Get PDF本稿は、情報取得の観点から、公立図書館を指定管理者に任せることが自治体の政策形成にどのような影響を及ぼすのかを検討する。最終的に、今日の自治体は地域の実情に沿った政策を形成することが求められているが、現場を指定管理者に任せると、自治体職員は直接業務に従事する機会が減少し、地域の実情に沿った政策を形成するために必要な地域実態情報を取得することがより一層難しくなることを指摘する。This paper examines how entrusting public libraries to designated managers affects policymaking by local governments from the perspective of information acquisition. Modern local governments are required to make policies in line with local actual situation. However, if public libraries are entrusted to designated managers, local government officials will have fewer opportunities to engage directly in their work. Development of ultrasonic vocalizations in ICR mice : acoustic features and syllable patterns
Get PDFマウス幼獣の超音波発声 (ultrasonic vocalizations: USV)は親の養育行動を誘発することから、母親の養育能力を定量的に調査する指標である。本研究では、ICRマウス幼獣におけるUSVの音響特徴の発達を解析し、他系統のUSVと比較検討した。その結果、幼獣が発するUSVは周波数変調 (frequency modulation: FM)の有無などの音響特徴から12パターンに分類することができた。ICRマウス幼獣と他系統のマウス幼獣を比較すると、類似した音響特徴を持つ鳴き声を発することが分かった。また、音声レパートリーも他系統と同様であり、明瞭なFMを含む音声が発声の半分以上を占めた。この結果から、ICR系統は他系統と同様にUSVが発達すること、複数のFMを含むUSVは系統に依らず母親のケアのための重要な鳴き声である可能性が示された。Ultrasonic vocalizations (USV) of mouse pup trigger nurturing behavior of parents and are quantifiable indicator of urge for maternal care. In this study, we analyzed development of acoustic characteristics of USV in ICR mouse pups and compared them to those in other strains. Their USVs were able to classified into 12 patterns based on their acoustic characteristics such as presence of frequency modulation (FM). Pups of ICR mouse produced calls with similar acoustic characteristics compareble to those in other strains. Furthermore, syllable repertoire composition was similar to other strain; syllables with distinct FM accounted for more than half of vocalizations. Our results show that ICR strain share the similar USV developmental patterns with other strina, and that USV with multiple FMs may be an important call for maternal care, regardless of mouse strain.原著論文departmental bulletin pape

HRMにせよPにせよ，組織内の事象であること，そしてその中にある「計画・管理」というプログラムがあることに着目することが肝要である。しかし，果たして「計画・管理」が企業組織内でスムーズに展開されるかどうか。それを下支えするコンテキストもあれば妨げるコンテキストもある。HRM‐Pリンクを考察するには、各国のコンテキストを探ることが重要であることを、新制度学派の議論を援用して論じた。Does the HRM-P(Performance) link exist? The aim of this thesis is to try to seek answers to this question.
It is important to notice that both HRM and P represent events inside organizations, which have "administration and planning" programs. However, can these programs develop smoothly inside organizations? Organizations may have constraining as well as enabling contexts, which must be explored in order to consider the HRM-P link. Get PDF本研究では，重力場および微小重力場の加振及び無加振状態における立方体容器内部の水の対流を考え，一面加熱，対面冷却，側面完全熱伝導を境界条件とし，プラントル数Pr=7.1として，ブシネスク近似を用いて有限差分法による数値解析を行う．本研究では特に，層流定常状態において新たに発見した構造について述べる．この流れ構造は一対となる三叉の上昇流と下降流とで構成される流れ構造である．この構造は，地上重力場無加振定常状態・微小重力場/地上重力場での強制加振状態の三つの場合で安定的に生じる．We numerically investigate thermal convection in a cubic cavity. Thermal convection in a cube is induced heating from one wall and chilling from its opposite wall in the terrestrial-gravity and zerogravity fields with and without a sinusoidal modulation. The gravity and its modulation are parallel to the temperature gradient. An incompressible fluid with Prandtl number Pr = 7.1 (water) is considered and hence the Boussinesq approximation is used. We have reported a new flow structure which consists of a pair of trident currents. This previously-unidentified flow is not so weakly-stable but rather durable, and can be observed not only in a stationary cube under the terrestrial gravity, but also in an oscillating cube under the terrestrial gravity and zero gravity.原著論文departmental bulletin pape
On moral obligation of one-caring : from the perspective of Noddings' care ethics
Get PDFネル・ノディングズのケアの倫理は、道徳性をケアするひとの動機に求めようとする。このような枠組みにたいしては、つぎのような懸念がある。すなわち、ケアの倫理は、行為の結果などのこころの外にある出来事を取り扱えないないように思える、と。本論文は、この懸念に対して、個人的な心情から出発するケアするひとであっても世界の側にある客観的な要素と接触できるし、そうしなければならないという点を証示する。Nel Noddings' ethics of care seeks to find morality in the motives of one-caring. There is the following concern about such a framework. That is, the ethics of care seems unable to deal with external events such as the consequences of actions. Contrary to this concern, this paper demonstrates that one-caring starting from personal sentiments can and should contact objective elements in the external world.
