No full textThis research aims to investigation the influence of the growth of assets, runding decisions and dividend policy on the firm value which accoured by Price Book Value, using a data setconsisting of 17 is property and real Estate Company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2013-2015. Data collection using purposive sampling method to the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015.These studies use a panel of data with the number of observations of 20 samples. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistics and multiple linear regressions using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) for windows version 22. The result testing of hypothesis shows that the incompletely growth of Asset and funding decisions does not affect the value of the company. While the dividend policy positively affects the firm value Simultaneously, all these independent variables have a significant influence on the firm value

No full textThe purpose of this research was to knowing the: (1) effect of price discount on impulse buying customer’s, (2) effect of bonus pack on impulse buying customer’s, (3) effect of product display on impulse buying customer’s, (4) effect of store atmosphere on impulse buying customer’s, (5) effect of packaging on impulse buying customer’s, (6) effect of positive emotion on impulse buying customer’s, (7) effect of price discount, bonus pack, product display, store atmosphere, packaging and positive emotion on impulse buying customer’s. This research was conducted based on associative research, with population of this research were consumer’s of minimarket Karanganyar regency. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling methode with the total sample of 100 people. Data was collected through questionnaire and was analysis with multiple regression. Results have show there was: (1) negative effect of price discount on impulse buying customer’s, (2) negative effect of bonus pack on impulse buying customer’s, (3) positive effect of product display on impulse buying customer’s, (4) negative effect of store atmosphere on impulse buying customer’s, (5) positive effect of packaging on impulse buying customer’s, (6) positive effect of positive emotion on impulse buying customer’s, (7) there was positive effect of price discount, bonus pack, product display, store atmosphere, packaging and positive emotion on impulse buying customer’s

No full textIn this research the authors have a goal that is 1) To determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction of Honda Beat Motorcycle in Gedong Village. 2) To know the effect of price to consumer satisfaction of Honda Beat Motorcycle in Sub-district Gedong. 3) To know the influence between the design on consumer satisfaction of Honda Beat Motorcycle in Gedong village. 4) To determine the effect of product quality, price, and design significantly on consumer satisfaction of Honda Beat Motorcycle in Gedong village. The data needed in this research is the primary data derived from the questionnaire and literature study such as theory and description object research and previous research related to the issues discussed. The collection method is used questionnaire and has literature study and books related to the issues discussed. The results of data analysis in this research concluded that: 1) From the calculation of the value of tcount>ttable (2,490 > 1,985), means Ho rejected and accept Ha, meaning there is a significant influence between the design on consumer satisfaction of Honda Beat Motorcycle users in Gedong village of sub-district Karanganyar. 2) From the calculation of the value of tcount>ttable (3.193 > 1.985), means Ho rejected and accept Ha, meaning there is a significant influence between product quality on consumer satisfaction of Honda Beat Motorcycle users in Gedong village of sub-district Karanganyar. 3) From the calculation of the value of tcount>ttable (3.389 > 1,985), means Ho is rejected and accept Ha, meaning there is a significant influence between the price of consumer satisfaction Honda Beat Motorcycle users in Gedong village of sub-district Karanganyar. 4) From the calculation of Fcount>Ftable that is (17,544 > 2.70) Ho is rejected, means product quality, design and price simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Honda Beat Motorcycle users in Gedong village of sub-district Karanganyar

Para dosen diwawancarai tentang pandangan mereka mengenai pembelajaran mandiri. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa semua responden sepakat tentang pentingnya belajar mandiri.Namun, dalam hal makna belajar mandiri, dosen menyarankan berbagai definisi belajar mandiri, menandakan bahwa pemahaman mereka tentang konsep pembelajaran mandiri tidak serupa yang dapat mengakibatkan praktik yang berbeda dalam memberikan tugas belajar mandiri kepada siswa

Metode penelitian disini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan di analisis dengan metode intralingual. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang kemampuan menulis Bahasa Inggris terutama dalam menulis karangan deskriptif. Berdasarkan data yang didapat, peneliti mengelompokkan data berdasarkan kesalahan-kesalahan dalam menulis. Diantaranya adalah kesalahan fonologi yang dilakukan oleh sembilan orang guru, kesalahan morfologi dilakukan oleh dua guru, dan kesalahan sintaksis yang dilakukan oleh sembilan guru

Get PDFIn the Indonesian land law, individual right of lands are subject to the public interest. A right of land must have a social function. Nowadays, this policy is taking the form in the Land Procurement Act. One therefore could argue that the legal basic of a compulsory land procurement policy is stronger at the meantime, compare to the one before. Aspects which are regulated in the Law, among other things are the mandatory purchase procedures of land purchasing; the price of the land and these further schedulled in the generally Government regulations. The price of the land is prescribed one- sided by the Government as the purchaserwhois the party in the government contract, representing or acting on behalf of the State. This law has been long recognized in the Indonesian legal system. There are several types of Government compulsory purchases of land rights. The first category is a purchasing of a land right from the temporary holder and the second category is the compulsory purchase of an ownership of land from the permanent holder. Get PDFThe ongoing conflict between the armed separatists (OPM) in Papua and the Indonesian government is a domestic disorder, friction, and disturbance which can endanger the state sovereignty, territorial integrity of the state, and the safety of the entire nation. If this situation is not handled seriously, it can develop into a permanent condition which surely can turn into a major threat for the national security. Currently, the government has conducted military operations to deal with the OPM rebellion. The research problem is to describe the use of military operations within the state power perspective; and whether the use of military operations against the armed separatists in Papua has already been in accordance with the state power principle. This present research is a normative juridical method within a qualitative approach in which the data are analyzed by using the interpretive method. It is also a descriptive-analytical research in which it describes the applicable legislation and relates it with legal theories and the implementation practices of the positive laws which are related to the research problem. By using a library research, the data related to the research problems, e.g. written legislation, conventions, agreements, theses, journals, and other documents from the legal experts, were collected and analyze
Translation Quality of Indonesian-English Tourism Brochure in Solo
Get PDFThe aim of this paper is to find out the translation quality of tourism brochure in Solo in terms of its accuracy, acceptability and readability. The research method applied was descriptive-qualitative. The source of data consists of documents and informants selected with purposive sampling technique. The data were Indonesian-English tourism brochure in the form of words, phrases, clauses and sentences. The other data were taken from questionnaires assessed by three respondents. The results of the translation quality show that the translation of tourism brochure in Solo is accurate, acceptable and readable
