В статье рассматриваются различные подходы к проведению судебно-баллистических исследований рамок некоторых моделей современных пистолетов. Предлагаемая точка зрения автора на данную проблему основана на анализе конструкции огнестрельного оружия ограниченного поражения – пистолета Grand Power T12 калибра 10х28Т, а также действующих нормативных правовых актов и технических документов.

Get PDFThe paper analyzes the scientific logic behind the theory of integrated forensic investigation on the basis of professional approach. Three key versions of the theory are outlined: “Petrukhin-Orlov”, the currently used one and the one proposed by the authors. A step-by-step comparison of the three versions demonstrates their interconnectedness and continuity. Get PDFExperimental observations have revealed the patterns of transformation of the surface of firearm toolmarks on fired bullets and spent cartridge cases caused by exposure to heat. The relationship between the nature of these changes and the temperature and period of exposure in modeled conditions has been established. The paper outlines heat exposure parameters and upper temperature limits for successful firearm identification by toolmarks on bullets and cartridge cases. На основе экспериментальных наблюдений выявлены закономерности изменения поверхности следов огнестрельного оружия на выстреленных пулях и стреляных гильзах в результате термического воздействия на них. Установлена зависимость влияния на характер этих изменений температуры нагрева и времени нахождения пуль и гильз в моделируемых условиях пожара. Выявлены признаки и определен верхний порог термического воздействия, при котором возможно отождествление огнестрельного оружия по его следам на пулях и гильзах.
