No full textThe transformation of the business landscape driven by the development of digital technology requires Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to adapt their marketing strategies. Digital marketing has become a relevant approach as it enables SMEs to reach consumers more broadly, quickly, and efficiently. This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of SME actors in South Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency, to understand and utilize digital marketing as a means of business development. The methods employed include socialization activities, training sessions, and technical assistance related to the use of digital platforms, the formulation of digital marketing strategies, and the development of promotional content aligned with the characteristics of SME products. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of the strategic role of digital marketing, as well as increased awareness of the importance of integrating digital technology into their business marketing activities
MODEL EXTENDED COX UNTUK MENGATASI NON-PROPORTIONAL HAZARD PADA DATA STUDI KANKER PARU-PARU
No full textLung cancer is a major cause of cancer-related deaths in Indonesia, making it essential to identify factors influencing patient survival. This study aims to analyze lung cancer patient survival using the Extended Cox Model as an alternative when the Proportional Hazard (PH) assumption is not met. Secondary data from 137 lung cancer patients were analyzed using variables such as type of treatment, treatment history, cancer cell type, Karnofsky score, age, and time of diagnosis. The results showed that only the Karnofsky score was significant in Cox-PH, but the assumption test showed that the cell type and Karnofsky score variables violated PH. Therefore, the analysis was continued with the Extended Cox Model. The final results showed that cell type and Karnofsky score had a significant effect on survival. The Hazard Ratio showed that a certain cell type reduced the risk of death by 22.7%, and an increase of one unit in the Karnofsky score reduced the risk of death by 3.1%. Cancer cell type and Karnofsky score are important factors in the survival of lung cancer patients, and the Extended Cox model has been proven to provide more reliable estimates than Cox-PH when the PH assumption is not being followed.Kanker paru-paru merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian akibat kanker di Indonesia, sehingga penting untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi ketahanan hidup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis survival pasien kanker paru-paru menggunakan Model Extended Cox sebagai alternatif ketika asumsi Proportional Hazard (PH) tidak terpenuhi. Data sekunder sebanyak 137 pasien kanker paru-paru dianalisis dengan variabel jenis treatment, riwayat terapi, tipe sel kanker, skor Karnofsky, umur, dam waktu diagnosis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa hanya skor Karnofsky signifikan pada Cox-PH tetapi uji asumsi menunjukkan bahwa variabel celltype dan skor Karnofsky melanggar PH. Oleh karena itu, analisis dilanjutkan dengan Model Extended Cox. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa celltype dan Skor Karnofsky berpengaruh signifikan terhadap survival. Hazard Ratio menunjukkan tipe sel tertentu menurunkan risiko kematian sebesar 22,7%, dan kenaikan sebesar satu unit skor Karnofsky menurunkan risiko kematian sebesar 3,1%. Jenis sel kanker dan skor Karnofsky merupakan factor penting dalam ketahanan hidup pasien kanker paru-paru, dan model Extended Cox terbukti dapat memberikan estimasi yang lebih reliabel disbanding Cox-PH saat asumsi PH tidak terpenuhi
Penguatan Kompetensi Soft Skill dan Etos Kerja Siswa SMK Roudhatul Muawanah Untuk Persiapan Persaingan di Dunia Kerja
No full textKegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi soft skills dan etos kerja siswa SMK Roudhatul Muawanah agar siap bersaing di dunia kerja. Mitra menghadapi permasalahan rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi, disiplin, dan tanggung jawab siswa. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui metode experiential learning yang menekankan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam simulasi, permainan edukatif, dan refleksi. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 50 siswa kelas XI dari tiga program keahlian. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek komunikasi interpersonal, kerja sama tim, dan kesadaran terhadap pentingnya etos kerja. Siswa menjadi lebih percaya diri dan disiplin, sementara guru memperoleh modul pelatihan yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembinaan karakter. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat kesiapan kerja siswa serta membangun sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan sekolah kejuruan dalam mencetak lulusan berkarakter unggul dan kompetitif.

No full textThis study analyzes the Purworejo Religious Court Decision No. 67/Pdt.G/2025/PA.Pwr, which grants custody (hadhanah) of a non-mumayiz child to the biological fathera decision that deviates from the normative provisions of Article 105 letter (a) of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). This research is normative legal research employing statutory, case, and conceptual approaches. The results indicate that the judge's primary considerations were the principle of the best interest of the child and maslahah mursalah, taking into account the ongoing domestic conflict, the parties' agreement in mediation, and the effort to maintain the child's environmental stability. Although textually contradictory to the KHI, this decision can be philosophically justified through the maqashid al-shari'ah approach (protecting the child's soul and progeny) and is in line with the Child Protection Law, which prioritizes the child's best interests. However, this decision has complex implications for gender equality; on one hand, it deconstructs the stereotype of exclusive female caregiving, but on the other hand, it potentially overlooks the early-age child's developmental need for maternal attachment. This study concludes that the decision represents the dynamic evolution of Islamic family law in Indonesia, which is beginning to adopt a substantive approach oriented towards child welfare, though it requires strengthening aspects of parenting capacity assessment and post-decision monitoring mechanisms
Basic Immunization Status and Incidence of Measles Among Toddlers in Working Area of Limboto Public Health Center, Gorontalo Regency
No full textMeasles (campak) is a contagious disease that remains a health problem among toddlers and contributes to high morbidity and mortality rates in children. Globally, measles cases increased from 170,000 cases in 2022 to over 320,000 cases in 2023, with deaths occurring mainly in children who did not receive complete immunization. This condition indicates that basic immunization plays an important role in measles prevention. In Gorontalo Province, measles and rubella cases are still found in several districts/cities, with Gorontalo Regency having the highest number of cases. One of the preventive efforts is the provision of complete basic immunization to enhance immunity against the disease. This study aimed to determine the relationship between basic immunization status and the incidence of measles in toddlers in the working area of Limboto Health Center, Gorontalo Regency.This study was a quantitative study with an analytic observational design using a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of all toddlers in the working area of Limboto Health Center, Gorontalo Regency, with a total sample of 60 toddlers taken using a total sampling technique. The research instrument used a checklist sheet. Data analysis was conducted univariately and bivariately using the Chi-Square test. The study results showed that there was a relationship between basic immunization status and the incidence of measles in toddlers (p-value < 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between basic immunization status and the incidence of measles in toddlers. Therefore, it is recommended that healthcare workers increase education for parents and improve complete basic immunization coverage as a preventive measure against measles in toddlers
Characteristics of Presbycusis Patients at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto
No full textPresbycusis is a progressive sensorineural hearing loss commonly affecting the elderly and significantly reducing quality of life. RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto, as a referral hospital, treats a large number of elderly patients, making characterization of presbycusis patients essential. This study aimed to describe the characteristics of presbycusis patients based on age, sex, occupation, comorbidities, and degree of hearing loss. A descriptive quantitative study with a retrospective approach was conducted using total sampling of presbycusis patients at the ENT outpatient clinic from 2022 to 2024. A total of 81 patients met the inclusion criteria. Most patients were male and aged 61–74 years. The most common occupation was farmer, and hypertension was the most frequent comorbidity. Hearing loss was generally bilateral with moderate to moderately severe degree
Beyond Survival: Multisystem Life-Threatening Illness in an Infant with Congenital Heart Disease and Sepsis
No full textIntroduction: Congenital malformations are a leading cause of infant disability and mortality. Congenital infections, particularly cytomegalovirus (CMV) and Toxoplasma gondii, are associated with structural abnormalities of multiple organ systems, including congenital heart disease (CHD). In utero infection may disrupt cardiac organogenesis, increasing the risk of heart failure. Infants with CHD are also highly susceptible to sepsis, frequently requiring pediatric intensive care. Managing life-threatening conditions in infants presents significant clinical challenges, including complex therapeutic decisions, drug dosing, and multidisciplinary care. Case Report: A 1-month-old male infant presented with poor feeding and lethargy. He had been previously diagnosed with failure to thrive and CHD consisting of atrial septal defect (ASD) and ventricular septal defect (VSD). Further evaluation revealed heart failure (Ross III), congenital CMV and toxoplasmosis infections, sepsis, bronchopneumonia, prolonged jaundice, and hydrocele dextra. The patient required PICU admission for 6 days followed by 7 days of inpatient care. Clinical improvement was achieved following comprehensive medical management, and the patient was discharged in stable condition. Conclusion: Congenital infections may play a critical role in the development and clinical severity of CHD, contributing to heart failure and increased susceptibility to sepsis. Early recognition and integrated multidisciplinary management are essential to improve outcomes in infants with multiple life-threatening conditions, emphasizing care that extends beyond survival toward functional recovery.
Pendampingan Sertifikasi Halal Self Declare Produk Telur Asin untuk Penguatan Daya Saing UMKM Desa Jatimulyo
No full textMicro, small, and medium enterprise (MSMEs) processing salted eggs in Jatimulyo Village, Kuwarasan Subdistrict, Kebumen Regency, exhibit considerable economic potential stemming from straightforward production processes, locally accessible raw materials, and consistent market demand. Nevertheless, these enterprises encounter substantial obstacles, including limited comprehension of halal product assurance mechanisms, deficiencies in business legality documentation, and the lack of systematic production records, thereby constraining their competitiveness and expanded market penetration-particularly among consumers who increasingly demand verifiable halal assurance. This community services initiative sought to guide salted egg producers in securing halal certification via the self-declare pathway, thereby bolstering business legitimacy, consumer confidence, and the overall competitiveness of local products. Employing a participatory mentoring framework, the program encompassed eligibility assessment for self-declare suitability, facilitation of Business Identification Number (NIB) acquisition, interactive socialization on halal principles and regulation involving approximately 30 village participants, technical assistance in data submission and document uploading via the SiHalal platform, on site production process verification in collaboration with Halal Product Process Assistants (PPH), and formulation of self-declaration statements. The intervention yielded enhanced producer capacity to understand and satisfy halal certification prerequisites, successful attainment of NIB for formal business recognition, and improved preparedness for certification application. These advancements are anticipated to facilitate broader market outreach, elevate product value addition, and foster the long-term, self-reliant sustainability of village-rooted micro enterprises leveraging indigenous resources (Ilham, 2023)
Peran Inovasi Agribisnis Wisata Petik Buah Melon dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Desa Kebocoran, Kabupaten Banyumas
No full textAbstrak: Pertanian merupakan sektor strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, dan pengembangan agribisnis berbasis agrowisata menjadi alternatif inovatif untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk pertanian serta kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran inovasi agribisnis dalam wisata petik buah melon dan dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Kebocoran, Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus, meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan petani dan pengelola agrowisata, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi budidaya dengan varietas unggul Golden Aroma, sistem greenhouse yang mengontrol iklim mikro, dan penggunaan pupuk organik meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas melon. Manajemen profesional oleh BUMDes memastikan pengelolaan yang berkelanjutan dan transparan, serta memberikan gaji tetap bagi petani sebagai karyawan, yang meningkatkan stabilitas ekonomi dan regenerasi petani milenial. Inovasi pemasaran dengan sistem self-picking dan promosi digital membuka peluang pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan pendapatan. Dampak sosial ekonomi yang terlihat antara lain stabilitas pendapatan petani, peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADes), bertambahnya lapangan kerja, serta penguatan interaksi sosial dan edukasi lingkungan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan model agribisnis terintegrasi berbasis masyarakat sebagai strategi pembangunan desa yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif.
 
Integrasi Omnix dan MyCX sebagai Kunci Efisiensi Administrasi dan Layanan Pelanggan di Index Telkom Purwokerto
No full textTransformasi digital merupakan strategi krusial dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan kualitas layanan pelanggan pada lingkungan industri telekomunikasi yang kompetitif dan dinamis. Di Index Telkom Purwokerto, proses administrasi dan layanan pelanggan sebelumnya masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti pencatatan data yang terfragmentasi, pemrosesan dokumen yang lambat, keterbatasan pelacakan riwayat layanan, serta respons layanan yang belum konsisten. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada keterlambatan penyelesaian layanan, potensi kesalahan data, dan penurunan efektivitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi sistem Omnix dan MyCX sebagai solusi digital dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan kinerja layanan pelanggan di Index Telkom Purwokerto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung selama kegiatan magang, serta perbandingan proses kerja sebelum dan sesudah penerapan sistem digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Omnix mampu meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi pengelolaan data administratif, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, serta menyederhanakan alur kerja administrasi. Sementara itu, MyCX berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan pelanggan melalui percepatan waktu respons, pengelolaan keluhan yang lebih terstruktur, serta kemudahan pelacakan riwayat interaksi pelanggan. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan Omnix dan MyCX terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas operasional dan kualitas layanan pelanggan di Index Telkom Purwokerto. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi sistem digital dalam mendukung transformasi organisasi yang berkelanjutan dan berorientasi pada peningkatan kinerja layanan
