Prediction method for therapeutic response at multiple time points of gene expression profiles
Get PDFバイオマーカーはある特定の疾病や体質に関与する生体内分子のことであり，個別化医療の実現に貢献する．時系列の遺伝子発現プロファイルはバイオマーカーの探索に有用であるが，サンプルサイズに対して遺伝子数が多い，遺伝子間の多重共線性，時系列の複雑さなどの課題があった．本研究では，これらの課題に対応した時系列の遺伝子プロファイルを用いたバイオマーカーの探索手法を提案し，その有効性を示した．Biomarkers contribute to designing the therapy. Time-course gene expression profiles were useful for biomarker discovery. However, biomarker discovery using time-course gene expression profiles suffered from three difficulties, including (1) high dimensional data with small sample size and a large number of genes, (2) multi-collinearity among genes, and (3) complexity of time-course. To solve these problems, expanding elastic net for consistent differentiation (eENCD) and consolidating probabilities of multiple time points (CPMTP) as new biomarker discovery methods using time-course gene expression profiles, were proposed and evaluated.doctoral thesi

Consideration of practical abilities required of future teachers : from the consciousness of in-service teachers and student-teachers
Get PDF変化の激しい社会状況にあって、学校教育の充実こそが、我が国の将来の姿を左右する。そのためには、教育の直接の担い手である教員の資質能力の向上が最も重要だと言える。教員に求められる資質能力や教師像は、時代背景のもと、「不易と流行」の観点から中央教育審議の答申や先行研究の中で論じられてきた。
本研究では、小・中学校に勤務する319人の現職教員と同志社大学において教職課程を履修している学生341人を対象に、これからの教員に求められる資質能力に関して、同一のアンケート調査を実施した。分析の結果、教育者としての使命感、教育に対する情熱や熱意、子どもに対する教育的愛情は、現職教員、学生ともに、教員にとって最も大切な資質能力だと認識していることが分かった。また、大学における教員養成段階では、授業力や教科指導、学級経営、生徒指導などに対して、より計画的・系統的な指導が必要だという示唆が得られた。本研究報告が、今後の教員養成の一助になることを祈念する。As society changes rapidly, improving school education will determine Japan's future. To this end, it is most important to improve the qualities and abilities of teachers, the direct providers of education. Central Council for Education reports and previous studies looking at "immutability and fashion" in a historical context have discussed the qualities and abilities required of teachers and their image.
In this study, I conducted an identical survey on the qualities and abilities required of teachers in the future amongst 319 active elementary and junior high school teachers and 341 teacher training course students at Doshisha University. Result analysis indicated both active teachers and students saw their sense of mission as educators, passion for education, and educational affection toward children as teachers' most important qualities. It also suggests nurturing lecturing ability, subject teaching, class management, student guidance, etc. during the teacher training stage in universities necessitates more systematic instruction. Get PDF本稿では、まず「歴史総合」の科目としての性格と内容構成を確認した。そして、「歴史総合」学習のはじめに位置づけられる大項目「近代化と私たち」の教材例として、神奈川の地域資(史)料をもとに日本における近代工業技術の導入・定着・発展のプロセスを紹介した。具体的には、横須賀製鉄所とその後の横須賀海軍工廠の歩みに関する資(史)料から、1865年以来の一貫した造船工業の歴史を教材として活用できるようにした。
横須賀製鉄所の資(史)料からは、先端技術の一方的導入だけではなく、在来技術との融合や、日本人人材の活用、そして教育などに見るべきものがあったことが分かった。小栗忠順やヴェルニーなど個人の能力や努力も評価すべきだが、組織的な運営があったからこそ、この試みは成功したといえる。さらに注目すべきことは、造船工業の軍事への依存性が明らかになった点である。国家の資本を投入して最先端の技術が導入されても、それが民間の裾野にまでなかなか広がらないという、日本の近代工業の限界を読みとることができた。
今後は、こうした資(史)料を活用した授業実践を行うとともに、さらなる地域教材の開発を行うこととしたい。As of this writing, we have confirmed the characteristics and compositions of "Modern and Contemporary History" to begin with.Then we mentioned the process of the introduction, establishment,and development of current industrial technology in Japan, based on historical sources of Kanagawa, as an example of teaching material for "Modernization and us", which is referred to at the very beginning of "Modern and Contemporary History." In particular, we have made it possible to utilize the historical sources of the continuing shipbuilding industry since 1865 as teaching material.
We have recognized from historical sources of the Yokosuka Ironworks that there is something to be highly evaluated in the simultaneous use of indigenous technology and cutting-edge technology, the use of Japanese people as human resources, and education. It can be said that these endeavors succeeded because of not only the individual skills or efforts of Tadamasa Oguri and Velny, but also the organized approach. It is also noteworthy that the fact that the shipbuilding industry depended on the military was revealed. We understood that even though cutting-edge technology at that time was introduced using the national budget, it never really spread as widely among people as expected, which might have been a limit of modern Japanese industry.
Henceforth, we would like to develop and deepen our understanding of this kind of regional teaching materials to use in classes.実践論文(Practice-Based Article)departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFサムエル記に含まれている「神の箱物語」と呼ばれる物語は、1926年のLeonhard Rost以来、テクストの古層に遡る独立した伝承であると多くの研究者によって考えられてきた。申命記主義的編集者たちの手によって最終的にサムエル記が整えられたとき、そこに埋め込まれた神の箱物語は、それ単独では持ち得なかったような様々な読みの可能性をもたらした。そこには、神の箱物語によっては直接語られてはいない預言者サムエルの立ち位置や将来のイスラエルの王権についての予示も含まれている。本稿の目的は、こうした解釈の可能性について、それが最終編集者たちによるテクストの読み替えによってもたらされたものであるという観点から論じることである。The narrative contained in Samuel, called "The Ark Narrative," has been considered by many scholars, since Leonhard Rost in 1926, to be an independent tradition that goes back to the ancient layers of the text. When the Deuteronomists finally got their hands on the book of Samuel, the ark narrative embedded in it offered a variety of reading possibilities that it could not have had on its own. These include the position of the prophet Samuel and the prediction of the future kingship of Israel, which are not directly mentioned in The Ark Narrative.
