Get PDF近時、グローバルなサプライチェーンにおける人権侵害が問題視され、関心が高まっている。本稿は、サプライチェーンの中でも海外子会社に焦点を当て、イギリス法を中心に検討を行うものである。海外子会社の人権侵害に対するアプローチとして、イギリスで用いられている親会社の責任の理論について整理し、親会社が責任を負う範囲についてイギリス法の動向を取り上げた。In recent years, there has been increasing concern over human rights violations in global supply chains. This paper specifically delves into the matter of foreign subsidiaries within supply chains and investigates the legal landscape in the UK.
