    Efek Moderasi Budaya Organisasi Untuk Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan

    Kinerja karyawan adalah hasil kerja seseorang dalam organisasi dan merupakan hal yang penting bagi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Beberapa hal yang dapatmempengaruhi kinerja dari seorang karyawan, diantaranya kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji efek moderasi budaya organisasi pada pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keterbaharuandalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketemukan penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas mengenai efek moderasi budaya organisasi pada pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri manufaktur di Banten.Batasandalam penelitian ini hanya untuk melakukan analisis besarnya pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan industri manufaktur di Banten.Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat bantuan kuesioner dengan skala 1 sampai 10. sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 5 kali jumlah indikator yaitu sebanyak 110 orang respondenuntuk menguji tiga (5) hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Model Structural Equation Modeling dipergunakan untuk menguji signifikansi statistik koefisien jalur.Temuan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa 1). kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2). disiplin kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3). budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 4). budaya organisasi bukan sebagai pemoderasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja. 5). budaya organisasi bukan sebagai pemoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja

    PP Nomor 54 Tahun 2017 merupakan dasar hukum pengelolaan BUMD. Sebelumnya BUMD dianggap masih kurang professional dalam pengelolaannya. Pemerintah Daerah melaukan intervensi yang berlebihan terhadap BUMD. Penerapan PP Nomor 54 Tahun 2017 diharapkan dapat membawa perubahan dalam pengelolaan Perumda sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip tata kelola perusahaan yang baik. Terlibatnya Kuasa Pemilik Modal (KPM) dalam hal kepengurusan Peruumda nantinya akan membawa dampak positif terhadap pengembangan perusahaan dengan adanya fungsi kontrol secara langsung oleh Kepala Daerah.     Employees are the main key in increasing productivity and the success of agency activities. Employees have an important role in reducing or minimizing the impact of loss or damage caused by a disaster. This study aims to analyse and empirically test the influence of leadership on employee work motivation, organizational culture on employee work motivation, leadership on employee performance, organizational culture on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance, work motivation in mediating the influence of leadership on employees. performance, and work motivation in mediating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The method in this study using the sampling method, the population in this study is the SAR Department of Semarang City. The research sample was 125 samples. The results show that leadership has a positive effect on work motivation, organizational culture has a positive effect on work motivation, leadership has a positive effect on performance, organizational culture has a positive effect on performance, work motivation has a positive effect on performance, leadership has a positive effect on performance through work motivation, and culture organization has a positive effect on performance through work motivation.     AI is today\u27s wave of technology, and it caters to various problems. One of them is Nanotechnology. Nanotechnology is another thread of technology. The use of nanotechnology is well known, including in the health sector, cosmetic industry, and agriculture. The role of AI in healthcare is broad, from detecting lung disease to skin analysis. This study aims to explore healthcare possibilities by integrating AI and nanotechnology. The method of applying nanotechnology in the health sector uses a Nanomedicine Microscope. Nanomedicine is the medical application of nanotechnology used to diagnose, monitor, and control biological systems. Therefore, the author uses the Nanomedicine Microscope as the object in this study because the wonders of nanotechnology in various operations are also well established. The novelty in this paper focuses on AI and Nanotechnology together as possibilities for healthcare. AI and nanotechnology are two critical technologies. The ultimate goal is to integrate the uses and possibilities of these two technologies and do wonders in the healthcare domain. This study will benefit those working in AI and medicine.     Suicidal tendency among youngsters is one of emerging issue in society.This not only results in loss of life but also has disruptive psychosocial and adverse socio-economic effects. It accounts for 1.4% of all deaths. It is also reported that men die more than women. If we look at male to female ratio regarding suicide death, then it is 1.5 to 1 and is highest in richest countries. Each year, approximately 800,000 people die by suicide worldwide. Fast life style, academic pressure, relationships, drug addiction etc, are major causes of this. This is exacerbated by the presence of new factors that arise as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, which puts new pressures on society, which of course worsens the mental condition of today\u27s society.Governments and NGOs are highly concerned about it. In this paper, we are concerned about the role of technology to prevent it. We will discuss how artificial intelligence can help in keeping the wellbeing of the mental state of human beings. Our focus would be on use of artificial intelligence in predicting and preventing suicide attempt.     Effect of Human Resources Quality, Performance Evaluation, and Incentives on Employee Productivity at Raharja High School

    This study used a sample of 30 employees of Raharja College, Cikokol, Tangerang which were taken randomly to test the effect of the quality of human resources, job evaluation, incentives on employee productivity. The survey method with path analysis technique was used to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables with the aim of knowing the direct or indirect effect of a set of independent variables (exogenous) on the dependent variable (endogenous) with data analysis using the smart PLS 3.0 version software. The results show that the quality of human resources has a positive effect on employee productivity with a path coefficient value of 0.145, the quality of human resources has a positive effect on incentives with a path coefficient value of 0.121, incentives have a positive effect on productivity with a path coefficient value of 0.784, while performance evaluation has no positive effect on employee productivity with a path coefficient value of -0.103. It can be said that all the hypotheses in this study only one that does not have a positive effect while the rest have a positive effect. From the results of the data analysis, it can be seen that the quality of human resources directly affects employee productivity at Raharja College. Thus, the hypothesis which states that the quality of HR has a direct effect on employee productivity is accepted

In this paper, our research aims to highlight the use and importance of drones for intelligent city management, especially in the context of security. The drone security management flow is explained using the methods and technical details. This is followed by discussion on security concern in cities and how it is dealt with AI based drones.  In the conclusion section, it is discussed how emerging technology such as blockchain can help improve the management of smart cities. The use of drones supports the intelligent city concept with all its advantages in regional monitoring. Concept of smart cities is catching attention across the globe and it’s important as per context of emerging economies.     There is still a lack of market share for Islamic banking in Indonesia, so the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership style, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee motivation to improve the performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The methodology used is quantitative with the SEM Smart PLS analysis tool. The study was conducted on 200 employees of Islamic banks in Indonesia as representatives of 14 Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) and 20 Sharia Business Units (UUS). The results of this study are the positive influence of leadership style, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee motivation and the influence of employee motivation on the performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Novelty in this study is leadership style, job satisfaction, and work environment in accordance with Islamic principles will be able to increase employee motivation at work, so that the performance of Islamic banks will be better and the market share of Islamic banking will also increase

    Etika dalam pekerjaan menjadi daya tarik baru dan isu untuk diekplorasi lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana peran ethical leadership dan ethical ambiguity dalam mengurangi stres kerja serta dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas kinerja karyawan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan pada penelitian sebelumnya dengan membuktikan apakah pemimpin etis mampu mempengaruhi ethical ambiguity, stres kerja dan kualitas kinerja pada industri makanan cepat saji. Sampel pengambilan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 149 karyawan restoran cepat saji yang berhubungan langsung dengan pelanggan. Metode analisis yang digunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan menggunakan Patrial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji kekuatan dari pengaruh antar variabel.  Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pandangan karyawan yang berhubungan langsung dengan pelanggan tentang perilaku ethical leadership oleh pemimpin mereka terkait dengan tingkat ethical ambiguity dan stres kerja yang lebih rendah. Ethical ambiguity secara positif berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja, yang secara negatif berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kinerja karyawan yang berhubungan langsung dengan pelanggan. Ethical leadership yang dirasakan secara positif mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja.
