Get PDFSebagai Pengingat (remainder) menggunakan SMS (Short Message Service) telah banyak dimanfaatkan oleh manusia. Selain memiliki jangkauan luas, hingga mencapai daerah pedesaan, SMS mudah digunakan dan efisien, SMS Gateway adalah suatu komunikasi dua arah dengan menggunakan tarif normal sesuai dengan tarif yang diberlakukan oleh operator. SMS Gateway memiliki berbagai macam jenis, Pada PT. GMF Aeroasia akan diajukan aplikasi Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengingat Perbaikan Komponen Pesawat yang dapat membantu sistem yang sedang berjalan yaitu SAP Swift , Pada aplikasi ini, penulis memanfaatkan aplikasi SMS Gateway dengan dua fitur, yaitu SMS Pengingat (Reminder) dan SMS Autorespond. Dengan adanya SMS Pengingat, diharapkan dapat membantu para Planner (Perencana) dalam mengingatkan pembuatan Shipment Order komponen yang akan melakukan maintenance(perawatan), sedangkan melalui SMS Autorespond, Planner (Perencana) dapat melakukan pengecekan jadwal kedatangan komponen. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan dalam merancang aplikasi SMS ini adalah PHP. Untuk penyimpanan data, penulis menggunakan SAP. Sementara untuk membangun aplikasi SMS, penulis menggunakan Gammu. Hasil dari aplikasi ini, Planner (Perencana) akan mendapatkan SMS pengingat sebanyak empat kali, yaitu pada hari sebelum komponen tiba di gudang yaitu dua hari dan tiga hari selama komponenberada di gudang , pada hari H atau tepat pada batas akhir pembuatan Shipment Order, dan hari satu hari setelah batas akhir pembuatan Shipment Orderoleh Planner (Perencana) tersebut.

PELAKSANAANSISTEM MERIT DALAM UU ASN, WEWENANG KASN DAN ANALISIS PERATURAN PERUNDANG-UNDANGAN YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP WEWENANG KASN
Get PDFABTRACTLaw No. 5 of 2014 concerning ASN is a new approach in ASN management. In its journey, the ASN Law is in the process of revision in the DPR. This study aims to 1. Undertsand the main discussion in the revision of the law relating to the implementation of the merit system in the determination of JPT and the presence of honorary workers and PPPK. 2. Analyse the implementation of KASN authority 3. Highlight the description of the laws and regulations that are perceived to be influencing the implementation of KASN authority. This study uses qualitative methods and data collection techniques that are carried out through desk research (desk study) especially collecting data and information through available relevant public sources (secondary data). There are three conclusions obtained from this research; 1). A discussion on the implementation of ASN Law referring to the revision of ASN Law in terms of the requirements of further regulation regarding; a. JPT Promotion and Selection, b. Existence of Honorary Personnel and PPPK, c. Implementation of the Authority of the National Civil Service Committee (KASN) and d. the need to breach the gaps specifically with the fate of K2 and Honorer Region 2). The Implementation of the KASN Authority is generally good enough, although there are still problems. However, KASN does ensure that the merit system continues to run according to the objectives of the ASN Law. In terms of indicators of the implementation of selection, complaint resolution and quality indicators for the implementation of open selection indicate that KASN has worked, and 3). There are five other laws and regulations that affect the implementation of the ASN Law.Keywords: Revision, KASN, PPPK, ASN, JPT.ABSTRAKUndang-undang Nomor 5 tahun 2014 tentang ASN merupakan pendekatan baru dalam manajemen ASN. Mengetahui bahasan utama dalam wacana Revisi UU terkait dengan penerapan sistem merit dalam penetapan JPT, keberadaan tenaga honorer dan PPPK. 2. Menganalisis pelaksanaan wewenang KASN 3. Mengetahui gambaran peraturan perundang-undangan yang dipandang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan wewenang KASN. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui penelitian pustaka (desk study) yaitu cara pengumpulan data dan informasi melalui sumber-sumber yang tersedia di publik (data sekunder) yang relevan. Kesimpulan yang diperloleh dari penelitian ini adalah; 1). Bahasan permasalahan pelaksanaan UU ASN yang mewacanakan Revisi UU ASN dan masih memerlukan pengaturan lebih lanjut adalah; a. Promosi dan Seleksi JPT, b. Keberadaan Tenaga Honorer dan PPPK, c. Pelaksanaan Kewenangan Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara (KASN) d. perlu pendekatan untuk menjembatani secara khusus nasib K2 dan Honorer Daerah 2). Pelaksanaan Kewenangan KASN secara umum cukup baik, meski masih ada catatan. KASN memastikan sistem merit tetap berjalan sesuai tujuan UU ASN. Indikator pelaksanaan seleksi, penyelesaian aduan dan indikator mutu pelaksanaan seleksi terbuka menunjukan bahwa KASN telah bekerja, dan 3). Terdapat lima peraturan perundangan lain yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan UU ASN.

In addition, in producing a paper also must know the management of writing, not only required to pay attention to the rules of standard language, but also must be able to convey ideas and ideas well and meet scientific criteria, such as making a quote or reference list used. This paper was written with the aim of improving the quality of research through reading material, making notes and avoiding plagiarism, references using the Harvard system for journals, books, and articles. Pada proyek akhir ini telah dirancang sistem instrumen pengukur tinggi badan secara digital berbasis Arduino Uno dengan memanfaatkan sensor ultrasonic sebagai pendeteksi objek.Prinsip kerja instrumen tersebut adalah dengan mengirim sinyal benda atau tubuh manusia yang diterima oleh sensor ultrasonik ke Arduino Uno sebagai sistem kontrol. Arduino Uno ini akan mengirimkan intruksi ke LCD berfungsi sebagai display. Penggunaan sensor ultrasonik pada penelitian ini memiliki sensitivitas tinggi, yaitu dapat mendeteksi benda atau manusia pada jarak 400 cm. instrumen yang dirancang telah berhasil dalam ujicoba mengukur 2 buah objek, objek benda dan objek manusia yang tidak sama ketingiannya, hasil pengukuran secara manual dan otomatis memiliki nilai yang sama

Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 7 Kota Tangsel salah satu instansi pemerintahan yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan belum memiliki sarana untuk memberikan gambaran keadaan sekolah kepada masyarakat. Diharapkan dengan dibuatnya video profil ini masyarakat lebih dengan mudah mendapatkan semua informasi dan memiliki gambaran mengenai keadaan sekolah. Tujuan dibuatnya penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu pihak sekolah bagaimana caranya mempromosikan dan memberikan informasi keadaan sekolah kepada masyarakat luas tetapi dengan cara yang lebih kreatif dan tetap efektif mengenai sasaran dengan biaya yang tidak mahal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendataan yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Metedologi pendekatan masalah meliputi definisi masalah, analisa kebutuhan, perencanaan, pembuatan video profile, editing video, uji coba. Adapun kegiatan social mapping pada penelitian ini bertempat di Kelurahan Batusari Kecamatan Batuceper Kota Tangerang. Kegiatan social mapping ini dilaksanakan atas inisiasi Badan Pertanahan Kota Tangerang sebagai salah satu tindak lanjut hasil Keputusan Pengadilan Negeri Tangerang Nomor 336/pdt.G/2011/PN.TNG dalam amar putusan antara lain pada point (5), yaitu : “Memerintahkan kepada tergugat untuk memproses dan menerbitkan sertipikat hak milik sesuai dengan yang telah dikuasai oleh tergugat”. Pasca perubahan atau hak kepemilikan tanah, maka dampaknya harus dapat diantisipasi, seperti adanya penjualan tanah yang dikuasai dan yang pada akhirnya masyarakat menjadi tidak berdaya pasca menerima hak atas tanah tersebut.

The Application of Science Concepts in Management Research Reports Based on Scientific Truth

A researcher must learn about the management of understanding scientific concepts, as well as management of research reports that are based on scientific truth. In this study, 1 (one) method was used, namely a literature study of 10 (ten) to support the understanding of scientific concepts according to experts. The concept is a general idea that represents perceived understanding on the basis of reason and logic by someone who then forms a meaning deductively or inductively. Whereas knowledge is what is known or the results of work know. Then scientific truth is related to the quality of knowledge, where every knowledge possessed is viewed from the type of knowledge that is built. Thus scientific truth is an important point in scientific reporting, as the basic foundation of accurate management of report writing and must be displayed in every corner of the report. It is hoped that this research can assist researchers in compiling research reports.

Kompensasi Finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (thitung=3,54 > ttabel=1,96) terhadap kinerja dosen Universitas Pramita Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi finansial terbukti berpengaruh nyata dalam meningkatkan kinerja dosen Universitas Pramita Indonesia
