement, namely securing the source of ground water which is an important problem in developing countries. This paper analyses the Citarum River, the longest river in West Java, Indonesia, which is heavily polluted due to various economic activities along the riverbanks. The process of industrialization, development and demands to meet the needs of life, as well as population growth have not succeeded in maintaining the river as a source of life. Economic interests and various political conflicts were unable to maintain environmental sustainability. The river pollution comes from factory waste operating along the river, without a process through the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP). The research would focus on the government securitization programs in Citarum River, by implementing four components of securitization namely referent objects, scope, mean, and actors. The analysis observed various government efforts and private sectors to restore the river. The research started in 2000, which is the beginning of “Citarum Harum” restoration until the end of the program in January 2025. The research found that securitisation efforts failed due to three issues; the corruption, collusion and nepotism (CCN) issues, lack of law enforcement, and weakness of bureaucracy and leadership. As a conclusion, various securitisation efforts need to be carried out more firmly and earnestly by providing adequate legal sanctions for the perpetrators of environmental damage. Keywords: security, environment security, Citarum River, restoratio

Graf Identitas atas Grup Quaternion Tergeneralisasi

    No full text
Identity graphs are graphs defined based on the relationship of group elements to identity elements. This study examines the relationship between the algebraic structure of the generalized quaternion group and the topological structure of the identity graph constructed from the group. Through a review of literature related to graph theory and group theory, this research identifies certain patterns in the identity graph of the generalized quaternion group. The results show that the identity graph formed has distinctive characteristics, such as a specific number of edges and cycles, as well as varying degrees of each vertex. Furthermore, this study proves that the identity graph on the generalized quaternion group is not eligible to be an Euler graph or a Hamiltonian graph. Moreover, based on the pattern formed, it can be identified that the identity graph on the group always forms a planar graph. The discussion is colosed with the identification of its girth and diameter
