Current status and challenges of medical and elderly-care combination services in urban communities in China : a literature review
Get PDF中国では急速な高齢化に伴い，医療と介護の複合ニーズを持つ高齢者が増加しており，地域密着型のサービス提供体制である「医養結合」の推進が喫緊の課題となっている。本研究は，中国都市部における社区居宅養老サービス「医養結合」の現状と課題を，生態学的システム理論の枠組みを用いて，文献レビューにより明らかにすることを目的とする。分析の結果、中央政府主導の画一的政策と現場ニーズとの乖離が主要課題として浮上した。このマクロレベルの問題は、メゾレベルの医療・介護連携不足、多職種連携の阻害、人材不足を誘発し、ミクロレベルの施設未整備、情報不足、高齢者の低ICTリテラシーへと連鎖する。故に、多層的な政策介入、すなわちマクロでの柔軟な制度、メゾでの連携促進、ミクロでのICT活用支援が必要である。今後は実証研究による検証が求められる。This study examines the current status and challenges of Medical and Elderly-care Combination (MEC) services in urban Chinese communities through a literature review, applying ecological systems theory. China's rapidly aging population necessitates integrated care, yet a disconnect between top-down policies and local needs creates barriers. This study identifies multi-level challenges: rigid national guidelines (macro), poor healthcare-elderly care provider coordination (meso), and limited elderly access to information (micro). These interconnected issues hinder MEC service quality. The study underscores the need for policy interventions addressing regional variations, promoting seamless collaboration, and empowering older adults, ultimately improving service access and quality of life.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本稿は、企業会計のプロトタイプ(prototype)と計算構造の関係について、特に均衡思考と非均衡思考の違いに着目し整理することを目的とするものである。特に先行研究では語られていない会計構造にかかる「行間」を埋めることで、筆者の構想する企業会計のプロトタイプ研究と、現行の会計基準設定の間にある「溝」を説明するためのヒントを提示する。This paper aims to organize the relationship between prototypes of corporate accounting and calculation structures, particularly focusing on the differences between equilibrium thinking and disequilibrium thinking.
