ANALISIS OPTIMALISASI SISTEM PENEMPATAN PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL BERBASIS KOMPETENSI PADA INSPEKTORAT KOTA TANGERANG
Get PDFHasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi system penempatan pegawai negeri sipil berbasis kompetensi pada Inspektorat Kota Tangerang sudah dilakukan dengan baik, yaitu dengan menentukan analisis jabatan, analisis beban kerja dan penetapan kualifikasi jabatan sesuai deng PP Nomor 13 Tahun 2002. Hasil dari analisis jabatan yang dilakukan agar sesuai dengan kompetensi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan yang ditugaskannya. Dalam pelaksanaan analisis beban kerja, diketahui bahwa tidak semua daerah yang ada di Kota Tangerang mendapatkan pengarahan dan manfaatnya. Lebih jauh lagi, kualifikasi pegawai sudah sesuai dengan jabatan yang diemban, namun perlu adanya peningkatan. Factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi jalannya penempatan pegawai di Kota Tangerang yaitu faktor situasional, pendidikan dan kompetensi pegawai, serta kualifikasi tim analisis jabatan. Untuk itu perlu adanya analisis kembali atau evaluasi terhadap hasil dari analisis jabatan dan beban kerja. Lebih lanjut lagi, setiap pegawai wajib diseleksi atas dasar kualifikasi profesionalitasnya melalui ujian kompetitif. Pengurangan diklat stuktural yang diiringi oleh pelaksanaan diklat tenaga terampil, serta perlu adanya transparansi terhadap kualifikasi tim analisis jabatan dan dan tim analisis beban kerja.

The Measurement Of Corporate IT Security Against The Internal Perspective

The level of security in the system in the company becomes important to note because the company has thousands of useful data for the company. The relationship between IT and business processes is closely related to each other and need each other. So in this study pharmaceutical companies located in Jakarta will make measurements of their IT security level and performance of the company\u27s performance. Results maturity level obtained on the DS5 is 1.4, DS7 is 1, DS10 is 1.7, DS11 is 2, and DS13 is 1.8. TI can be concluded that DS5 and DS7 are still initial / ad-Hoc while DS10, DS11, & DS13 are still repeatable but intuTIive. Expected level is Level 3 for the company. Peningkatan ekonomi tersebut disebabkan oleh pertumbuhan industri dan perumahan. Fakta lainnya menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dari masyarakatnya mengalami peningkatan, seperti pusat perbelanjaan pasar tradisional. Dengan adanya perkembangan berdirinya pusat perbelanjaan maupun pasar tradisional, maka pemerintah melalui Menteri Perdagangan mengeluarkan Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 53/M-DAG/PER/9/2014 jo. Nomor 70/M-DAG/PER/12/2013 tentang Pedoman Penataan dan Pembinaan Pasar Tradisional, Pusat Perbelanjaan dan Toko Modern. Kondisi ini yang melatarbelakangi kegiatan penelitian, dan peraturan pemerintah yang mengamanatkan perlunya dilakukan analisa kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat di lokasi pembangunan pasar tradisional. Kegiatan penelitian analisis dampak sosial dan ekonomi ini dilakukan untuk mencegah dampak negatif yang mungkin dapat terjadi jika Fresh Market Emerald dibangun dengan kurang memperhatikan kondisi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat setempat.

Get PDFOne of the functions of the Banten Province Indonesia Midwives Association Secretariat is to provide information services to the Executive Branches and Executive Branches as well as stakeholders that include the private sector, educational institutions, and local governments, where the purpose of this study is to clearly understand the relationship between communication functions informative, regulative, persuasive and integrated with information services organized by the Banten Province Regional Council Secretariat. The results of the analysis that the communication function is informative, regulative, persuasive and integrative has a relationship with the ministry of information, where the relationship with the communication function can provide information services where the highest value of communication functions related to information services is the integrative communication function. In addition, the improvement of information services can be predicted, therefore the performance of the Banten Province Indonesian Midwives Association Secretariat\u27s performance must be optimized if information services for all midwife members through the Executive Branch and Executive Branch become enhanced through the use of communication media that can be accessed quickly and accurately.

One of the most difficult jobs for information technology researchers faced with the necessity of measuring variables is: finding directions in the midst of many existing sizes. If there is a good size for a particular variable, it seems that there are not many reasons to compile a new size yourself.

The Effect of Rinfogroups as a Discussion Media in Student Learning Motivation

The combination of these two factors will become an innovation in the management of education. At Raharja College, the entire academic community has facilities in the form of an official e-mail, namely Information which functions as a communication medium. However, there is no place for discussion management between students and lecturers, so that the discussion process of learning is considered to be ineffective and inefficient because it is still done directly. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the use of RinfoApps which is used as a discussion medium for online learning. RinfoGroups is one of the Google System features that can be used as a formal media for the online learning discussion management process. By creating a forum called the class mailing list at RinfoGroups, students and lecturers can discuss anytime, students can share about learning material, and lecturers can also monitor the effectiveness of student discussions, this certainly has a significant influence on student learning motivation. Supported by 2 (two) research methods, namely library research and observation methods. The final results of the research that has been achieved are the formation of a discussion media that is easily accessible anywhere and anytime so that the discussion process between students and lecturers becomes more effective and efficient.

Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan Terhadap Tingkat Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Kelurahan Kesatrian Kota Malang
Get PDFPendidikan merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting dalam kehidupan manusia. pendidikan juga merupakan sarana sosial untuk mencapai tujuan sosial, yang dapat berguna untuk menjamin kelangsungan hidup seseorang. Pendidikan juga menjadi salah satu indikator dalam mengukur kesejahteraan masyarakat. Suatu masyarakat dengan tingkat pendidikan yang tinggi diharapkan juga memiliki kualitas hidup yang tinggi sehingga kesejahteraan dapat tercapai. Seperti yang terjadi di Kota Malang, peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia diimbangi dengan kesdaran akan pendidikan yang tinggi pula. Metode dalam mengkaji dan memahami terkait dengan pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan kesejahteraan di Kelurahan Kesatrian sendiri menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil temuan lapangan dan penelitian yang ditemukan memang terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan dan kesejahteraan. Tingkat pendidikan yang mayoritas ditempuh oleh masyarakat Kelurahan Kesatrian adalah pada jenjang pendidikan tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Dengan pekerjaan yang dominan adalah Tentara Angkatan Darat, karena mayoritas pekerjaan itulah menjadikan stigma dalam masyarakat bahwa lulusan pendidikan SMA pun dapat memperoleh pekerjaan yang memiliki gaji setara dengan sarjana.
