    Online Contract Worker Recruitment System at PT Prospera Utama Officers

    Human Resources (HR) One of the main keys in the process of finding a professional and qualified workforce. In order to attract attention to applicants, namely information sent through the website so that information can be accessed and choose people who meet job requirements. All companies in any industry can benefit from contingency or maintain professional recruitment or outsourcing processes for recruitment agencies. The employee recruitment system receives importance in the process of inputting and processing, because it makes it easier for the admin to input the ongoing recruitment and selection process. However, the recruitment system is currently related to anything related to data because the paper is scattered. From these considerations, it is necessary to develop the recruitment so that it can be accessed on the system so that it becomes more systematic, organized. In the development of this recruitment system using the method of swot analysis and elicitation. And use one of  the PHP programming language, the data base-server uses MySQL. The results achieved from the analysis of the system used by the author is to use UML (Unified Modeling Language).     Abstract The 5R Action Plan is a method for organizing, managing, and scheduling activities as a whole. To help do this, we need an application that is able to help the company control the workplace conditions. PT Bimasakti Karyaprima intends to update the 5R repair control system application more specifically in the action plan application, where they were previously still computerized to become a computerized application because the reasons for the old system of the 5R Action Plan activities can only be done by certain parties financing and scheduling that have not been certainly. a long time to send information. This study aims to analyze the problems that occur and then propose a system design at PT Bimasakti Karyaprima. Researchers collect data by observing, interviewing, and studying literature. The analytical method used by researchers is the PIECES analysis. Researchers use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool for creating model designs and system designs. The results of this study are a repair control application system that is created using the Codeigniter framework with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database.     Pengukuran Risiko Keamanan Aset TI Menggunakan Metode FMEA dan Standar ISO/IEC 27001:2013

    Information technology is now a top priority because of its effectiveness and efficiency. However, with the ease and effectiveness of technology that is vulnerable to its security. For this reason, security management is also a priority after the existence of information technology / information systems. This study aims to measure and identify risks using the FMEA method and ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 standard. The analysis shows that there are 22 cause failures that will cause a risk to the security of IT assets in the Domestic Trade (PDN) Department of Trade and Industry of the XYZ Provincial Government. There are 11 cause failures that have a high level with a vulnerable value of 400 - 175.Teknologi informasi saat ini menjadi prioritas utama karena keefektifan dan keefisienannya. Namun dengan kemudahan dan keefektifannya teknologi menjadi hal yang rawan akan keamanannya. Untuk itu manajemen keamanan juga hal yang menjadi prioritas setelah adanya teknologi informasi/sistem informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan mengidentifikasi risiko dengan menggunakan metode FMEA dan standar ISO/IEC 27001:2013. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat terdapat 22 cause failure yang akan menyebabkan terjadinya risiko pada keamanan aset TI di  Bidang Perdagangan Dalam Negeri (PDN) Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Pemerintah Provinsi XYZ.     Model Scheduling Optimization Workforce Management Marketing

    This research focuses on completing workforce management marketing scheduling using genetic metaheuristic methods. Optimal scheduling to determine the duration of a job, the quality of employees, and meet the challenges to increase work scheduling targets according to marketing employee skills by maximizing operational time while providing satisfactory services to customers. Marketing employees increasingly rely on the right time to connect with their customers. The problem in this study considers marketing skills and activities to carry out work activities, namely promotion, follow-up, and stand-by in the office with the limitations of the existing workforce. This problem has the nature of NP-Hard so a quick solution requires the use of metaheuristic methods. The metaheuristic method was built in 11 constraints. The results show that the genetic metaheuristic method is capable of producing far better results. Therefore, employee scheduling is very important. This study aims to develop an optimization model for employee scheduling and to maximize operational time work. With this model, it is expected to achieve optimal scheduling for marketing management workforce

Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan metode untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut. Data mining merupakan metode untuk mengolah data dari data yang tidak mempunyai arti menjadi sebuah informasi yang berguna. Salah satu algoritma data mining adalah algoritma klasifikasi. Berbagai algoritma klasifikasi yang ada bisa digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat akurasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma decision tree dan naïve bayes. Data yang digunakan sebanyak 365 peserta didik di SMA Pramita Karawaci Tangerang. Hasil dari penelitian untuk mengetahui algoritma klasifikasi yang paling akurat untuk menentukan penjurusan peserta didik SMA

    Assessment of examiners is very important in giving a decision to every leaners. Raharja University as one of univesity  that has concentration in the field of computer science have various system to support academic activities , one of them is system PESSTA+S2. PESSTA+S2 (  Trial thesis evaluation plus postgraduate) is an information system which provides convenience to students as media to fulfill the evaluation point of proposal trial. The problem this now is assessment of examiners in the trial proposal really need precision and wary of examiners in inputting values of students cause still us Ms.Excel. The purpose of this research is to designing a system assessment of examiners in order to access by online on the system PESSTA+S2, so the system can be integrated by national.  In solving existing problems,researcher use SWOT analysis system method and literature review. Permasalahan saat ini yaitu penilaian penguji pada sidang Proposal sangatlah membutuhkan ketelitian dan kehati-hatian penguji dalam menginput nilai mahasiswa karna masih menggunakan Ms.Excel. Tujuan dari penelitin ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem penilaian penguji agar dapat diakses secara online pada sistem PESSTA+ S2 sehingga sistem dapat terintegrasi secara optimal. Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada, peneliti menggunakan metode analisis sistem SWOT dan studi pustaka.     As we know today, Indonesia has entered the era of revolution 4.0 which in that era had a major influence on the changes that took place in all fields. Including in the field of education, in particular, the changes that occur in the world of education today are so rapid with the abandonment of learning methods that still use conventional methods. Doing tasks with books, face-to-face communication, collecting assignments in hard copy, which will certainly cause a lot of losses in a certain period of time, such as many assignments that are long buried and difficult to find when needed. This method is certainly considered a boring and time-consuming method, where students cannot explore in the learning process which will take a long time to do a manual search for the number of files that have been collected. At present, the application of learning methods with concepts organizes many reports on the work of assignments on a website content management system. This learning method is made to maximize the way to organize student assignment reports for time management efficiency, therefore this learning method can be applied as the management of education in higher education.     Application of Learning Management Using Non-test Instrument to Improve the Quality of Education

    The quality of education is influenced by many factors in it. These factors include students, school managers, educational environment, quality of education, curriculum, learning materials and so on. A good learning system will produce good quality education, then a good assessment system will encourage teachers to determine good teaching strategies and motivate students to learn better. In connection with that, the learning needs of teachers who are not only able to teach well, but also able to evaluate well. Evaluation is not only based on the assessment of learning outcomes, but also an assessment of input, output and the quality of the learning itself. Research instruments can be interpreted as a tool for collecting research data. Basically the research instrument consisted of tests and non-tests. Non-test instruments are testing instruments in addition to learning achievement tests. Assessment tools that can be used include observation or observation sheets (such as diaries, portfolios, life skills), attitude test instruments, interests, interview techniques, questionnaires, sociometry, case studies, and so on. In the development of non-test instruments that need to be considered are the steps to develop the instrument, the preparation of the non-test instrument grid, and the rules for writing instrument items. Metode tersebut tentunya dianggap sebagai cara yang membosankan dan membuang banyak waktu, di mana mahasiswa tidak dapat mengeksplorasi dalam proses pembelajaran yang akan memakan waktu lama untuk melakukan pencarian manual untuk jumlah file yang telah dikumpulkan. Pada saat ini penerapan metode pembelajaran dengan konsep menata banyak laporan pengerjaan assignment dalam sebuah website content management system. Metode pembelajaran ini dibuat untuk memaksimalkan cara menata laporan assignment mahasiswa guna efisiensi manajemen waktu, oleh karena itu metode pembelajaran ini dapat diterapkan sebagai manajemen pendidikan di pendidikan tinggi. Diharapkan dengan adanya metode ini dapat meningkatkan manajemen waktu dalam belajar sehingga memotivasi untuk mengeksplorasi kemampuan dalam proses pembelajaran yang ada.
