Teacher-efficacy and teacher-identity in student teachers before practical training
Get PDF教職課程を履修した学生が教職に就くと、教育現場での実践経験をとおして教師としての資質能力のさらなる向上を図ることが求められる。若手教員が自らの教員としての資質能力の向上に努め続けるためには教師効力感や教師アイデンティティの向上が重要である。そこで本研究では、大学の学部段階での教師効力感や教師アイデンティティを支援する方法を模索するために、教育現場での実習経験前の学生の教師効力感や教師アイデンティティの変化について検討するとともに、それらと教職志望理由や教職課程科目履修動機との関連性について明らかにすることを主な目的とした。4年制総合大学で教職課程を履修している学生33名（男性17名、女性16名）を対象に、1年次末と2年次末に調査を実施した。その結果、教師効力感やアイデンティティは１年次末から２年次末にかけてあまり変化しなかった。また子ども志向、教職への憧れ、自己成長のような動機づけ的要因が教師効力感やアイデンティティの促進と関連することが示唆された。When a student who has completed a teacher-training course is hired as a teacher, it is required to further improve the qualifications and abilities as a teacher in the practical experience in the field of education. For young teachers to continue striving to improve their qualifications and abilities, it is essential to improve teacher-efficacy and teacher-identity. In this study, to find a way to support the improvement of teacher-efficacy and teacher-identity at the undergraduate level of the university, we examined the changes in teacher-efficacy and teacher-identity of students before practical training. We also examined the relationship between these factors and the motivational factors in a teacher-training course. Participants were 33 students (17 males and 16 females) taking a teacher-training course at a four-year university. A research was conducted at the end of the first and the second year. As a result, teacher-efficacy and teacher-identity did not change much from the first year to the end of the second year. It also became clear that motivational factors such as child orientation, longing for the teaching profession, and self-growth were related to teacher efficacy and identity promotion.論文(Original Research Article)departmental bulletin pape

Diaspora engagement and its implications for development in the homeland : a case study of Vietnam and Vietnamese-American Diaspora
Get PDFベトナム系アメリカ人のディアスポラは、意欲と粘り強さを持って慈善活動を行い、ベトナムの地域社会に前向きな変化をもたらしている。物質的な支援にとどまらず、ベトナム社会の一人ひとりの幸福を向上させるための社会開発を中心とした、低水準から高水準の国境を越えた実践へと発展している。政府主導の支援スキームでディアスポラの資源を活用することは、国土開発へのディアスポラの関与をさらに促進することになるだろう。This dissertation shows that progress toward rapprochement in Vietnamese diaspora-homeland relations occurs through transnational media and the engagement of Vietnamese-American social workers in community development projects in Vietnam. Members of the Vietnamese-American diaspora with motivation and persistence in their philanthropic giving create positive changes in Vietnamese local communities. The engagement of Vietnamese-American diaspora in homeland development evolved from low- to high-level transnational practices, which go beyond material supports and center on social development aiming to improve the wellbeing of every individual in Vietnamese society. Leveraging diaspora resources with a government-led support scheme would further promote diaspora engagement for homeland development.doctoral thesi

Get PDF資本主義はこれまで危機により進化してきた。世界金融危もまたグローバル金融資本主義の時代を終わらせた。今では貿易や国際金融にはかつてほどの重要性はない。アメリカの家計の負債による支出拡大も終わった。しかし、危機後、素早く回復したのは金融とスーパーリッチである。政策においても新自由主義への回帰が見られる。資本主義の進化から考える時、進化が起きなかったことが世界金融危機の最大の特徴の一つである。Capitalism has so far evolved through crises. The global financial crisis also ended the era of global finance capitalism. Trade and international finance are no longer as important as they once were. The debt-financed spending expansion of U.S. households is also over. But it was finance and the super-rich that recovered quickly after the crisis. There has been a return to neoliberalism in policy as well.
