Banyaknya surat keputusan yang berada pada suatu Organisasi atau Institusi Perguuan Tinggi merupakan hal wajar akan tetapi akan menjadi sebuah masalah bila tidak adanya suatu cara pengolahan yang baik. Maka daripada itu pada penelitian ini akan membahas perihal media informasi surat keputusan online dengan media viewboard pada website surat keputusan Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Dengan adanya media viewboard pada website surat keputusan Perguruan Tinggi Raharja dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pengunjung dalam mendapatkan informasi klasifikasi jumlah dari surat keputusan lebih cepat. Manfaat dari media viewboard dapat mempermudah pengunjung dalam mengakses informasi klasifikasi jumlah dari surat keputusan yang ada di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja yang terupdate. ANALISIS MEKANISME PELAYANAN SECURITY, COSTUMER SERVICE, DAN TELLER PADA BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (BTN) CABANG TANGERANG
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang pelaksanaan mekanisme pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh para pegawai (security, costumer service, dan teller) Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Tangerang. Hipotesis penelitian dirumuskan sebagai : Mekanisme pelayanan yang diberikan oleh security, costumer service, dan teller Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Tangerang sudah mampu memuaskan nasabahnya, yaitu minimal 60% nasabah merasa terpuaskan atas layanan yang mereka terima. Untuk pembuktian hipotesis digunakan 50 orang nasabah di Bank BTN dan teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis kuatitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerimaan hipotesis, dimana lebih dari 60% nasabah merasa terpuaskan atas layanan yang mereka terima, yaitu paling rendah 60% pelanggan merasa terpuaskan atas layanan yang mereka terima.

Starting from the creation of a company\u27s cash account used as a cash account and corporate bank account on the system, deletion or filing of cash accounts, up to the transfer invoice creation feature, receive and send money. Thus, this system is very effective and efficient in the management of income and corporate cash disbursements.

The results of the analysis show the company needs a system that capable to monitoring centered home sales data which functionally, marketing manager knows the total of consumer and total of sold home using a system which can be accessed in realtime using web-based system, so it will be easier in making decision.

Perancangan Sistem Absensi Online Menggunakan Android Guna Mempercepat Proses Absensi

Dalam hal ini perusahaan berlomba membuat sistem absensi yang dapat berjalan pada teknologi saat ini seperti smartphone android. Hal tersebut membutuhkan sebuah design rancangan sebelum sistem ini dibuat sehingga dapat mengetahui permasalahan dan solusi pada sistem yang akan dibuat. Design sistem absensi online digunakan untuk mempercepat absen hanya melalui smartphone android yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing karyawan. Hal ini membutuhkan jaringan lokal yang berjarak hanya didalam lingkungan perusahaan sehingga karyawan tidak dapat absen diluar perusahaan. Guna membuat sebuah laporan dengan metode sistem diatas, memerlukan metode pengumpulan data sistem yang berjalan, wawancara, observasi, analisa sistem yang diusulkan, dan metode prototipe dan testing sebagai pembentukan sistem usulan yang memadai sebagai alternative solusi terbaik dari permasalahan yang ada.

In this case the company raced to make attendance system that can run on current technologies such as android smartphone. It requires a design draft before this system was created so as to know the problems and solutions on the system to be created. Online attendance system design used to speed up the timesheet only through android smartphone which is owned by each employee. This requires a local network which is just in a corporate environment so that employees can not be absent outside of the company. To create a report with the method above, the system requires a method of data collection system that runs, interviews, observation, analysis of the proposed system, and the method of prototype and testing as the establishment of an adequate proposal system as alternative best solution of existing problems.

Penerapan Sistem Monitoring Parkir Kendaraan Berbasis Android Pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja

Saat ini sistem parkir pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja masih menggunakan sistem parkir yang bersifat manual, dimana proses keluar masuk nya kendaraan masih di catat di buku dan untuk penyampaian informasi mengenai ketersediaan slot parkir menggunakan komunikasi handy talky yang bersifat lambat sehingga mengharuskan para petugas melakukan komunikasi secara bergantian demi mendapatkan informasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dirancang sebuah sistem monitoring berbasis android yang akan menghitung kendaraan yang parkir. Dengan penerapan sistem monitoring berbasis android ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada sehingga lebih memudahkan petugas dalam hal memantau keadaan area parkir di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja dan juga mendapatkan informasi mengenai jumlah slot parkir yang tersisa secara realtime dan otomatis dan meringankan petugas dalam hal mencatat kendaraan yang keluar masuk. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat berjalan dengan baik di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Di samping permasalahan tersebut dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapakan mengurangi atau menghemat pengeluaran Kampus karena tidak membutuhkan komputer yang slalu stand by di tempat.

The current system\u27s parking on College Raharja still use the parking system is a manual process, where his entry out of a vehicle is still on the record on the books and for the submission of information about the availability of parking slots using the handy talky communications are slow so require the officers communicate interchangeably for the sake of getting information. Based on these problems then designed an android-based monitoring system that will calculate a vehicle parking. With the implementation of android-based monitoring system is expected to tackle the existing problems so as to better facilitate officers in terms of monitoring the State of the parking area in College Raharja and also get information about the amount of remaining parking slot in realtime and automatic and relieve officers in terms of vehicle records out in. The system is expected to run well in College Raharja. In addition to the problem with the existence of this application are expected reduce or save expenses Campus because it does not require a computer that usually stand by in place.

ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU DENGAN METODE FIXED ORDER INTERVAL (FOI) TERHADAP BIAYA TOTAL PERSEDIAAN DAN LABA OPERASI PADA RESTORAN BENEDICT
Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan biaya persediaan bahan baku sebelum dana sesudah menggunakan metode Fixed Order interval (FOI) pada pengendallian persediaan bahan baku serta untuk mengetahui perbedaan laba kotor perusahaan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan metode Fixed Order interval (FOI) dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada Restoran Benedict. Dalam penelitian ini, pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menghitung biaya bahan baku sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan metode Fixed Order interval (FOI), total biaya persediaan sebelum dan sesudah FOI, estimasi laba (operasi kotor) sebelum dan sesudah FOI. Data yang telah dikumpulkan selanjutnya diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil perhitungan data kemudian dianalisis untuk membuktikan hipotesis yang diajukan diterima dan ditolak. Berdasarkan dari nilai hasil uji korelasi determinan, tingkat pengaruh variabel FOI terhadap biaya persediaan adalah sedang, yaitu sebesar 22% dan sebesar 78% merupakan pengaruh dari faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan uji korelasi determinan, pengaruh variabel FOI terhadap GP adalah kuat, yaitu 95%. Artinya laba operasi kotor dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode FOI karena terdapat penghematan biaya persediaan, sedangkan 5% merupakan pengaruh dari faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil ini didukung denganperhitungan manual yang menghasilkan peningkatan laba operasi kotor (GP) sebesar Rp. 8.846.046.681, sedangkan setelah menerapkan metode FOI adalah sebesar Rp. 8.934.789.473. dari hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode TIC terjadi selisih laba yang berasal dari penghematan biaya persediaan (TIC). Dengan memperhatikan beberapa hal tersebut, maka peneliti memberikan saran kepada perusahaan agar dapat mengembangkan system atau metode pengelolaan persediaan yang dilaksanakan selama ini, salah satunya dengan metode fixed order interval (FOI). Metode ini mampu menghemat biaya pemesanan dengan menentukan interval pembelian bahan baku dengan kuantitas yang berbeda.
