No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk, dan Promosi terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) Cabang Klaten.Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus kuantitatif, data priimer diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh nasabah, sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji regresi linier, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi (R). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis 1 pada penelitian ini dapat diterima, Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis 2 pada penelitian ini dapat diterima, dan Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis 3 pada penelitian ini dapat diterima. Selanjutnya Kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis 4 pada penelitian ini dapat diterima

No full textThe growth of private universities has made the competition process for new students to be tighter. Private universities must make efforts to increase the interest of prospective new students to choose to continue their education at these private universities. In addition to efforts to improve the quality of education services,This research is quantitative descriptive. The study population was all members of the Karanganyar scout movement branch quartir, while the research sample was 50 students. Data collection used a questionnaire, while data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis.The results showed that most of the respondents stated that the marketing communication of the Indonusa Polytechnic was quite good (66%), most of the respondents stated that their interest in studying at the Indonusa Polytechnic was moderate (58%), and there was a significant relationship between marketing communication and interest in studying for new students. Indonusa Surakata Polytechnic. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between marketing communication and interest in studying at Polytechnic Indonusa Surakarta.

Tujuan pembuatan website profil ini ialah untuk membantu para penyewa agar lebih mudah menemukan informasi persewaan mobil dan mempermudah pemesanan. Website profil persewaan mobil ini merupakan salah satu upaya dalam memberikan informasi kepada penyewa mengenai persewaan mobil dengan maksud memperluas informasi dan memudahkan proses pemesanan. Perancangan website profil persewaan mobil ini menggunakan metode pendataan. Metode pendataan tersebut meliputi observasi, wawancara, analisis, perancangan, dan uji coba. ANALISIS HAMBATAN SAMPING TERHADAP TINGKAT PELAYANAN JALAN
No full textJalan Lawu adalah salah satu ruas jalan di kabupaten Karanganyar. Sepanjang ruas jalan lawu, di beberapa tempat tidak sama lebarnya. Hal tersebut menimbulkan permasalahan baru akibat kapasitas jalan yang berbeda-beda serta kondisi hambatan di sepanjang jalan yang berbeda-beda pula. Salah satu ruas jalan yang memiliki permasalahan tersebut adalah di jalan Lawu Sta 17+400 sampai dengan sta18+000. Metode penelitian dengan kuantitatif yaitu suatu proses menemukan pengetahuan yang menggunakan data berupa angka sebagai alat menganalisis keterangan mengenai apa yang ingin diketahui.Dari hasil pengamatan didapat volume lalu lintas di Jalan Raya Lawu tertinggi terjadi sebesar 2023,3 SMP/jam. Nilai kapasitas jalan 4.927,65 smp/jam. Jumlah hambatan adalah 434 termasuk kategori kelas hambatan sedang. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut trelihat bahwa adanya hambatan samping dengan kategori sedang tidak signifikan menurunkan kapasitas jalan terbukti dengan tingkat pelayanan jalan masih baik. Nilai (Level Of Service) LOS 0,41 Smp/jam, maka Tingkat Pelayanan Jalan di Jalan lawu Karanganyar (STA 17+400 – STA 18+000) dikategorikan B. Tingkat Pelayanan B artinya arus stabil, tetapi kecepatan operasi mulai dibatasi oleh kondisi lalu-lintas. Pengemudi memiliki kebebasan yang cukup untuk memilih kecepatan.Kata Kunci : Hambatan Samping, Tingkat Pelayanan Jala

No full textThe determinants of purchasing decisions for a product include product quality, service, and price. The problem in this research is whether product quality, service, and price influence the purchasing decision of ARMS by Ardiyansyah Mega fashion products in Sragen simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of purchasing decisions ARMS by Ardiyansyah Mega brand fashion products in Sragen simultaneously. The variables in this study are product quality (X1), service quality (X2), price (X3), and purchase decision (Y). The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is inductive statistics and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis models, t-tests, and F tests. From the results of the Determination Coefficient test, the Adjusted R Square value or determinant coefficient (R2) = 0,614, means that the decision purchases were influenced by 61.4% by product quality, service quality, and price. While the remaining 39.6% is caused by other factors not included in the study, including promotion, services, physical facilities, insurance, and others

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of good governance and internal control on the performance of village government financial management in Karangmalang district, Sragen regency. This research consists of one dependent variable and two independent variables. The independent variables in the study are good governance and internal control. The dependent variable in this study is the performance of village financial management. This type of research is a case with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted from April to May 2020 in the Village Government in Karangmalang sub-district, Sragen regency. The target population selected by random sampling is a technique of taking samples by mixing subjects without considering levels in the population. In addition this sampling technique is used because of limited personnel and does not allow the overall data retrieval. then the sample in this study was 30% of the population, because the population exceeds 100, namely 110 Village Apparatus. Here the researchers conducted research in 3 Village Governments namely Mojorejo Village Government, Puro Village Government, and Pelemgadung Village Government. So the number of samples used in this study were 33 village officials (110x30%). Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. No full texthis study aims to examine the effect of firm size, net profit margin, current ratio, and earning per share on the dividend payout ratio with investment opportunity set as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. Amount of samples in this study are 45 companies. Sampling method using purposive sampling technique. The statistical method used descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, determination test, and hypothesis test using the multiple linear regression analysis method and the Moderate Analysis (MRA) test.The result of this study indicate that firm size have positive and significant effect to dividend payout ratio, and earning per share have negative, and significant to dividend payout ratio in manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. Meanwhile net profit margin and current ratio have no effect to dividend payout ratio in manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. For testing with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) model, the result of investment opportunity set cannot mmoderate the effect of firm size, net profit margin, current ratio, and earning per share on the dividend payout ratio

No full textThis study aims to see that there is no influence between work experience variables (X1), team cooperation variables (X2), and work experience variables (X1) together with teamwork variables (X2) simultaneously on employee productivity variables (Y) at PT. Berkah Ridho Cinta Indonesia in Karanganyar. The population used in this study were employees at PT. Berkah Ridho Cinta Indonesia in Karanganyar with samples taken from 75 respondents using probability sampling techniques. The data method used a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis used were: 1) Validity and Reliability Test, 2) Classical Assumption Test consisting of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test, 4) Hypothesis Test consisting of Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test, T test, and the coefficient of determination test.
