Abstract.
The purpose of this thesis research conducted by researchers with the title Legal Consequences of Bankruptcy Decisions Against PT Asuransi Jiwa Kresna (Study of Supreme Court Decision Number 647 K/Pdt.Sus-Bankruptcy/2021) is aimed at knowing and understanding the legal consequences of a bankruptcy decision against an insurance company that has an impact on customers and on the company itself. The research result of this thesis research is that the bankruptcy experienced by PT Asuransi Jiwa Kresna will further complicate the position of customers to receive their benefits because in bankruptcy, the company has no authority over its assets and the authority to manage these assets will be transferred to the curator. Generally, curators need a long time to be able to liquidate bankruptcy assets. In addition, after liquidation, the liquidation proceeds will be reduced by several costs such as curator fees and taxes. Therefore, the percentage of customer's income will be less. As a form of responsibility, debtors can submit a Financial Restructuring Plan (RPK) to OJK as a step to fulfill their obligations
Integrating Reduplication Patterns in The Western Flores Languages
This study aims to look at the reduplication patterns in the Western Languages of Flores, i.e., MRK Language Subgroup (Manggarai, Rembong, and Komodo). These three languages are grouped according to the results of the calculation of the percentage of similar languages made by Fernandez (1996). Data was collected through secondary data collection from pre-existing datasets, including field notes and dictionaries. Direct interviews with native speakers representing each language strengthen secondary data with more in-depth information. The analysis revealed that there are similar patterns found in full reduplication accompanied by changes in vowel phonemes as in laki-lako 'going everywhere' in Manggarai, zupak-zapaq 'hassle' in Rembong, and cuki-cake 'naughty' in Komodo. Partial reduplication, on the other hand, generally takes the form of adding or removing final phonemes in repeated words, for example, bingi-bangas 'dull-witted' in the Manggarai Language, daki-dekang 'helping each other' in the Rembong Language, and hipi-hapek 'going here and there' in Komodo Language. The Rembong Language has a distinctive partial reduplication, the presence of rhyme sounds at the beginning as in ghali-ghewe 'miserable life' and at the end of words as in kameq-mok 'sucks'. Partial reduplication in Komodo Language only involves the repetition of the initial syllable as in kekaro (karo-karo) 'walkings'. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for further research to explore more deeply reduplication in the MRK Language, either refuting the results in this research or supporting it by providing more dat

Development of Comic Learning Media in Class XI SMK Negeri 2 Botomuzoi
Teachers should demonstrate greater creativity in creating and enhancing instructional materials. But because SMK Negeri 2 Botomuzoi lacks the infrastructure and equipment expressly meant to promote Indonesian language instruction, teachers there continue to employ a restricted and repetitious amount of media. In order to ensure that the learning materials are reliable, useful, and efficient, this project will create comic-based learning materials for assessing the language and content of theater in the eleventh grade at SMK Negeri 2 Botomuzoi. This study uses the ADDIE model, which comprises the phases of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, as part of its research and development (R&D) methodology. Three specialists in material, language, and design evaluated the comic-based learning materials, which were then put to the test through product testing with TKJ students in the 11th grade at SMK Negeri 2 Botomuzoi. Thanks to validation scores of 97.5% from material experts, 100% from language experts, and 95% from design experts, the results show that the comic learning medium is both viable and legitimate. The learning media was rated as being very practical when it came to practicality; it received scores of 86.7% in solo testing, 94.2% in small group tests, and 93.9% in field tests. With a classical completion percentage of 96.3%, it was also proved that the learning media's effectiveness was very high. In conclusion, the ADDIE model was used to generate comic-based learning materials that analyze the language and content of drama in the 11th grade at SMK Negeri 2 Botomuzoi. These materials satisfy the required standards and may be used in the classroom
Cognitive Challenge in Translation and Interpreting Studies
The field of Translation and Interpreting (T&I) encompasses bilingual activities in transferring messages from a source language to a target language with an assertive cognitive capacity to produce natural and equivalent meaning. This study serves as a preliminary experiment to explore the cognitive capacity development of ESL students in rendering messages within T&I. Mix-method is applied by involving 28 students taking the test of rendering the messages orally and in written. The experiment consists of three stages: a CEFR test, which reveals that the students' highest level is B1 Intermediate; a 12-session T&I course covering theory, strategies, and practice; and an evaluation phase including feedback collected through questionnaires. In general, the T&I process of rendering messages from English (EN) to Indonesian (ID) is deemed naturally acceptable, and the students are able to accomplish the task. However, there are challenges related to working memory, which result in students not achieving excellent test scores. The EN-ID group shows better performance in translating and interpreting, particularly in the higher score ranges, whereas the ID-EN group has a larger number of participants with lower scores. Additionally, delivering messages from Indonesian to English poses challenges, especially in the context of noun phrases. These challenges are primarily attributed to differences in word order, determiners and articles, prepositions, idiomatic expressions, vocabulary, as well as the participants' proficiency level and exposure to both languages
