Cilandak Barat Park and Ride dengan Pendekatan Biophilic Architecture
No full textKebutuhan transportasi kini menjadi hal penting bagi masyarakat kota. Transportasi semakin meningkat karena transportasi merupakan sarana penting untuk memeperlancar perekonomian masyarakat. Semakin berkembangnya perekonomian pemilik kendaraan pribadi juga semakin meningkat hal ini menyebabkan kemacetan kendaraan di pusat kota, pemerintah merespon hal ini dan memfasilitasi transportasi umum wilayah tertentu dibeberapa titik untuk mengurangi kemacetan di pusat kota. Solusi untuk memaksimalkan transportasi massal berupa Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Transjakarta, dan taksi dilakukan dengan pembangunan Park and Ride, sehingga fasilitas penunjang transportasi massal di stasiun MRT Fatmawati, Cilandak Barat dapat lebih maksimal, dengan adanya fasilitas Park and Ride ini pengguna dapat lebih nyaman menitipkan kendaraannya dan melanjutkan dengan transportasi massal tanpa harus mengalami kemaetan di tengah kota. Dalam merancang Park and Ride perlu adanya beberapa data yang diperlukan dan metode pendekatan khusus dalam merancang. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada perancangan konsep ialah pendekatan Biophilic Architecture. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena kesibukan orang bekerja yang kurang dalam berinteraksi pada alam sekitar. Metode ini diterapkan agar dapat mengurangi stress karena elemen alam yang mampu hadir ditengah padatnya kegiatan. Metode Rational Approach juga diterapkan untuk memaksimalkan dan menekankan analisis permasalahan seara sistematis sehingga permasalahn dapat teridentifikasi seara rinci dan terselesaikan dengan baik. Untuk Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam merancang Park and Ride yaitu metode kualitatif dan kuantitaif. Dari hasil metode dan pengumpulan data tersebut didapatkan hasil karakteristik gedung Park and Ride yang menerapkan pendekatan Biophilic Architecture yaitu terdapat lubang cahaya untuk memasukkan unsur alami seperti cahaya dan air hujan kedalam bangunan dan dilapisi kaca yang menggunakan struktur baja, selain itu bangunan ini juga menerapkan konsep water harvesting dimana pengelolaan air hujan dimaksimalkan dalam bangunan ini. Selain fungsi bagian lubang cahaya yang berbentuk corong ini juga menjadi nilai estetika pada bangunan.Kata kunci: Biophilic1; Park and Ride2; Transportasi3

No full textIn this study the authors have a goal to determine the influence of product, price, place, and promotion on customer decisions using OVO and Gopay in Jebres Sub District of Surakarta either partially or simultaneously. Hypothesis in this research are: Suspected influence of product, price, place, and promotion have effect on customer decisions using OVO and Gopay in Jebres Sub District of Surakarta either partially or simultaneously. The data needed in this study is the primary data obtained by questionnaire method from the sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that influence of product, price, place, and promotion have signficant effect on customer decisions using OVO and Gopay in Jebres Sub District of Surakarta either partially or simultaneously

No full textLeadership is a crucial aspect of management in every organisation or institution. This research assessed an organization's capacity to lead effectively, which will decide whether it succeeds or fails in achieving its objectives. A leader must have the proper influence to lead the members of his organisation in this endeavour. The purpose of this study is to examine how employee motivation, loyalty, and productivity impact the leadership of the Headman of Brujul Village, Jaten Sub-District, Karanganyar District. This type of research is a qualitative case study that describes the interaction data analysis from the withdrawal of all population data utilised as a sample. Interviews, observations, and documents were used to collect data in this study. The outcomes of this study show that the village headman's leadership position has a significant impact on staff motivation, loyalty, and productivity at the Brujul Village Office, Jaten Sub-District, Karanganyar District. The community's interests, in this case the employees', will be served by creating decent working circumstances, which will aid them in carrying out their responsibilities. As a result, employees will be able to make the most of their time and remain loyal to the company. The motivation to attempt as much as possible will emerge, accompanied by a spirit of working under unusual circumstances. If the leader or village headman ensures the health of employees by restricting working hours or reducing extra hours, employees' health can be maintained. Employees who perform efficiently and effectively in line with processes will have a positive impact on job productivity

No full textIn quantitative research, verification is a common method used to check whether a method is correct by verifying or without corrections from what has been carried out elsewhere, by taking similar problems in life. The quantitative approach leads to a scientific approach to managerial and economic decision making. This approach consists of problem formulation, finding solutions, testing solutions, analyzing results and implementation of the results in achieving such as measure (calculation).This study aims to verify the role model of the business communication corridor. Analysis will address this question:how much influence a dimension of a strategy consisting of two independent variables, product and price of the Olympic brand furniture has on the dimensions of purchasing behavior as the dependent variable at the outlet at Carrefour MT Haryono, Jl Raya MT Haryono, South Jakarta.This research will apply business communication strategy theory (pricing strategy, product strategy, consumer behavior, purchasing decision and social category in order to represent discipline of social science).For methodology, this research uses a verification study analysis with a positivistic paradigm. Data are referred to population of 450; 82 samples, while in the implementation and research, only 30 respondents were used as samples.This study has resulted an important conclusion about the dimension of price strategy conducted by Olympic brand in that specific outlet. The furniture prices here are actually not cheap and rather close to the expensive in category (it is measured 2,25 at mean scale dimension). It shows the opinion of buyers who think the prices of furniture has a tendency to be expensive.In the dimension of product strategy, it is clear that the products and strategies of Olympic furnitures are particularly targetted the household of urban middle class Indonesian. It can be verified from looking at the quality standard of products which are either not too good or too bad, at least from the eyes of the buyers.The research also finds that the decision to buy an Olympic product is determined by a number of specific indicators, namely: the quality, the price, kind of products and place where products are sold. It has been validated through this research that Olympic furniture products are mostly bought by ordinary buyers. They buy the products spontaneously at the Olympic outlet at Carefour. They are not those regular or typical inexperienced buyers.

Isu terkini terkait pandemi Covid-19 adalah isu “New Normal”. Berita tidak serta merta hadir di tengah masyarakat melainkan dikonstruksi oleh institusi media. Informasi terkait suatu isu, dibingkai sedemikian rupa untuk disuguhkan kepada pembacanya. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana isu new normal dibingkai melalui pemberitaan di Solopos.com pada bulan Juni dan Juli 2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis Framing R. Entman. Penelitian ini menganalisis framing pemberitaan terkait “New Normal” menggunakan empat elemen R. Entman yakni define problems, diagnose causes, moral judgement, dan treatment recommendation. No full textOrganizational success in achieving organizational goals requires quality human resources, able to work productively, efficiently, effectively, and professionally. Employees are human resources elements which are important assets of the organization, so employees are required to produce maximum performance in order to support the overall success of the organization. This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance (2) analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance (3) analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance. This study take location in the Department of Education Surakarta City, using sample of 60 employees. Data collection using questionnaire techniques. Data analysis technique using linear regression analysis. Conclusions from the results of testing each hypothesis indicate that (1) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance (2) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (3) motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance

Akibatnya berimbas pada Kota Surakarta yang banyak dijumpai disfungsi lahan. Berdasarkan fenomena kepadatan pemukiman yang terjadi, maka pembangunan rusunawa dianggap dapat menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Selain itu kegiatan pembangunan di Indonesia mengarah kepada industrialisasi sehingga energi menjadi isu utama dan penting dalam kerangka menunjang model pembangunan.Penelitian dengan judul “Perancangan Rusunawa Putri Cempo Dengan Konsep Bangunan Hemat Energi di Surakarta” bertujuan mengetahui dan memperkaya pengetahuan tentang rusunawa dengan konsep hemat energi di Surakarta. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah melalui pengumpulan sumber data, diantaranya studi literatur, wawancara, survey lapangan dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis dan diolah sehingga diperoleh hasil penelitian.Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa rusunawa ini menenerapkan arsitektur hemat energi, yang pada prosesnya memiliki sistem hemat energi listrik dengan menerapkan pencahayaan dan penghawaan alami yang baik, pengelolaan air dengan memanfaatkan sisa pemakaian dan pemanenan air hujan dan sistem pengolahan sampah menjadi bahan bermanfaat
