Strategi Analisis SWOT pada Pengembangan Website Pusat Studi: Dukungan Diseminasi Persebaran Informasi: SWOT Analysis Strategy in Developing Study Center Websites: Supporting the Dissemination of Information
The Center for Research and Development of Technology and Industrial Collaboration, which is part of the Sebelas Maret University Research and Community Service Institute (PKPTKI LPPM UNS) in 2023, requires the development of an agency website for the dissemination and distribution of information to the public. \textbf{The main objective} is to provide information on research products and services that need to be promoted to the wider community. This website is expected to support the socialization of research results, PKPTKI member consultation services, and collaboration results and other activities. Through qualitative research using primary data obtained through Forum Group Discussion (FGD), this research produced a bilingual PKPTKI website. The SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis process was carried out through brainstorming activities with 4 members and 6 PKPTKI partners, and the results were used to map website needs, technical design and website content, and overall evaluation. The strategies resulting from the SWOT analysis involve developing a backend system to improve the PKPTKI website in English, scheduling consistent content updates, coordinating with the UNS ICT unit for website security, and preparing administrative SOPs for risk mitigation. The final result of this study is an effective PKPTKI website for widespread information dissemination and supporting interaction with various parties, including industry partners, practitioners, and national and international researchers.Pusat Kajian dan Pengembangan Teknologi dan Kolaborasi Industri, yang merupakan bagian dari Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Sebelas Maret (PKPTKI LPPM UNS) pada tahun 2023, membutuhkan pengembangan website instansi guna desiminasi dan penyebaran informasi kepada masyarakat. Tujuan utamanya adalah memberikan informasi mengenai produk serta layanan hasil riset yang perlu dipromosikan kepada masyarakat luas. Website ini diharapkan dapat mendukung sosialisasi hasil riset, layanan konsultasi anggota PKPTKI, serta hasil kolaborasi dan kegiatan lainnya. Melalui penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui Forum Group Discussion (FGD), penelitian ini menghasilkan website bilingual PKPTKI. Proses analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) dilakukan melalui aktivitas brainstorming dengan 4 anggota dan 6 mitra PKPTKI, dan hasilnya digunakan untuk memetakan kebutuhan website, perancangan teknis dan konten website, serta evaluasi keseluruhan. Strategi yang dihasilkan dari analisis SWOT melibatkan pengembangan backend sistem untuk meningkatkan website PKPTKI dalam bahasa Inggris, penjadwalan update konten secara konsisten, koordinasi dengan unit TIK UNS untuk keamanan website, dan penyusunan SOP administrasi untuk mitigasi risiko. Analisis Sentimen Saran Pengguna Mandatory E-Learning Menggunakan Text Mining pada Learning Management System: Sentiment Analysis of User Suggestions for Mandatory E-Learning Using Text Mining on the Learning Management System
Mandatory E-learning is a required training for Ministry of Finance’s employees through Kemenkeu Learning Center (KLC) as LMS, where text-based recapitulation reports for participant’s feedback are not available due to large volume of participant’s evaluation data. Sentiment analysis using text mining is necessary to classify the feedback into positive, negative, and neutral labels, enabling the recapitulation process to be automated, faster, and more accurate. Using Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) framework, the process involves data selection and manual labeling, text preprocessing (data cleansing, case folding, stop word removal, stemming, tokenizing, filtering tokens by length), data transformation (TF-IDF weighting, cosine similarity measurement, and resampling using random undersampling/RUS to reduce majority label). Modeling phase compares the best combination of algorithms covers Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multinomial Naïve Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and Random Forest using a 90:10 training-to-testing data ratio. This research show that SVM with cosine similarity is the best algorithm scenario, achieving accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score for negative label of 97.01\%, 96.22\%, 95.82\%, and 96.02\%, respectively, within 48.71 seconds, which \textbf{can be leveraged} to improve quality of e-learning’s report faster, more accurate, and to be automated.Mandatory E-learning merupakan pembelajaran wajib pegawai Kemenkeu di LMS Kemenkeu Learning Center/KLC di mana pelaporan rekapitulasi saran peserta berupa teks tidak tersedia disebabkan besarnya jumlah data evaluasi peserta. Analisis sentimen dengan metode text mining diperlukan guna mengklasifikasi saran peserta ke label positif, negatif, dan netral agar rekapitulasi terotomatisasi, cepat, dan akurat. Dengan framework Knowledge Discovery in Databases/ KDD, dilakukan pemilihan data dan pelabelan manual, text preprocessing (data cleansing, case folding, stop word removal, stemming, tokenizing, filter token by length), transformasi data (pembobotan TF-IDF, pengukuran cosine similarity, dan resampling menggunakan random undersampling/RUS untuk mengurangi label mayoritas). Tahap pemodelan membandingkan kombinasi algoritma terbaik dari Support Vector Machine/SVM, Multinomial Naïve Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor/KNN, dan Random Forest pada rasio data training: testing = 90:10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SVM dengan cosine similarity sebagai skenario algoritma terbaik dengan nilai akurasi, presisi, recall, dan f1-score pada label negatif berturut-turut, yaitu 97,01\%, 96,22\%, 95,82\%, dan 96,02\%, dalam waktu 48,71 detik, sehingga \textbf{dapat dimanfaatkan} untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelaporan e-learning lebih cepat, akurat, dan terotomatisasi
Digitalization of Legal Information Management in Primary Schools Based on the JDIH Application: Digitalisasi Manajemen Informasi Hukum Sekolah Dasar Berbasis Aplikasi JDIH
The rapid development of science and technology in the education sector has prompted institutions like the elementary school to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of information and legal management. This study aims to develop a Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) application to facilitate the publication of school regulations. The primary objective of this research is to create an application that simplifies the management of student and school information, ensuring compliance with educational laws, and fostering an adaptive educational environment. The research used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, utilizing the Waterfall Model approach, which includes planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data was gathered through observation, interviews, and literature studies, ensuring comprehensive insights into the existing regulatory management practices at the school. The JDIH application was successfully developed and implemented at the elementary school. It improved the accessibility of school regulations, ensuring better legal compliance and enhancing transparency. Positive feedback was received from respondents, with an average satisfaction level of 83.3%. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of the JDIH application in streamlining regulatory management. It is expected that the application will be expanded to other schools, further improving the management of legal information and promoting a more transparent and efficient educational environment.Perkembangan pesat ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di sektor pendidikan mendorong lembaga seperti SD Inpres 7 Labuan Baru untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan informasi dan regulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum (JDIH) untuk mempublikasikan peraturan sekolah. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan aplikasi yang mempermudah pengelolaan informasi siswa dan sekolah, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan pendidikan, dan menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang adaptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Waterfall Model, yang mencakup perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, untuk mendapatkan pemahaman menyeluruh tentang praktik pengelolaan regulasi yang ada di sekolah. Aplikasi JDIH berhasil dikembangkan dan diimplementasikan di SD Inpres 7 Labuan Baru. Aplikasi ini meningkatkan aksesibilitas peraturan sekolah, memastikan kepatuhan hukum yang lebih baik, dan meningkatkan transparansi. Umpan balik positif diterima dari responden, dengan tingkat kepuasan rata-rata sebesar 83,3%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan efektivitas aplikasi JDIH dalam memperlancar pengelolaan regulasi. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat diperluas ke sekolah-sekolah lain, untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan informasi hukum dan menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih transparan dan efisien

Digital leadership plays a crucial role in building an adaptive culture, driving innovation, and utilizing technology as a business strategy. This study aims to explore digital leadership strategies in supporting technology-driven business transformation aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The method used is a literature review and case study analysis of leading companies like Amazon, Tesla, and Gojek that have successfully undergone digital transformation. The focus of the research includes leadership vision, the utilization of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, and IoT, as well as the integration of sustainability principles through the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework. The findings show that a clear vision, mastery of technology, and commitment to sustainability are key factors for successful transformation, while also providing strategic insights for organizations in formulating relevant, competitive, and sustainable digital strategies. Reinventing Human Resource Practices Through Digital Marketing Platforms and Remote Work Technologies
The digital era has transformed human resource (HR) management, with or- ganizations adopting digital platforms, remote work technologies, and digital marketing strategies to improve productivity, optimize talent management, and enhance employer branding. These innovations also support Sustainable Devel- opment Goals (SDGs), including SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (DecentWork and Economic Growth), and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure). This study examines how HR practices are reinvented through dig- ital tools and marketing-driven initiatives, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and training, while highlighting chal- lenges and opportunities. A qualitative descriptive approach analyzed sec- ondary data from peer-reviewed journals, case studies of multinational corpora- tions and SMEs, and industry reports published between 2021 and 2025. Con- tent analysis identified themes related to HR digital adoption, workforce en- gagement, marketing integration, and strategic implications. HR digitalization poses challenges such as employee resistance, digital literacy gaps, cybersecu- rity risks, and maintaining organizational culture. Opportunities include greater flexibility, cost efficiency, improved engagement, enhanced employer branding, and access to global talent pools. Digital platforms, remote work, and marketing strategies are strategic assets reshaping HR management and aligning practices with sustainability goals
Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Competitive Advantage in SMEs An Empirical Analysiss
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) face significant challenges in a com- petitive market. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a critical tool for enhancing business operations, yet the specific impact of AI on the competi- tive advantage of SMEs remains underexplored. This study aims to investigate how AI adoption influences the competitive advantage of SMEs, focusing on key performance indicators such as cost efficiency, market share, customer retention, and innovation. The study adopts a quantitative research approach using Par- tial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. Data was collected from 200 SMEs across various industries that have implemented AI technologies. A survey was conducted to assess AI adoption and its impact on competitive advantage. The results indicate that AI adoption positively affects all four dimensions of competitive advantage. The strongest impact was observed on cost efficiency, followed by customer retention, inno- vation, and market share. The relationships between AI adoption and competi- tive advantage were statistically significant. AI adoption provides SMEs with a powerful means to enhance competitiveness by improving operational effi- ciency, customer loyalty, and innovation. Policymakers should support SMEs in overcoming adoption barriers to fully realize these benefits
Integrating Edupreneurship and Digital Transformation to Enhance Creative Thinking in Learning Design
The increasing urgency to address climate change has positioned Sustainable Development Goal 13 (Climate Action) as a priority for governments and businesses worldwide. Technological innovations such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain have emerged as transformative tools for reducing environmental impacts, improving energy efficiency, and promoting ethical and sustainable business practices. However, the extent to which these technologies contribute to climate action remains underexplored. This study aims to investigate the role of AI, IoT, and Blockchain in helping businesses achieve SDG 13 by optimizing resources, reducing waste, and enhancing supply chain transparency. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with key stakeholders from businesses implementing these technologies, while a survey of 150 businesses was administered to capture broader adoption patterns. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings reveal that AI and IoT have significant positive effects on energy management and sustainability outcomes, while Blockchain plays a supportive role by improving transparency and ethical practices, though its adoption remains limited. The combined integration of these technologies yields the most substantial impact. This study concludes that businesses should adopt a holistic strategy to fully leverage technological innovations for advancing SDG 13 and combating climate change
E-SKHBK untuk Optimalisasi Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja di PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk: Optimizing Termination of Employment: Implementation of Personal Extreme Programming and Evaluation of EUCS PIECES
For 24 years of operation, Alfamart has always upheld the company’s values to provide customer satisfaction. However, efforts to manage human resources as the main asset are needed to support the company’s values in achieving its goals. One of the crucial aspects in this effort is the Personnel Division, which is responsible for employee administration. Unfortunately, the process of terminating employment is still done manually and conventionally. This research explores the development of the Employment Termination Letter (e-SKBHK) website as a solution to optimize the termination process by enhancing efficiency, minimizing paper usage, and ensuring letter security through QR codes. The website development is carried out using the Personal Extreme Programming method, adapted from Extreme Programming but tailored for a single developer. This website development uses PHP language with Laravel 10 framework that applies Model View Controller architecture pattern. The test results using the EUCS method show that users are satisfied with the website developed with an average score of 4.3. While testing with the PIECES method shows a significant increase from a score of 1.96 on the current mail management system to 4.07 on the developed website. This confirms the successful implementation of the website in the aspects of performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service in mail management.Selama 24 tahun beroperasi, PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk selalu menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai perusahaan untuk memberikan kepuasan pelanggan.Sehingga, upaya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia sebagai aset utama sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung nilai-nilai perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan.Sayangnya, proses pemutusan hubungan kerja masih dilakukan secara manual dan konvensional. Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan website E-SuratKeterangan Berakhirnya Hubungan Kerja (e-SKBHK) sebagai solusi mengoptimalkan proses pemutusan hubungan kerja dengan meningkatkan efisiensi, men-gurangi penggunaan kertas dan memberikan keamanan surat dari kode QR. Pengembangan website ini menerapkan metode Personal Extreme Programming yang diadaptasi dari metode Extreme Programming namun diterapkan pada pengembang tunggal. Pengembangan website ini menggunakan bahasa PHP dengan framework Laravel 10 yang menerapkan pola arsitektur Model View Controller. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode EUCS menunjukkan pengguna puas dengan website yang dikembangkan dengan skor rata-rata 4,3.Sedangkan pengujian dengan metode PIECES menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dari skor 1,96 pada sistem pengelolaan surat saat ini menjadi 4,30 pada website dikembangkan. Hal ini menegaskan keberhasilan implementasi website dalam aspek kinerja, informasi, ekonomi, kontrol, efisiensi danpelayanan dalam pengelolaan surat
Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Penerimaan Beasiswa Nahdlatul Ulama Scholarship (NUS) Oleh Lakpesdam PBNU : Design and Development of the Nahdlatul Ulama Scholarship (NUS) Admission Application by Lakpesdam PBNU
The Nahdlatul Ulama Scholarship (NUS) is a program designed to improve access to higher education by providing financial support to outstanding students. This initiative is managed by the Institute for Human Resources Study and Development of the Nahdlatul Ulama Executive Board (LAKPESDAM PBNU), which aims to contribute to creating a more skilled and educated Indonesian population, in line with the national goal of improving the Human Development Index (IPM). Recognizing the importance of affordable and inclusive education, this program aims to support students with exceptional potential who are dedicated to achieving academic excellence. This research proposes the development of a web-based scholarship application using the CodeIgniter 4 framework and SQL database to streamline the scholarship acceptance process. The application is designed to provide easy access for both administrators and applicants, enabling efficient data management and simplifying the scholarship application process. The main goal of this application is to simplify the scholarship acceptance process, improve data management efficiency, and enhance the accessibility of the application system. The system will include features that facilitate online application submission, data validation, and real-time status updates. In conclusion, this application aims to support the goals of the NUS program by offering an accessible, user-friendly platform that meets the demand for quality education while improving operational efficiency. Pemodelan Arsitektur Enterprise Menggunakan Standar Togaf di SPBE Kabupaten Parigi Moutong: Enterprise Architecture Modeling Using Togaf Standards at SPBE Parigi Moutong Regency
The rapid advancement of technology has raised public expectations for easy access to government services and information. In response, the Parigi Moutong District Government has implemented the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) with an SPBE index of 2.68, indicating that the system has been well implemented. This study employs the Enterprise Architecture (EA)methodology, based on the TOGAF ADM, with a focus on the infrastructure domain to enhance efficiency, security, and integration within SPBE. The study involves the stages of preparation, data collection, analysis, design, finalization, and validation. The identified gap is that, despite the successful implementation of SPBE, the integration of modern technologies such as AI and blockchain to strengthen security and efficiency has not yet been fully optimized. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of advanced technologies in the Enterprise Architecture blueprint for SPBE, as well as the implementation of pilot testing to evaluate the alignment of the application with real-world conditions. The research aims to develop a comprehensive blueprint offering infrastructure improvement solutions for the Parigi Moutong District Government. The results show that TOGAF ADM successfully improves system integration, bureaucratic efficiency, and public service quality. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of adjusting technology to suit local conditions and needs when applying it to other regions.
Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi telah meningkatkan harapan masyarakat terhadap kemudahan akses layanan daninformasi pemerintah. Menanggapi hal ini, Pemerintah Kabupaten Parigi Moutong telah menerapkan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) dengan indeks 2,68, yang menunjukkan bahwa implementasi telah berlangsung dengan cukup baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Enterprise Architecture (EA) berbasis TOGAF ADM yang difokuskan pada domain infrastruktur untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, keamanan, dan integrasi sistem SPBE. Tahapan penelitian meliputi persiapan, pengumpulan data, analisis, perancangan, finalisasi, dan validasi. Meskipun SPBE telah berjalan, ditemukan adanya gap berupa belum optimalnya integrasi teknologi modern seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan blockchain, khususnya dalam memperkuat efisiensi dan keamanan sistem. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada penggabungan teknologi canggih ke dalam cetak biru Arsitektur Enterprise untuk SPBE serta uji coba terbatas (pilot testing) guna memastikan kesesuaian solusi dengan kondisi nyata di lapangan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan cetak biru infrastruktur yang mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik dan efisiensi birokrasi di Kabupaten Parigi Moutong.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TOGAF ADM efektif dalam meningkatkan integrasi sistem, efisiensi layanan, dan tata kelola pemerintahan, serta menegaskan pentingnya penyesuaian teknologi sesuai kebutuhan lokal dalam penerapan SPBE di wilayah lainnya.
