ANALISIS FAKTOR IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN TENTANG RETRIBUSI PARKIR DAERAH DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH KOTA TANGERANG (STUDI DI DINAS PERHUBUNGAN)
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui hubungan diantara faktor-faktor yang teridentifikasi mampu mempengaruhi pendapatan asli daerah Kota Tangerang yang bersumberkan dari pengelolaan parkir daerah yang dikelola oleh Dinas Perhubungan melalui implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 4 Tahun 2014. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari komunikasi (X1), sumber daya (X2), sikap pelaksana (X3), struktur birokrasi (X4) dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (Y). dimana untuk mengukurnya dipergunakan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif yang menjelaskan hubungan diantara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikatnya. Survey dilakukan terhadap 40 pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Tangerang yang dijadikan sampel dari jumlah keseluruhan pegawai sebanyak 66.
Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui pengolahan data yang menggunakan paket program SPSS for Windows versi 20.00 tahun 2013 dengan metode analisis statitisk korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan regresi linear. Adapun kesahihan instrumen dilaksanakan melalui uji validitas, realibitas, normalitas dan linearitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan faktor imlementasi kebijakan (X1, X2, X3, dan X4) dengan variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah (Y) sebesar sebesar 0,497 yang signifikan hasilnya pada selang kepercayaaan lebih dari 95 %. sehingga untuk pengujian hipotesis pertama yang menyatakan : “Diduga terdapat pengaruh faktor komunikasi, faktor sumber daya, faktor sikap pelaksana dan faktor struktur birokrasi secara parsial terhadap terhadap impelementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 4 tahun 2014”, kesimpulannya dapat diterima pada selang kepercayaan 95 %.

PENGARUH PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. AGUNG PELITA INDUSTRINDO (API) TANGERANG
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pemberian kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT. Agung Pelita Industrindo (API) Tangerang. Hipotesis yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah “Terdapat Pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT. Agung Pelita Industrindo (API) Tangerang”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan 1.268 orang, sampel pada penelitian ini sama dengan jumlah populasi 44 dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil analisis antara variabel Kompensasi (X) dengan variabel Kepuasan Kerja (Y) sebesar 0,612 yang signifikan hasilnya pada selang kepercayaan 95%, sebab hasil pengujian korelasi menunjukkan signifikasi pada α kurang dari 5 % (0.000). sehingga untuk pengujian Hipotesis pertama yang menyatakan : “Terdapat pengaruh signifikan pemberian kompensasi terhadap terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT. Agung Pelita Industrindo (API) Tangerang”, demikian tingkat keeratan atau pengaruh variabel bauran pemasarran terhadap keputusan konsumen dengan nilai korelasi (r) 0,543 adalah kuat (0,60-0,799). Melalui hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (KD) disimpulkan bahwa Variabel Kompensasi terbuti mampu mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT. Agung Pelita Industrindo sebesar 37,40%, sedangkan sebagian lain Kepuasan Kerja di PT. Agung Pelita Industrindo dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain, yaitu Jenjang Karir, Lingkungan Kerja, sarana prasarana, reward atau punishment yang diakumulasikan 62,60%. Hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linear antara Variabel Kompensasi (X) dengan variabel Kepuasan Kerja (Y) dapat memenuhi persamaan garis regresi linear sebesar Y= 18,112+0551X. Hal ini memberikan interpretasi bahwa seiring dengan meningkatnya nilai variabel pelaksanaan Kompensasi (X) maka nilai Variabel Kepuasan Kerja (Y) pun akan meningkat secara positif dan signifikan mengikuti persamaan garis regresi linearnya.

Salah satu informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam pendidikan adalah informasi tagihan rincian biaya perkuliahan. Dalam penelitian sebelumnya informasi rincian biaya kuliah hanya bisa dilihat di lokal dan hanya bisa menggunakan Box Sis. Untuk meningkatkan kebutuhan mahasiswa maka di buatlah sistem yang menampilkan informasi rincian biaya kuliah yang bisa di akses di mana pun dan kapanpun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mind mapping dan analisa SWOT. Green Orchestra Plus (GO+) adalah sistem informasi tagihan pembayaran perkuliahan yang bisa diakses secara online melalui gadget masing-masing. Dengan GO+ setiap mahasiswa mudah mengetahui informasi tagihan yang harus dibayarkan dan jika tidak ada tagihan sistem tersebut pun akan menampilkan bahwa mahasiswa tersebut tidak ada tagihan atau sudah lunas. Adanya GO+ yang mudah diakses online maka kemudahan dan mutu pelayanan mahasiswa bisa terwujud. Pada saat mahasiswa ingin mengetahui tagihan yang harus dibayarkan, mahasiswa tidak perlu mengantri di box sis atau bertanya langsung pada kasir. Sehingga mahasiswa tidak perlu mengantri di Box Sis dan mahasiswa tidak perlu pergi ke kampus jika sedang tidak berada di kampus. Penyediaan sistem GO+ diharapkan mampu memberikan kemudahan bagi setiap mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Raharja dalam mencari informasi tagihan pembayaran perkuliahan.

Dalam Perguruan Tinggi Raharja terdapat suatu website yang khusus diperuntukan untuk melakukan batal tambah secara online, website tersebut merupakan OJRS+ (Online Jadwal Rencana Studi Plus). OJRS+ (Online Jadwal Rencana Studi Plus) pada STMIK Raharja sendiri inipun merupakan suatu fasilitas yang tidak hanya diperuntukan bagi para Mahasiswa dalam melakukan batal tambah secara online saja, tetapi juga terdapat fasilitas untuk para Kepala Jurusan (Kajur), Dosen dan juga stuff pada STMIK Raharja. Didalam OJRS+ terdapat beberapa kendala, diantaranya sulit dalam melakukan login. Diperlukannya suatu sistem yang dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan login tanpa pengguna harus memasukan username dan juga password untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dan juga untuk menjaga keamanan data pengguna akan lebih terjamin, karena hanya menggunakan tempat penyimpanan data pengguna secara terpusat. Maka dari itu dibuatlah system Single Sign On (SSO) pada OJRS+. Pengguna hanya perlu memasukan email atau yang biasa disebut Rinfo sekali untuk mendapatkan izin dan akses kesemua layanan yang terdapat dalam jaringan STMIK Raharja. Dengan merumuskan penggunaan System Single Sign On (SSO) pada login OJRS+ hal ini dapat memungkinkan dengan menggunakan metode yang berbasis YII untuk pencapaian sebuah masalah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan dan memberi keamanan bagi pengguna dalam menggunakan OJRS+.

OJRS + (Online study plan Schedule Plus) on the program\u27s own Raharja STMIK is a facility that is not only intended for the students in doing the Cancel add online only, but there are also facilities for the heads of Departments (Kajur), lecturer and also stuff on STMIK Raharja. In OJRS + there are several constraints, including difficult in doing login. It needs a system that can make in doing login without the user having to enter your username and password in order to also resolve the issue. And also to maintain the safety of the data the user will be more secure, because it only uses data storage is centralized. Thus a single system for Single Sign On (SSO) in OJRS +. Users only need to enter the email or commonly called Rinfo once to get permission and access all of the services contained in the network STMIK Raharja. With the use of the System to formulate Single Sign On (SSO) login on OJRS + this can allow using YII-based methods for the achievement of a problem. Dengan hadirnya autentikasi sertifikat ini admin bisa mengecek keaslian dari sertifikatnya dimanapun dan kapanpun. Dan sertifikat akan terdokumentasi dengan baik di dalam database. Jadi admin bias lebih baik lagi dalam melakukan validasi dan mengurangi potensi pemalsuan sertifikat.

Apapun yang dicapai oleh koperasi mencerminkan pengelolaan usaha dari pengurus atau menunjukkan kinerja pengurus koperasi yang dinilai profesional dalam menjalankan usahanya .Untuk mengungkapkan keadaan yang sebenarnya terjadi atas kinerja pengurus dalam mengelola koperasi, penulis menetapkan sebuah metode penelitian dengan melakukan analisis atas laporan keuangan koperasi yang selanjutnya mengkaitkan dengan kinerja pengurus dalam mengelola koperasi tersebut. Hal ini karena pada dasarnya laporan keuangan merupakan wujud dari bukti tanggung jawab pengurus dalam menjalankan usaha koperasi untuk dipertangungungjawabkan kepada anggota koperasi selaku pemegang saham atau pemilik modal koperasi.
