Centers and Institutes Policy
Campbell University encourages partnerships within, across, and beyond its academic units that maximize the capacities of the University and the academic units to address complex problems of importance to North Carolina, the nation, and the world. Centers and institutes, when formed, should result in strengthened and enriched programs around the core missions of research, service, and instruction; enhanced opportunities for faculty, staff, and students; heightened economic impact in underserved communities; and a reduction in duplication within the University. The terms academic units, colleges, and schools are used interchangeably in this policy and have the same meanings
