    The Latest News Different Kind of Lawyers: Stories of the Class of 2025, Part 1 Professor Jay Tidmarsh Selected by Class of 2025 for Distinguished Teaching Award Third-year ND Law School students honored for public interest work at Champions for Justice Ceremony Two Notre Dame Law Students awarded 2025 Shaffer Public Interest Fellowship to Advance Justice for Underserved Communities The Exoneration Justice Clinic has successfully exonerated its third client. Last week, a U.S. District judge blocked the sale of the sacred Oak Flat site by the federal government. The Religious Liberty Clinic has long supported this case. News outlets and online blogs continue to cover the oral arguments for the St. Isidore case. Faculty Briefs Jimmy Gurulé joined the Bloomberg Law Podcast to discuss the Los Angeles U.S. Attorney\u27s unorthodox plea deal. Derek Muller was quoted in The Sunday Times and The Washington Post last week, offering insight into election and constitutional law. Nicole Garnett co-authored a story in City Journal about a recent judicial ruling limiting school choice in Utah. Fr. John Paul Kimes was interviewed on the Drew Mariani Show on Relevant Radio regarding SB 5375 in Washington state, which would require priests to violate the seal of the sacrament of confession.
