    Basic study on monitoring method of machining condition for multi-spindle drilling machine tools

    近年,IoTに関連しての工場の自動化技術が着目されてきている.しかしながら,複数の主軸を搭載した多軸穴あけ工作機械における複数同時ドリル加工時の加工情報のモニタは難しい.そこで3軸の主軸を搭載したドリル穴あけ機に主軸モータ電流センサおよび主軸の振動加速度を計測することで,3軸同時のドリル穴あけ加工を診断する新しい手法の開発を試みた.その結果,提案手法で主軸モータ電流負荷と振動加速度の情報を組み合わせることで,複数同時ドリル加工の診断法として有効であることが判明した.Nowadays, a monitoring technology has attracted attention in the factory automation fields regarding IoT (Internet of Things). However, it is difficult to monitor the process information from multi-drilling conditions by machine tools equipped with multi-spindle. We therefore attempt to develop a novel monitoring method to estimate a drilling process by three spindle machine tools based on measuring the motor current of spindle with a current sensor and the vibration of spindle with an acceleration sensor. As a result, the proposed method is found to be effective to estimate the multi-drilling processes by combining the motor current information and spindle vibration information.原著論文departmental bulletin pape

    Study on performance difference due to quantization, coding and bit string generation methods in wireless physical layer secret key agreement

    本論文は、無線物理層秘密鍵共有における量子化、符号化、ビット列生成の選択が誤り率や秘密鍵容量に与える影響を取り扱っている。量子化については、線形量子化と標本の想定順位に基づく量子化の性能を示すと共に、線形量子化の性能のステップ幅依存性を明らかにした。また、符号化とビット列生成については、自然2進符号と交番2進符号の性能差を示すと共に、ビット順位毎とビット混合のビット列の性能を比較した。This paper deals with the impact of the methods of quantization, coding, and bit-string generation on the error rate and secret key capacity in wireless physical layer secret key agreement. For quantization, the paper shows the performance of linear quantization and quantization based on the relative ranking of sample, and clarifies the step size dependence of linear quantization performance. For coding and bit-string generation, the paper shows the difference in performance between natural binary code and alternating binary code, and compares the performance of bit strings with each bit ranking and mixed bits.原著論文departmental bulletin pape

    Inheritance, transfer, and transformation of skills and knowledge through AI use and development : from a workplace survey on measures to address the shortage of successors and promote efficiency

    本稿は2023年度にGPAI藤本チームが行ったインタビュー調査の事例を中心に,働く場でのAI利用による技能・知識の継承,移転について(1)「世代間垂直継承」,(2)「レベル間垂直移転」,(3)「技能・知識の更新,変容」,という3つの観点から分析を行った。結果,(1)について,後継者不足の産業において,ベテランの技能・知識がAIなどの自動化技術に使用されていた。しかし,先端技術でも補えないベテラン職人の技能・知識があることも明らかとなった。(2)について,人事採用,教育業,保険業,運送業での高レベル者の技能・知識を低レベル者へ移転するAIシステムの利用が見られた。(3)について,製造業の需要予測AI利用により,従来の技能・知識の更新事例を見出した。This paper analyzes the inheritance and transfer of skills and knowledge through the use of AI in the workplace from three perspectives: (1) "intergenerational vertical inheritance," (2) "interlevel vertical transfer," and (3) "renewal and transformation of skills and knowledge," focusing on cases from the interview survey in Japan conducted by GPAI Fujimoto's team in 2023. As a result, regarding (1), in industries with a shortage of successors, the skills and knowledge of veterans were used in automated technologies such as AI. However, it also became clear that there were skills and knowledge of veteran craftsmen that could not be compensated for even by advanced technology. Regarding (2), AI systems were used to transfer the skills and knowledge of high-level workers to low-level workers in the personnel recruitment, education, insurance, and transportation industries. Regarding (3), we found examples of updating traditional skills and knowledge by using demand forecasting AI in the manufacturing industry.論説(Article)departmental bulletin pape

    同志社大学文化情報学部蔵『新古今四季歌』は、『和の史 思文閣古書資料目録』第二百七十八号(令和五年七月)に掲載された画帖全二帖である。『新古今和歌集』の四季の部立から五十首の和歌を撰び、一首について一枚の歌意絵が添えられる。一帖につき二十五首分の歌と絵が収められている。本稿は、和歌の筆者と歌意絵の作者を追究するとともに、その撰歌のあり方を考察するものである。The "Shin Kokin Shikiuta" (New Poems of the Four Seasons) held by the Faculty of Cultural and Information Studies at Doshisha University is a two-volume illustrated book published in the "A Catalogue of Antiquarian and Rare Books" by Shibunkaku No. 278 (July 2023). Fifty waka poems are selected from the four seasons section of the "Shin Kokin Wakashu," and each poem is accompanied by a picture of the poem. Each volume contains twenty-five poems and pictures. In this paper, we will investigate the authors of the waka poems and the artists of the pictures that depict the meanings of the waka poems, and consider how the waka poems were selected.資料(Material)departmental bulletin pape

    本稿は、戦前から戦後にかけて「社会事業学」の確立にとり組んだ海野幸徳の「融和事業論」に関する研究である。彼の理論は「科学的」救済として個別的な対応を重視し、宗教家の役割を強調した。だがその内容は彼がそれ以前にとり組んだ優生学とも親和性を有し、同時代の融和運動関係者から烈しい批判を受けたことを明らかにした。This paper is a study of the Unno Yukinori's "Reconciliation Project Theory", who attempted to establish the study of social work in Japan before World War 2 and after. His theory emphasized individual involvement in social work as a form of "scientific" relief and the role of religious practitioners. However, his theory also had an affinity with the eugenics, on which he had worked earlier, and that is why he was strongly criticized by those involved in the reconciliation movement of the times.論説(Article)departmental bulletin pape
