Asesinos seriales: un comparativo plurifactorial entre tres criminales colombianos
No full textThroughout history there are many cases that have been heard about serial killers, in the case of Colombia the data is scarce about criminal profiles. Objective: To analyze the characteristics of the criminal behavior of three serial killers with Colombian nationality through a comparison between family, psychological, situational and environmental factors. Methodology: The approach was qualitative with an interpretive perspective from hermeneutics, based on a documentary review that was consolidated with the registration of 50 analytical summaries of the study. Results: It was found that behavioral activation factors prevail in the three Colombian criminals, they are related to conscious and free acts that focus on the satisfaction of a need caused by past traumatic events, from which they built a violent behavioral pattern and repetitive. Conclusions: It is important to reflect on the importance of a healthy and stimulating family and school environment for children and adolescents, where non-violence becomes the best way to prevent the formation of serial criminals.A lo largo de la historia son muchos los casos que se han escuchado acerca de asesinos en serie; para el caso de Colombia los datos son escasos acerca de los perfiles criminales. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar las características del comportamiento criminal de tres asesinos seriales con nacionalidad colombiana mediante un comparativo entre los factores familiares, psicológicos, situacionales y ambientales.En cuanto a la metodología, el enfoque fue cualitativo con perspectiva interpretativa desde la hermenéutica, a partir de una de revisión documental que se consolidó con el registro de 50 resúmenes analíticos de estudio. A partir de ahí, se encontró que en los tres criminales colombianos prevalecen factores comportamentales de activación, relacionados con actos conscientes y libres que se focalizan en la satisfacción de una necesidad causada por eventos traumáticos del pasado, a partir de los cuales construyeron un patrón comportamental violento y repetitivo. Resultado de lo anterior, se reflexiona sobre la importancia de un ambiente familiar y escolar sano y estimulante para los niños, niñas y adolescentes, donde la no-violencia se convierta en el mejor modo para prevenir la formación de criminales seriales

Jubilación, salud mental y nuevas oportunidades para un proyecto de vida
No full textRetirement is a transition period related to the end of the working stage, which in many occasions denotes a lack of preparation and entails uncertainty about the future. This study aims to understand the effects on mental health of the retirement process for the older adult population in Colombia and the importance of new opportunities for a life project. Regarding the methodology, from the qualitative approach, a documentary review was carried out, prioritizing the interpretative analysis of 56 analytical summaries of the RAE study, from the hermeneutic method. It was found that retirement is a process through which a large part of the older adult population goes through, and that at the end of their work activity their mental health may be altered, requiring individual and collective support to plan new activities within the framework of the transition to retirement. It was concluded that the opportunities for a new life project can be structured based on the recognition of the meaning of life, motivations and goals in the medium and short term to enjoy old age to the fullest.La jubilación es un periodo de transición relacionado con la finalización de la etapa laboral, que en muchas ocasiones denota una falta de preparación y conlleva una incertidumbre frente al futuro. Este estudio tiene como objetivo comprender los efectos en la salud mental que trae el proceso de jubilación para la población adulta mayor en Colombia y la importancia de las nuevas oportunidades para un proyecto de vida. En cuanto a la metodología, desde el enfoque cualitativo se llevó a cabo una revisión documental, priorizando en el análisis interpretativo de 56 resúmenes analíticos de estudio RAE, desde método hermenéutico. Se encontró que la jubilación es un proceso por el cual transita gran parte en población adulta mayor, que al culminar su actividad laboral puede ver alterada su salud mental requiriendo de acompañamiento individual y colectivo para plantear nuevas actividades en el marco de la transición al retiro laboral. Se concluyó que las oportunidades para un nuevo proyecto de vida se pueden estructurar a partir del reconocimiento del sentido de vida, motivaciones y metas a mediano y corto plazo para gozar la vejez en plenitud
Entre la palabra y el cuerpo: ¿vacío o puente? Dos elementos interdependientes en la práctica psicológica
No full textThe internship process of the psychologist in training places him/her in front of a challenging field of action. The trainee could say that this formative stage is enriching as he/she finds the opportunity to articulate theory and practice to face the demands of the social and individual reality that he/she investigates, analyzes, interprets, and intervenes; it is even an experience that leads him/her to think of him/herself at a personal and professional level. In this reflection article, the author proposes to talk about three elements that have been indispensable in his psychological practice, individual attention, and group processes, for example: the manifest reason for consultation vs. the latent reason for consultation; the body and its narratives; and the analogy of the psychologist's role as midwife of the truth that helps to give meaning to the consultant's discomfort. It is concluded that the practicing psychologist must constantly make a critical and reflective exercise on the reality of the other, but it is also his task to lead him to ask himself about his motivations in his search for wellness.El proceso de prácticas del psicólogo en formación lo ubica frente a un campo de acción retador. El practicante podría decir que esta etapa formativa es enriquecedora en tanto encuentra la oportunidad de articular teoría y práctica para enfrentar las demandas de la realidad social e individual que investiga, analiza, interpreta e interviene; incluso, es una experiencia que lo lleva a pensarse a nivel personal y profesional. En este artículo de reflexión, el autor se propone hablar de tres elementos que han sido indispensables en su práctica psicológica, las atenciones individuales y los procesos grupales, a saber: el motivo de consulta manifiesto vs el motivo de consulta latente; el cuerpo y sus narrativas; y, por último, la analogía del rol del psicólogo como partero de la verdad que ayuda a dar significado al malestar del consultante. Se concluye que, el psicólogo practicante debe hacer de manera constante un ejercicio crítico y reflexivo sobre la realidad del otro, pero también es su tarea llevarlo a preguntarse por sus motivaciones en su búsqueda de bienestar

No full textThe institutional model of childbirth was built hand in hand with modern medicine and in the midst of the transition to capitalism. In fact, its institutionalization took place during the 18th– 19th centuries, going from being a home event attended by women to taking place in incipient health centers and in charge of new medical professionals. This article analyzes institutional childbirths in relation to capitalism as a mode of (re) production of goods and people, starting from the hypothesis that it is governed by the capitalist logic of space– time organization and social relationship. Through a theoretical reconstruction, categories of the Marxian theory of value – and its drifts from feminisms – are articulated with theoretical productions focused from the anthropology of reproduction, exploring intersections and relationships between these conceptual fields given the vacancy of developments in this direction. In this way, lines are proposed to think about the institutional model of childbirth from a Marxist and gender perspective.El modelo institucional de atención al parto se erigió de la mano de la medicina moderna y en plena transición al capitalismo. De hecho, su institucionalización se dio durante los siglos XVIII-XIX, pasando de ser un evento hogareño y asistido por mujeres a realizarse en los centros de salud incipientes y a cargo de los nuevos profesionales médicos. Este artículo analiza el parto/nacimiento institucional en relación con el capitalismo como modo de (re)producción de bienes y personas, partiendo de la hipótesis de que este se encuentra regido por la lógica capitalista de organización espaciotemporal y de relación social. Mediante una reconstrucción teórica, se articulan categorías de la teoría marxiana del valor —atendiendo a sus derivas desde los feminismos— con producciones teóricas enfocadas desde la antropología de la reproducción, explorando cruces y relaciones entre estos campos conceptuales dada la vacancia de desarrollos en esta dirección. De esta manera, se proponen líneas para pensar el modelo institucional de partos desde una perspectiva marxista y en clave de género
Influence of the Enochic tradition on Qumran: reception and adaptation of the Watchers and Giants as a case study
No full textEs evidente la confluencia de diferentes tradiciones judías en la biblioteca de Qumrán. Las tradiciones henóquicas no solo se cuentan como las influencias más antiguas en Qumrán, también le dan cierta unidad teológica. Esto es aún más cierto en el caso de la demonología. En la figura de Belial se reúne una rica tradición lexicográfica en la cual se integran diferentes tradiciones bajo las características de los vigilantes y gigantes de la tradición henóquica (1Hen6—8). El presente estudio analiza la caracterización teológica de las figuras demonológicas presentes en Qumrán con el fin de precisar la influencia henóquica en dicha caracterización.The confluence of different Jewish traditions in the Qumran library is evident. The Enochic traditions are not only counted as the oldest influences in Qumran, they also give it a certain theological unity. This is even more true in the case of demonology. Belial’s figure brings together a rich lexicographic heritage in which different traditions are integrated under the characteristics of the Watchers and Giants of the Enochic tradition (1 En 6—8). Making a desired name: identity narratives in young university students who have committed transgressive offences
No full textIn Colombia, juvenile crimes constitute one of the most significant groups in penitentiary institutions. This phenomenon tends to be justified by poverty, inequality, lack of access to education, domestic violence, among others. However, these acts are not only linked to these sociodemographic characteristics, but they also involve family, relational, and subjective issues. The main purpose of this research was to identify how identity narratives are shaped in young people from private universities who have committed transgressive offences. To this end, research was carried out with a qualitative methodological approach, employing the narrative method through life stories. The narrative conversational interview was implemented with three young students from private universities who committed offences. For the analysis, the narrative method was applied using transcriptions and encodings of meaning units of the stories. Among the most significant results, there is the adolescent’s search for a desired status, not imposed, through transgression. Blunt events or acts as hinge moments in the identity generated by the transgression and a post-transgression identity permeated to the present by said event.In Colombia, juvenile crimes constitute one of the most significant groups in penitentiary institutions. Fórmulas de tratamiento nominales de los youtubers colombianos
No full textThe constant communicative interaction of young people in the YouTube social network allows it to become a valid virtual ecosystem in the analysis of nominal treatment from a sociolinguistic perspective. The central purpose of this research is based on the analysis of the nominal treatment formulas used by young people in their communicative interaction on YouTube from the extralinguistic variable sex, age, and place of origin. The sample was chosen using prestratified uniform allocation quotas. Likewise, given the characteristics of the population under study, those subjects with a range of one million subscribers were preferred. Data analysis was performed from the perspective of communicative interaction. The central findings show that the nominal treatment system used by youtubers is restricted compared to other social groups. It is found that the formulas are oriented to referencing, exaltation and identification with the followers. It is concluded that this communication platform directly infers and restricts the uses of the formulas used by youtubers in their interaction with their followers.La interacción comunicativa constante de los jóvenes en la red social YouTube permite que esta se convierta en un ecosistema virtual válido en el análisis del tratamiento nominal desde la perspectiva sociolingüística. El propósito central de esta investigación se fundamenta en el análisis de las fórmulas de tratamiento nominal, empleadas por los jóvenes en su interacción comunicativa en YouTube, desde la variable extralingüística sexo, edad y lugar de procedencia. La muestra se eligió mediante cuotas de afijación uniforme preestratificada. Asimismo, dadas las características de la población objeto de estudio, se prefirieron aquellos sujetos con un rango de un millón de suscriptores. El análisis de datos se realizó desde la perspectiva de la interacción comunicativa. Los hallazgos centrales evidencian que el sistema de tratamiento nominal usado por los youtubers es restringido en comparación con otros grupos sociales. Se encuentra que las fórmulas están orientadas a la referenciación, exaltación e identificación con los seguidores. Se concluye que esta plataforma de comunicación infiere y restringe de manera directa en los usos de las fórmulas empleadas por los youtubers en su interacción con sus seguidores
Amor, neoliberalismo y psicopatología
No full textNeoliberalism has brought with it the transformation in the ways in which being is conceived and all the spheres in which it operates, likewise, the link with others and its different repercussions. Since Freud, it is possible to conceive love as a projection of an ideal image, the image that one feels not possessing but believes to find it in others, that is, we complement each other through the other (Dessal, 2019), this can be explained through primary narcissism, in which the ego takes itself as an object, but later, it takes the other as the destiny of the drive, here it may or may not make it an object of love (Freud, 1984), as can be inferred , narcissism gives way to love, however, this transfer is achieved if the image represents the ideal itself.El neoliberalismo ha traído consigo la transformación en las formas en que se concibe al ser y todas las esferas en las que se desenvuelve, así mismo, el vínculo con los otros y sus diferentes repercusiones. Desde Freud, se logra concebir el amor como una proyección de una imagen ideal, la imagen que uno siente no poseer pero que cree encontrarla en los demás, es decir, nos complementamos a través del otro (Dessal, 2019), esto logra ser explicado a través del narcisismo primario, en el que el yo se toma a sí mismo como objeto, pero luego, esta toma al otro como destino de pulsión, aquí ella puede o no hacerlo objeto de amor (Freud, 1984), como se logra inferir, el narcisismo da paso al amor, sin embargo, esta transferencia se logra si la imagen representa el propio ideal
Radicalidad y banalidad: el “burgués” como núcleo de la reflexión arendtiana sobre el mal
No full textThis article tries to develop a reconsideration of the notions of "radical evil" and "banality of evil" emphasizing Arendt's reflection on the figure of the "bourgeois". In this sense, the main consonances and differences between both concepts are brought to the forefront trying to point out their common theoretical origin. As a result, the work confirms, after careful argumentation, the central weight that Arendt's multifaceted analysis of the bourgeois has on the conformation of her reflections on evil, both in the early period and in the later facet of her work.El presente artículo desarrolla una reconsideración de las nociones de “mal radical” y “banalidad del mal” haciendo hincapié en la reflexión arendtiana en torno a la figura del “burgués”. En tal sentido, se ponen en primer plano las principales consonancias y diferencias entre ambos conceptos remarcando, puntualmente, su origen teórico común. Como resultado, el trabajo constata, después de una cuidadosa argumentación, el peso central que el multifacético análisis arendtiano del burgués tiene sobre la conformación de sus reflexiones acerca del mal, tanto en el periodo temprano como en la faceta más tardía de su obra
