Get PDF破骨細胞の分化は、分化刺激受容体であるRANKが、アダプター分子であるTRAF6を活性化し、複数の分化シグナルが誘導されることで開始する。本研究では、TRAF6のRANK結合領域に結合し、破骨細胞分化を強力に阻害するペプチド性化合物WHD-tetを開発した。その作用機序解析から、破骨細胞分化後期にはシグナル分子p38が重要な役割を果たすこと、及びWHD-tetがそれを特異的に制御することを示した。doctoral thesi

Get PDF本論文の目的は， 金融市場において情報劣位にある非情報トレーダーが．危険資産のファンダメンタルの関する非対称情報情報だけでなく、取引相手の特性に関する非対称情報にも直面する場合に，そのような市場の均衡で成立する価格や市場流動性にどのような影響を与えるのかという問題について、モデル分析を用いて考察することである。The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of asymmetric information on prices and market liquidity in financial markets when uninformed traders are informationally inferior. Using model analysis, the paper examines the question of how the asymmetric information about the fundamentals of risky assets, as well as asymmetric information about the characteristics of their counterparties, affects the prices and market liquidity established at equilibrium in such a market.研究(Article)departmental bulletin pape

The causal effect of public elementary school choice on the diversification of entering junior high school : an empirical analysis using statistical survey of public school in Tokyo
Get PDF本稿では、学校選択制の導入が進んでいる東京都の区市に着目し、公立小学校の学校選択制の導入実績が、中学校入学における進路選択の多様化に結びついているかどうかを、区市別パネルデータを用いた回帰分析により検証する。実証分析の結果、区市立小学校から中学校への進学において、小学校段階における学校選択制導入の区市では、未導入の区市に比べて、進路選択の多様化が確認された。In this paper, I examined whether or not public elementary school choice resulted in the diversification of enterring junior high school using Statistical Survey of Public School in Tokyo. The following point was confirmed by the empirical analysis. Compared to the cities not introducing public elementary school choice, the divertification of entering junior high school was accelerated more among the cities introducing it.論説(Article)departmental bulletin pape
