The potential of a common currency in the ASEAN region : from the perspective of the economic impact on small businesses
Full text link本稿は，ユーロの特徴等を踏まえ，コロナ危機という経済ショックに見舞われたASEAN域内における共通通貨の実現可能性に関する検証を試みた。主な結論として，当該域内において最適通貨圏の理論が成立し経済収斂条件を満たすと判断することは困難であり，段階的な共通通貨の導入が現実的であると判断される。また，こうした共通通貨の導入が，決済コストの低減が見込まれる一方，小規模事業者による経済活動が制限される可能性がある。This paper attempts to examine the feasibility of a common currency in the ASEAN region, which has been hit by the economic shock of the Corona crisis, based on the characteristics of the euro and other factors. The main conclusion is that it is difficult to conclude that the theory of an optimal currency area can be established and that the economic convergence condition can be satisfied in the region, and that the gradual introduction of a common currency is realistic. A study of Tamakazura as a "substitute (Katashiro)" of Yugao : from the perspective of Hikaru Genji's directive toward the "lighting (kagaribi)"
Full text link『源氏物語』「玉鬘十帖」は亡き夕顔の娘玉鬘を見つけた光源氏が六条院の夏の町で養育するうちに惹かれていく様子と劇的な顛末が描かれる。夜の暗闇で「物の気」に命を奪われ頓死した夕顔は、光源氏に強い印象を残していた。本稿では「篝火」巻で玉鬘を訪ねた光源氏が夜の明かりの暗さに過剰反応し、右京大夫に篝火の明るさを保つことを厳命する場面に着目し、玉鬘が夕顔の「形代」として強く意識されていたことを明らかにする。The Tale of Genji, "Tamakazura part" describes how Hikaru Genji found Tamakazura, the daughter of the deceased Yugao, and became attracted to her in the summer town of Rokujo-In, and how the dramatic turn of events unfolded. Yugao, who died an untimely death in the darkness of the night after being killed by "Mono-no-ke," left a strong impression on Hikaru Genji. This paper focuses on the scene in "Lighting" in overreacts to the darkness of the night light and strictly orders Ukyo-tayu to maintain the brightness. Relationship of Inazō Nitobe's faith and new thought : the problem of the image of Nitobe as a Quaker
Full text link本稿は、新渡戸稲造のクエーカー信仰について、その信仰内容をニューソートとの関連から精査・吟味することで明らかにする。一般的に、「新渡戸＝クエーカー＝キリス ト者」として、様々な新渡戸研究者は、複雑なクエーカー史に踏み込むことなく、単なる辞書的定義で「クエーカー信仰」を捉え、新渡戸について論じることが多い。しかしながら、新渡戸の信仰は、伝統的なクエーカー信仰とは全く異なるものであり、キリスト教を換骨奪胎し、ニューソートといった他の思想と融合・折衷させたものである。This paper examines the characteristics of Inazō Nitobe's Quaker faith by analyzing its teachings in relation to New Thought. In general, researchers of Nitobe tend to discuss him as a Christian Quaker according to the simple dictionary definition of "Quakers," without considering the complicated history of Quakers and their religious diversity. These researchers simply assumed that Nitobeʼs faith could be identified with the faith advocated by George Fox, the founder of the Religious Society of Friends, by ignoring historical changes and likening Fox and Nitobe to each other beyond the gulf of historical time. However, this paper reveals that Nitobe's faith is completely different from the traditional Quaker faith, and that it is rather a kind of fusion of Christianity and other religious ideas such as New Thought.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
The effect of lug and stabilizer on the driving performance of a small two-wheeled lunar rover with eccentric wheels during butterfly motion
Full text link近年，月探査への注目が高まり，低消費電力量で高斜度を登坂可能な小型月面ローバの開発が求められている．本研究では，偏心車輪を有する小型二輪月面ローバLEV-2の走行性能向上を目的として，車輪のラグの有無とスタビライザのトーションばねの回転ばね定数が走行性能に及ぼす影響を明らかにした．ラグの有無，スタビライザの回転ばね定数の大きさの条件を変えて，車輪-地盤間とスタビライザ-地盤間の反力測定試験およびローバの走行試験を行った．結果，急斜面の登坂にはラグなし偏心車輪が有効であり，ローバの走行性能を最大化する最適な回転ばね定数が存在することが示された．また，回転ばね定数は走行時のスタビライザの移動抵抗でなくローバ姿勢に影響を及ぼし，走行性能はローバ姿勢に起因することが示唆された．In recent years, the increasing focus on lunar exploration has accelerated research on small lunar rovers, with a growing demand for rovers capable of climbing steep slopes with low power consumption. This study aims to enhance the driving performance of LEV-2, a small two-wheeled lunar rover equipped with eccentric wheels. Specifically, the effect of the presence or absence of wheel lugs and the rotational spring constant of the stabilizer's torsion spring on the rover's driving performance were investigated. Experiments were conducted to measure the reaction forces of individual wheels rotating on the ground and stabilizers moving on the ground, as well as driving performance tests on the rover under varying conditions of wheel lugs and stabilizer's rotational spring constant. The results demonstrate that non-lugged eccentric wheels are effective for steep slope climbing and that an optimal rotational spring constant exists for maximizing the rover's driving performance. Furthermore, it was suggested that the effect of the stabilizers on the driving performance of the rover is more attributable to its posture than to the ground drag resistance.原著論文departmental bulletin pape

Full text link本稿は、ソーシャルマーケティングの概念的混同や誤用に対処し、その理論的・制度的基盤の再構築を目的とする。歴史的・理論的発展を概観し、「行動変容」と「社会的価値の創出」を軸とする国際的定義と実践原則を紹介。ベンチマーク・クライテリアの有効性を実証的に検証し、市民志向と価値創造を鍵概念と位置付けている。さらに、専門家ネットワークと教育体系の整備を通じ、持続可能な実践科学としての制度化を提言する。This paper aims to address the conceptual confusion and misapplication surrounding social marketing, and to reconstruct its theoretical and institutional foundations. It begins by reviewing the historical and theoretical development of the field, and introduces internationally agreed definitions and principles of practice centered on "behavior change" and "the creation of social value." The paper then empirically examines the effectiveness of benchmark criteria, positioning citizen orientation and value creation as key conceptual pillars.
