No full textThe population used in this study is permanent employees of PT. Indo Gula Pastika. By using census techniques, there are 42 permanent employees of PT. Indo Gula Pastika was taken as a sample. The data collection technique used in this study was using a questionnaire. From the results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership significantly influences employee job satisfaction, (2) The work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (3) Compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (4) Leadership, Environment Work and Compensation together have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on data analysis, it is known that multiple linear regression equations are: Y = -11,630 + 0,519 + 0,337 + 0,629. It can be concluded that the work environment variable (X2) has a weaker influence on the job satisfaction of PT. Indo Gula Pastika compared to other variabel. Based on the results of the F test, it can be seen that the value of F count > F table 55.901 > 2.85 which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that leadership, work environment and compensation jointly have a significant effect on job satisfaction of PT. Indo Gula Pastika. Based on the results of the Determination Coefficient test (R2), it can be seen that the proportion of the influence of the independent variables consisting of leadership, work environment and compensation to the job satisfaction of PT. Indo Gula Pastika amounted to 90.3% while the rest of it 9.7% was influenced by other factors
ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KESEJAHTERAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI BKK KARANGANYAR
No full textIn this research has the objective to determine the effect of leadership, and welfare the performance in BKK Karanganyar either partially or simulfaneously. The hypothesis in this study are : suspected leadership and welfare have a significant effect on the performance of employees at BKK Karanganyar either partially or Simultaneously. Necessary data in this study are primary data obtained by questionnaire from a sample of 110 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this research is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The regression test results obtained Y = -2,470 + 0.560 X1 + 0323 X2 + 0.209 X3. The t test results obtained: 1) The influence of leadership (X1) obtained t value of 5,523> t table 1,980 with a p-value of 0,000 <0.005 meaning that X1 has an effect on employee performance. 2) The effect of welfare (X2) obtained t value 179.787> t table 179.787 with a p-value of 0.000 <0.005 means that X2 has an effect on employee performance. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the staffing, leadership and welfare have a significant effect on the performance of employees at BKK Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of the board of directors, the board of commissioners and the audit committee on the share prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period either partially or simultaneously. The hypothesis of this study allegedly the board of directors, the board of commissioners and the audit committee significantly influence stock prices. Secondary data collected from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2018. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis showed that the board of directors partially had a significant positive effect on stock prices, the board of commissioners had no significant negative effect on stock prices and the audit committee had a significant positive effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The board of directors, the board of commissioners and the audit committee simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on the share prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period.

No full textAnalyzing the effect of understanding taxation, tax sanctions, and tax rates on tax compliance for UMKM in Surakarta. This research was conducted at UMKM Surakarta. The population in this study is the UMKM taxpayer, amounting to 500 people. The research sample of 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data is taken with instruments in the form of a questionnaire variable understanding taxation, tax sanctions, tax rates and tax compliance. The questionnaire validity test used the product moment correlation formula and item reliability with the Alpha formula. The results of the validity and reliability of 18 question items are all valid and reliable, so that it can be used as a research measurement tool. Data analysis techniques using inductive statistical techniques. Testing the hypothesis of the t test and F test and multiple regression analysis models. Regression test results obtained Y = 3,227 + 0,300 X1 + 0,362 X2 + 1,348 X3. T test results obtained: 1) Understanding taxation (X1) obtained tcount value of 3.283 > ttable 1.980 with a significant coefficient of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that understanding of taxation affects taxpayer compliance. 2) Tax sanctions (X2) obtained tcount 3.425> ttable 1.980 with a significant coefficient of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that tax sanctions affect tax compliance. 3) The tax rate (X3) obtained tcount 2.765 > ttable 1.980 with a significant coefficient of 0.007 < 0.05, meaning that the tax rate affects the taxpayer compliance. 3) Based on the F test obtained Fcount 12.601 > Ftable = 2.70 with a significance coefficient of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that understanding taxation, tax sanctions, and tax rates affect the taxpayer compliance. The higher the level of understanding of taxation, tax sanctions, and tax rates, the higher the UMKM taxpayer compliance in Surakarta

Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan survei lapangan, wawancara dan studi pustaka kemudian dilakukan analisis perancangan. Hasil analisis perancangan ini meliputi : (1) Analisis Aktivitas meliputi analisis program aktivitas, analisis pelaku aktivitas, analisis pengelompokan aktivitas, analisis pola aktivitas pelaku, analisis kebutuhan ruang, dan analisis besaran ruangan. (2) Analisis Perencanaan Tapak meliputi orientasi matahari, orientasi sirkulasi, orientasi view, orientasi kebisingan, dan zoning site, (3) Analisis Bentuk Bangunan, (4) Analisis Bahan Bangunan, (5) Analisis Struktur meliputi struktur bawah, super struktur, struktur tengah, struktur utama dan struktur atas, serta (6) Analisis Utilitas meliputi penyediaan air bersih, pengelolaan air limbah, jaringan listrik, pemadam kebakaran, sistem keamanan, dan pengolahan limbah sampah. No full textThe research objective to find out: (1) influence of the welfare program to employee’s work productivity, (2) influence of leadership style to employee’s work productivity, (3) together influence of welfare program and leadership to employee’s work productivity, and (4) the dominant influence between welfare programs and leadership to employee’s work productivity onBadan Keuangan Daerah Karanganyar Regency. This research is a quantitative study with explanatory analysis. This research was conducted at the on Badan Keuangan Daerah Karanganyar Regency. The population as well as the research sample of 72 people with a census method technique. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire observation, observation, study of literature and documents. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression, t test, F test and determination test. The results obtained are: (1) The t test results found that the welfare program variables with the value of t count> ttable (6.164 <1.960), which means that the welfare program was factors significantly influence employee’s work productivity. (2) The t test results found that the leadership style variable with t count> ttable (4.028> 1,960), which means that the leadership style factor has a significant effect on employee work productivity. (3) The results of the F test are shown that F count> Ftable (41,249> 5.41), which means that the welfare program and leadership style affect the work productivity of employees in the on Badan Keuangan Daerah Karanganyar Regency together. (4) The t-count value of the welfare program variable is 6.164 greater than the t-count value of the leadership style variable, which means the welfare program has the greatest effect on employee work productivity in the on Badan Keuangan Daerah Karanganyar Regency. The equation of the multiple linear regression line is Y = 12.738 + 0.606 X1 + 0.213 X2 + e with an oef of determination of 0.63. This shows that the variable work productivity is really explained by the variable welfare program and leadership style by 63%. The rest is explained by other variables not examined in this study
