Oil palm smallholders and land productivity in Riau Province, Indonesia
Get PDF本研究は、インドネシアのリアウ州におけるアブラヤシ栽培で、企業支援を受ける「プラスマ小農」と支援を受けない「独立小農」を比較分析した。2014年のデータで独立小農は87.9%を占めるが、生産性はプラスマ小農より31%低い。原因は肥料投入量、優良品種採用率(プラスマ85.8%、独立22.9%)、営農指導経験率(プラスマ16.8%、独立3.1%)の差である。独立小農への技術支援強化が生産性向上に寄与する可能性が示唆された。This study conducted a comparative analysis of oil palm cultivation in Riau, Indonesia, between "plasma smallholders" supported by plantation companies and "independent smallholders" who are not. According to 2014 data, independent smallholders account for 87.9% but have 31% lower productivity than plasma smallholders. The causes are differences in fertilizer input, adoption rates of high-quality varieties (plasma 85.8%, independent 22.9%), and farming guidance experience rates (plasma 16.8%, independent 3.1%). Physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling using various pharmacokinetic models to predict the pharmacokinetics of the anti-tumor agent, dacarbazine, in rats
Get PDF基本的なダカルバジンの体内動態の情報を得るため、ラットを用いて薬物動態特性を調べ、薬物動態モデル解析により、体内での挙動をシミュレーションした。ダカルバジンの体内動態は2－コンパートメントモデルに従い、肝臓と腎臓に多く分布した。これらの結果に基づいて、生理学的薬物動態モデルが構築された。その結果、ダカルバジンの濃度-時間プロファイルは、心臓と脳では血漿中とほぼ同じである一方、肝臓と腎臓ではより緩やかに減少した。血漿および検討した組織中では、投与後360分で最高濃度の0.3～0.6％まで減少した。そのため、1日1回の投与では、体内にダカルバジンの蓄積は観察されないと考えられる。Pharmacokinetic characteristics of dacarbazine was examined using rats and the behavior of dacarbazine in the body was stimulated using a pharmacokinetic model analysis method to provide basic pharmacokinetic information. The pharmacokinetics of dacarbazine follows a two-compartment pharmacokinetic model and was highly distributed to the liver and kidney. Based on these results, the physiologically based pharmacokinetic model was constructed. The dacarbazine concentration-time profiles in the heart and brain were almost the same as those in the plasma, whereas the time courses in the liver and kidneys decreased more slowly. The concentrations in the plasma and examined tissues decreased to 0.3–0.6% of the maximum concentrations 360 min after administration. Therefore, no accumulation of dacarbazine was observed in the body at once daily administration.原著論文departmental bulletin pape

Under these circumstances, the knowledge of humanities, which has a holistic view and thinking based on creativity or thinking ability is socially useful. However, there would be challenges in both the AI data science education and the development of mathematical skills as a basic competency for humanities students. In this paper, the current situation that most private universities don't make mathematics exams compulsory for examinees causes the decline in Japanese students' mathematics skills after compulsory education. Get PDF災害対策が縦割りで考えられがちな中，災害は日常社会の全領域に影響を与えるため，平時と災害時の構造を統合的に考えるべきである。特に，多文化共生の文脈では，日本人と外国人が共に災害対策を考える体制が求められる。本稿では，災害を通じて日常を見ることの重要性と，外国人が災害時に直面する5つの壁，それを取り払うための課題について，先行事例，ヒアリング，それを踏まえた実践を通じて整理した。In a context where disaster measures are often considered in isolation, it is crucial to integrate the structures of normalcy and disaster situation, as disasters affect all areas of daily society. Particularly in the context of multicultural coexistence, a system where Japanese and foreign residents collaboratively think about disaster measures is essential. This paper emphasizes the importance of viewing daily life through the lens of disasters and discusses the five barriers foreigners face during disasters. The author narrates and analyzes Kashiwagi's life, from his birth, family, education, ministry, thoughts, and social activities. Kashiwagi resisted Japanese nationalism and militarism during the turbulent times of the Meiji, Taisho, and early Showa periods.
