    L'expérience de direction de projet par une personne concernée

    Ce texte relate mon expérience en tant que cheffe de projet pour la Recherche- Action Collaborative (RAC) « Franchir le mur du son », dans le cadre du programme Innovation Booster Technologie et Handicap (IBTH). Étant moi-même atteinte d’une surdité profonde et à l’origine de ce projet visant à améliorer l’accès à l’emploi pour les personnes sourdes, j’ai été choisie comme requérante principale. Cette nomination illustre l’importance de valoriser les expertises d’usage, mais pose la question de ses effets concrets sur la personne impliquée. En intégrant ma subjectivité dans l’analyse, j’ai découvert que ma reconnaissance en tant qu’experte était une innovation totale pour moi, créant à la fois enthousiasme et doutes. Mon rôle de cheffe de projet m’a confrontée à des défis de leadership, m’obligeant à apprendre à collaborer et déléguer, et à trouver ma place au sein de l’équipe. La RAC, en favorisant une collaboration horizontale, m’a permis de travailler de manière constructive avec des partenaires variés, enrichissant l’expérience de tous. Ce projet a non seulement renforcé mon estime de moi et ma motivation, mais a également démontré l’importance de l’inclusion des personnes concernées à tous les niveaux décisionnels. La méthodologie participative a révélé des effets personnels et sociaux puissants, soulignant l’importance de reconnaître et valoriser les compétences de chacun pour une véritable innovation sociale

    Measuring theory of mind ::a preliminary analysis of a novel linguistically simple and tablet-based measure for children

    This study introduces a novel linguistically simple, tablet-based, behavioral Theory of Mind (ToM) measure, designed for neurotypical (NT) and autistic children aged 4–10 years. A synthesis of five comprehensive reviews of existing ToM measures revealed significant gaps in their designs; the weaknesses include a mismatch between the operational and conceptual definition of ToM, high verbal demands in most measures, materials that are minimally interesting for children, and often a lack of psychometric evaluations. These findings call into question the suitability of most of the currently available ToM measures used in children, both with and without developmental disorders, such as children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). For example, the assessment of ToM in children with ASD may require reduced reliance on complex language or social interaction that can be part of the diagnostic criteria of the condition. This newly designed ToM measure, developed in line with the “Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing” of the American Educational Research Association, is linguistically simple, tablet-based, suitable for children with ASD, and is available in English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish. With a sample of 234 participants, including 152 NT children and 82 children with ASD between 4 and 10 years of age, the new ToM measure's psychometric properties were preliminarily evaluated. Descriptive statistics, measures of internal consistency, inter-item correlation, and validity checks were conducted in both groups. Further inspections of the measure's scale- and item-level characteristics were conducted with the help of exploratory factor analyses (EFA), and item response theory (IRT) within the NT children's group. These preliminary evaluations suggest that the newly developed ToM measure possesses good psychometric properties and is both accessible and engaging for children. Further investigation with a larger group of participants is necessary to reinforce these initial results. This will allow item- and scale-level assessments within a wider range of autistic children.     Perceived effectiveness of components of interventions to support people bereaved by suicide ::a metareview of systematic reviews

    Background: Suicide bereavement increases the probability of adverse outcomes related to grief, social functioning, mental health, and suicidal behavior. While more support for individuals bereaved by suicide has become available, the evidence regarding its effectiveness is not straightforward. The literature suggests that identifying best-practice components is key in designing effective postvention interventions. Aims: This metareview aims to identify components of suicide bereavement interventions perceived to be effective by suicide-bereaved people. Method: The review adhered to preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Systematic searches in Medline, PsycINFO, Embase, Emcare, EBM Reviews, Scopus, and Web of Science identified 11 eligible systematic reviews published between 2008 and 2023. The methodological quality was assessed using the Measurement Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews (AMSTAR-2) (PROSPERO registration CRD42023458300). Results: Our narrative synthesis reported the components perceived to be effective in relation to structure and content of interventions, facilitators, and modality (peer, group, community, online). Limitations: The quality of the included reviews varied considerably, and not all reviews reported on perceived effectiveness of interventions’ components. Meta-analysis of findings was not possible due to study heterogeneity. Conclusion: The findings provide crucial information for researchers, service providers, and policymakers to enhance the provision of evidence-based support for people bereaved by suicide

    Time inconsistency in sustainable partner selection for vertical collaborative network organizations

    Collaborative Networked Organisations (CNOs) are increasingly recognised for their ability to harness cooperation and complementary competencies, outperforming indi- vidual efforts in pursuing business opportunities. However, the criticality of selecting the right long‐term partner for a CNO has been understated, especially considering the evolving landscape of sustainability perceptions. This research addresses the issue of time inconsistency within the context of sustainable CNO partner selection by employing the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchical Process with the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution. Time inconsistency refers to a situation where preferences or decisions change over different points in time, leading to inconsistencies in choices or actions. Specifically, the study focuses on a Swiss Manufacturing CNO, examining how the evaluation of potential partners' environmental criteria changes over time. The findings reveal the presence of time inconsistency in environmental criterion evaluation between two time periods. This inconsistency stems from the evolving perception of environmental conditions and the increasing social and governmental pressures sur- rounding environmental standards. As a consequence, improper partner choices in CNOs can be made, potentially undermining the collaborative's overall sustainability goals. The study sheds light on the importance of considering dynamic sustainability factors in partner selection for CNOs, emphasising the need for a more comprehensive and adaptive approach to secure fruitful and lasting collaboration

    La Suisse fait face à une pénurie de personnel infirmier, impactant qualité des soins, efficacité économique et qualité de vie au travail. Les conditions de travail, et plus précisément les horaires atypiques, irréguliers, discontinus et imprévisibles sont un facteur clé. L’objectif de cette étude exploratoire était d’identifier des mesures offertes par les Organisations du Secteur de la Santé (OSS) en termes d'infrastructures ainsi que des mesures de soutien et services pour atténuer les répercussions négatives de ces horaires sur la vie privée du personnel infirmier. Nous avons mobilisé une méthodologie mixte, composée d’une revue de la littérature, une enquête en ligne et des entretiens auprès de manageurs d’OSS et de trois entreprises hors secteur de la santé. À partir de nos analyses, quatre types de mesures ont été identifiées : des aides pour la garde d’enfants, des initiatives pour faciliter la vie quotidienne, des activités pour promouvoir le bien-être des employés et des mesures de soutien à la mobilité. Nous avons également relevé des difficultés d’implémentation liées à la taille des structures et à la pérennisation des mesures. Ces résultats nous incitent à suggérer le développement de solutions mutualisées entre entreprises soumises à des horaires atypiques dans un même territoireSuiza se enfrenta a una escasez de personal de enfermería, lo que afecta la calidad de la atención, la eficiencia económica y la calidad de vida en el trabajo. Las condiciones laborales, y más específicamente los horarios atípicos, irregulares, discontinuos e impredecibles, son un factor clave para fidelizar al personal a las Organizaciones del Sector de la Salud (OSS). Este estudio exploratorio buscó identificar los posibles recursos ofrecidos por las OSS en términos de infraestructuras y servicios de apoyo para mitigar los efectos negativos de estos horarios de trabajo en la vida privada del personal de enfermería. Utilizamos una metodología mixta, compuesta por una revisión de la literatura, una encuesta en línea y entrevistas con los gerentes de las OSS y tres empresas fuera del sector de la salud. A partir de nuestros análisis, se identificaron cuatro tipos de medidas de apoyo y servicios ofrecidos a los trabajadores: ayuda para el cuidado de los niños, iniciativas para facilitar la vida cotidiana, actividades para promover el bienestar de los empleados y medidas de apoyo a la movilidad. También identificamos dificultades en la implementación relacionadas con el tamaño de las estructuras y la continuidad de las medidas. Estos resultados nos llevan a sugerir una mutualización de las medidas entre empresas y sectores que tienen trabajadores con horarios atípicos en un mismo territorio, como la colaboración para ofrecer servicios de guarderías

    Modeling of photovoltaic-thermal systems using multivariate polynomial regression

    A challenge prevalent in the photovoltaic (PV) system applications in the domain of control engineering lies in the formulation and refinement of their models. Among the esteemed configurations in this domain, the photovoltaic-thermal (PVT) system emerges as particularly noteworthy. Furthermore, the appeal of employing a modeling approach with minimal complexity is noteworthy in this context. To achieve this objective, there is a growing trend in utilizing machine learning (ML) approaches, known for their data-driven modeling capabilities and minimal complexity. In this paper, the application of the multivariate polynomial regression, a straightforward ML method, has been employed to model the PVT system. This choice aims to address the challenge of model complexity inherent in conventional mathematical method, enabling its utility for control purposes. The proposed method is implemented using empirical data derived from laboratory PVT setups, incorporating geographic inputs situated in Sion, Switzerland. A comprehensive comparison with the conventional method has been undertaken for evaluation purposes. The results, encompassing electrical and thermal powers of the PVT system, indicate that the proposed method achieves significantly greater accuracy compared to the conventional
