Get PDF本研究ではイオン液体が持つアルキル鎖に着目し、そのアルキル鎖によって形成される不均一構造や、アルキル鎖の柔軟性が低融点に及ぼす影響について理解を深めるための研究を行った。一酸化炭素の回転より不均一構造を調べたところ、不均一構造の特殊性を明らかにすることができた。また、アルキル鎖の立体配座解析より配座エントロピーを求めたところ、低融点におけるアルキル鎖の柔軟性の重要性が明らかにすることができた。doctoral thesi

Transit migration : the case of migrants crossing Mexico toward the USA
Get PDFメキシコは北への移民送出国として知られてきたが、1990年代以降主に中米出身の人々が米国を目指して入国するようになり、移民通過国の役割も果たすようになった。本稿では、メキシコを通過する人びと、つまりトランジット移民について、概念の整理を行うとともに、筆者が行った聞き取り調査をもとに実態としての移民の姿を明らかにする。This paper aims to clarify how people called migrants in transit are defined and what legal constraints and opportunities they are faced with when making thier own choices. It is based on qualitative research undertaken in 2022. The auther first discusses how the concept of transit migration is perceived, comparing trends in Europe and America. The author, Kim Hodong, is a world-renowned scholar in the field of Central Asian history and the history of the Mongol Empire. This book, The Mongol Empire and World History, was written as a popular book, not as a monograph of specialized research, as he states in his "Introduction.” It covers a wide range of topics and is written in a way that is easy to understand for beginning students and readers in other fields. Get PDFわが国のワーク・ライフ・バランス(以下，WLB とする)は，女性の継続就業と少子化対策を目的とする「子育て支援」から始まった。その後，性別や年齢に関係なくすべての労働者にとっての「仕事と生活の調和」を実現するため，「多様な働き方が選択できる社会」が目指されるようになった。その取り組みの中で，働き方を見直さなければならないことがわかってきたが，それを労使自治に任せていては遅々として取り組みが進まないとの判断から，政府主導で法律の制定・改正による「働き方改革」が推進された。法政策の機能は政策目標の明示とその活動促進に留まるので，長時間労働の是正，正規・非正規労働者の待遇格差の是正などの政策目標を実現するには，労使当事者が法令にかなった行動をとることを待つほかない。結局のところ，「働き方改革」の本質的な課題は，なぜ労働者は自発的に時間外労働をするのか，正規労働者と非正規労働者の働き方の違いは何なのかなどを明らかにすることに集約される。この課題は「日本の労働をわかること」と表現せざるを得ないが，それは「職務」や「業務」で説明される概念としての無機的な労働ではなくて，労使双方の期待や願望の合意点を探りながら事業計画を達成して収益に繋げるための有機的な労働をわかるという意味である。In Japan, work-life balance (WLB) began with "nursing-care support" aimed at ensuring women’s continued working and low birthrate countermeasures. Since then, flexible work arrangements have been aimed to realize WLB for all workers, regardless of gender or age. In order to achieve this goal, the way Japanese workers work had to be reviewed, but it was determined that if this was left to labor-management autonomy, efforts would not progress, and the government took the initiative in promoting "work style reform" through the enactment and revision of laws.
Since the function of legal policy is to specify policy goals and promote their implementation, it is important for labor-management parties to act in accordance with laws and regulations when implementing measures such as correcting long working hours and reducing the disparity in treatment between regular and non-regular workers. Therefore, the essential task of "work style reform" will be to clarify why workers voluntarily work overtime, what the differences are between the working styles of regular and non-regular workers, and so on.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
