Special activities (Student council activities) : activating student council activities through notebook certification
Get PDF2022年に改訂の「生徒指導提要」(文部科学省， 2022)によれば，特別活動の一つである「生徒会活動」は生徒指導の目的を達成するためにとても重要である。公立中学校で2016年度に始めた「ノート検定」を中心とした生徒会活動は，生徒たちが自ら楽しく学習し合える環境を作り出した。新たに「学習協力委員会」を設置したことで，「ノート検定」が生徒主体の取組となり，生徒会活動の活性化につながった。生徒が提案した企画を生徒自身で運営し，生徒同士で認め合い・励まし合い・支え合える関係をつくっていくことは，生徒の主体性・積極性を大きく促進し，学力の向上にも大いに貢献した。また，2020年度からのコロナ禍において，生徒のアイデアを取り入れた創意工夫した「ノート検定」を実施できたことは，どのような状況でも生徒会の取組は実施可能との希望を生徒たち自らが示した。さらに，生徒会活動に魅力を感じて生徒会役員等に立候補する生徒が増えてきたことは主権者意識の向上と言える。By the revised "Seito Sidou Teiyou (Summary of Guidance and Counseling)" (MEXT, 2022) "Student Council Activities," one of the special activities, are deemed crucial in achieving the objectives of Student Guidance and Counseling. The "Student Council Activities," focusing on the "Notebook Certification" initiated in public junior high schools in 2016, enabled students to create an environment where they could enjoy learning together. The "Learning Cooperation Committee" establishment further shifted the "Notebook Certification" to a student-driven initiative, contributing to the revitalization of "Student Council Activities." Students took the initiative to propose and manage projects, fostering mutual recognition, encouragement, and support among themselves, significantly enhancing student autonomy and proactiveness, and contributing to academic improvement. In addition, amid the COVID-19 pandemic since 2020, students expressed the hope that student council initiatives, incorporating and innovatively implementing student ideas, such as the "Note Certification," could be carried out under any conditions. Moreover, the increased number of students volunteering for student council officer roles due to their attraction to "Student Council Activities" indicates an elevation in their sense of autonomy and sovereignty.展望論文(Review Article)departmental bulletin pape
The GIGA school initiative and subsequent challenges
Get PDFICT技術の発展により教育現場においてもICTの活用が求められるようになった。2018年度より推進されているGIGAスクール構想では，ICT教育環境の格差の是正を目指し，ICTの活用によりすべての子どもたちの学びを保証できる環境整備に取り組んでいる。公立小中学校では2022年度末には1人1台や教室環境の整備がほぼ完了し，構想は次の段階に入ろうとしているものの，高校のICT端末整備，普通教室以外の学校施設のICT化，校務DXの実現，クラウド活用，教員のICT活用指導力の向上，家庭の環境整備などの課題が残る。「個別最適な学び」と「協働的な学び」を支えるためにも，学校・自治体間の連携を強め，学校間・家庭間のデジタル格差を是正し，整備にかかる継続的な予算化が必須である。そのためにも，ICT活用が学力向上につながっているという実証的データを示すことが必要であると考えられる。The advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has led to an increased demand for its integration into education. The GIGA School Concept, initiated in 2018, aims to address the disparities in ICT educational environments and establish an inclusive learning environment for all children through ICT. By March 2023, the provision of one device per student and the enhancement of classroom environments in public elementary and junior high schools were nearly complete. The concept is now transitioning to the next stage, facing challenges such as implementing ICT terminals in high schools, digitizing school facilities beyond regular classrooms, achieving digital transformation (DX) in school management, utilizing cloud services, enhancing teachers' ICT instructional capabilities, and improving home environments. To support "individualized and optimal learning" as well as "collaborative learning," it is crucial to strengthen collaboration between schools and local governments, rectify digital disparities among schools and households, and ensure a continuous budget allocation for ongoing development. Get PDF現在臨床利用されている抗がん剤は，正常細胞とがん細胞の両者に作用するため，強い副作用を示す．私は，がん細胞選択的な抗がん剤の開発に向け，正常細胞とは異なるがん細胞の微小環境(正常細胞に比べて，活性酸素種濃度や還元剤濃度が高いこと)に着目した．本論文では，活性酸素種の一種である過酸化水素との反応ないしは還元剤による酸素活性化で細胞毒性を示す様々なamide-tether型二核銅錯体を開発した．これらの錯体の構造機能相関を調べることで，がん細胞選択的な細胞毒性に効果的な構造特性の知見を得た．Anticancer drugs currently in clinical use have strong side effects because they act on both normal cells and cancer cells. To develop cancer cell-selective anticancer drugs, I focused on the specific environment of cancer cells, which is different from that of normal cells (higher concentrations of reactive oxygen species and reducing agents than normal cells). In this paper, I developed various amide-tether dicopper complexes that exhibit cytotoxicity through reaction with hydrogen peroxide, a type of reactive oxygen species, or upon oxygen activation by reducing agents. By investigating the structure-function relationships of these complexes, I obtained knowledge of structural characteristics that are effective for cancer cell-selective cytotoxicity.doctoral thesi
