Rats are widely used in the study of embryological development of the central nervous system and its congenital disorders. Therefore, tissue fixation is very important in obtaining a good picture of the central nervous system, especially in newborn rats. This study aims to determine the difference in fixation using a solution of 10% neutral buffered formalin, 4% paraformaldehyde, and Bouin solution in the brain tissue of newborn rats. This experimental study used a post-test only controlled-group design with 18 newborn rats aged zero day. After randomization, the pups were grouped into 3 treatment groups, namely: fixation with 10% neutral buffered formalin solution (P1, n = 6), and fixation with 4% paraformaldehyde solution (P2, n = 6), and fixation with Bouin solution (P3, n = 6). Assessment using Hematoxylin Eosin staining, and analyzed by blinding based on the histology of the cerebral tissue (cell nucleus staining, cytoplasmic staining, staining clarity, uniformity of staining). Five cerebrum fields were examined. Data analysis used Kruskall Wallis test and post hoc Mann Whitney test using SPSS. The result was a significant difference in the histology of the brain tissue of newborn rats with the fixation of a solution of 10% neutral buffered formalin, 4% paraformaldehyde and Bouin solution (p = 0.001). Brain tissue fixation using 10% neutral buffered formalin solution showed better quality of histological pictures compared to 4% solution of paraformaldehyde solution and Bouin solution (p <0.05)

This writing is motivated by inheritance problems in Court Decision Number 23/Pdt.G/2021/PN.Kkn with land as an inheritance which is currently the object of dispute, where for the legal heirs it would be unfair if his late father made a private deed of grant in which the contents donated all of his lands only to his heirs from the second wife. The lands that were supposed to become inherited assets were finally controlled by an heir only based on a private deed of grant. Of course, other heirs who feel that they have absolute rights (Legitieme Portie) do not accept that. This writing uses normative research methods, using library research on primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The conclusion from this writing is if a grant is made without the other heirs knowing or without approval of the other heirs and without considering the portion or reduction of the absolute part that should be owned by the other heirs, then when the other heirs do not agree to the grant and then file a lawsuit to cancel the grant, then the grant can be cancelled. Legal protection that can be given to other heirs whose inheritance is in the control of only one heir is the inherited lands that are the object of the dispute must be transferred to their legal heirs after being declared as the inheritance of the deceased which has not been divided as a form of wealth left behind. &nbsp

Word formation is a dynamic process that contributes significantly to vocabulary expansion. This study explores the various factors that hinder the formation of words in the English language. The research investigates linguistic elements that act as barriers to the organic growth of the lexicon. Linguistic factors encompass syntactic constraints, morphological irregularities, and phonological intricacies, which pose challenges to the seamless creation of new words. Additionally, the study delves into semantic ambiguities that impede the clear delineation of meanings, hindering the formation of concise and universally accepted terms. The method applied in this research is descriptive qualitative with the data taken from various resources. The theory applied for this research is the theory of Aronoff. Based on the result of analysis, it is found that blocking refers to the non-acceptance of a new word form not due to the violation of word formation rules but rather because of the existence of another simpler form that precedes it or has already been used for a different meaning. There are two types of blocking in English, namely type-blocking and token-blocking. Type-blocking involves the competition of regular morphological processes, while token-blocking is the potential blocking of regular forms by synonymous words that already exist. There are three conditions for token-blocking: synonymy, productivity, and frequency. Factors causing blocking in the formation of new words can be classified into four categories: phonological, morphological, semantic, and aesthetic.
