Perspectives and methods in study of administrative guidance : functional and structural analysis using game theory
Get PDF本稿は、①政策執行過程における行政指導の機能とメカニズムを捉えるための分析視角はどのようなものか、②その分析視角から行政指導を「視る」ための方法論はいかなるものか、という2つの問いに答えることを目的とするものである。この問いに対し、本稿では、5つの分析視角を提示するとともに、ゲーム理論を用いた数理的アプローチを提案した。また、ゲーム理論を用いて政策執行過程を定式化する方法、並びにゲーム理論の基礎概念を確認した。This paper aims to answer two questions: 1) What are the analytical perspectives from which to view the functions and mechanisms of Administrative Guidance in the policy enforcement process, and 2) What is the methodology for analyzing Administrative Guidance. To answer this question, this paper presents five analytical perspectives and proposes a mathematical approach using game theory. A study on performance improvement of a wave source location estimation technique based on received power distribution model
Get PDF受信信号強度を用いた, 受信電力モデルに基づく波源位置推定技術が提案されている. この方式は, 受信電力の空間分布モデルを想定し, 複数の地点において測定した受信信号強度に対して受信電力モデルを最適化することで波源の位置推定を行うものである. この方式では, 対象となる送受のアンテナは無指向性であり, また送受信点間では自由空間伝搬を想定していた. 本稿では, アンテナの指向性と伝搬定数を推定の対象に加え, 波源位置推定性能の向上を図る.A wave source location estimation technique based on the received power model has been proposed. In the technique, a model of the spatial distribution of the received power is assumed and the distribution is optimally fitted to the received signal strength measured at multiple points to estimate the location of the wave source. In this technique, the antenna patterns of the target wave source and the receiver are assumed to be non-directional and the free space propagation is assumed. In this paper, we attempt to improve the performance of the wave source location estimation by considering the directivity of the antennas and the variation of the propagation constant.departmental bulletin pape
