Influence of supervisor's work style on subordinates : Can a boss's workaholism infect his subordinates?
Get PDF本稿の目的は，部下に対する上司の非能動的影響を明らかにすることにある。調査の結果，500の有効回答が得られた。回収されたデータを重回帰分析した結果，上司のワーク・エンゲイジメントが高くなるほど，部下のワーク・エンゲイジメントも高くなることが明らかになった。同様に，上司の仕事中毒度が高くなるほど，部下の仕事中毒度も高くなることも明らかになった。その後，これらの結果を踏まえて若干の考察を加えた。The purpose of this paper is to identify the inactive influence of supervisors on their subordinates. The survey yielded 500 valid responses. Multiple regression analysis of the collected data revealed that the higher the supervisor's work engagement, the higher the subordinate's work engagement. Similarly, it was found that the higher the workaholism of the supervisor, the higher the workaholism of the subordinate. The influence of servant leadership and the big five personality trait factors on followership behavior
Get PDF本稿の主な目的は，フォロワーシップ行動の先行要因を明らかにすることにある。今回は，特にサーバント・リーダーシップと性格特性因子ビッグファイブに注目した。調査の結果，500の有効回答が得られた。回収されたデータを重回帰分析した結果，サーバント・リーダーシップは受動的忠実型と統合型双方のフォロワーシップ行動に対して，統計的に有意な正の影響を及ぼしていることがわかった。また一方で，非サーバント・リーダーシップは，能動的忠実型フォロワーシップ行動に対して統計的に有意な正の影響を及ぼしていることが明らかになった。その後，ビッグ5による影響力も合わせて若干の考察を加えた。The main purpose of this paper is to identify antecedents of followership behavior. In this study, particular attention was paid to servant leadership and the Big Five personality trait factors. The survey yielded 500 valid responses. Multiple regression analysis of the collected data revealed that servant leadership has a statistically significant positive influence on the followership behavior of both passive loyal and integrative types. On the other hand, non-servant leadership was found to have a statistically significant positive influence on active loyal followership behavior. Get PDF西アジアと中国を結ぶシルクロードを通って、東方に伝わってきたイスラームは、中国において独自の宗教的伝統を生み出した。中国で 1400年ほど発展してきたイスラームにおいて特筆すべきことの一つは、明清時代に起きた、イスラーム言語文化思想と漢言語文化思想の両方に精通するムスリム知識人による、漢文でイスラームを語る思想運動である。これらのムスリム知識人は「回儒(ムスリム儒学者)」と呼ばれている。本論文では、一般的に最初の「回儒」と考えられている王岱輿 おうたいよ を取り上げ、彼の代表作である『正教真詮』(1642年)における思想を読み解く。同書は、イスラーム思想の文脈において避けることができない難解な課題をめぐるものであった。具体的には、予定と自由意志の両立可能の問題、予定と自由意志を水と魚に譬えること、そして善悪論及び悪の帰責問題である。敬虔なイスラーム信仰を持ちながら中国の文化的風土のもとで育った王岱輿が上述の問題をいかに考えていたのかを論じることによって、中国ムスリム学者のイスラーム思想の一側面を明らかにする。The Silk Road connecting West and East Asia brought Islamic civilization to China and thus helped to develop a unique religious tradition in China. The modern Chinese Muslim community has a history of over 1,400 years. In China during the 16th and 17th centuries, a group of Chinese Muslim scholars, called the "Islamic Confucians (回儒)" by modern researchers, initiated a movement to translate Arabic (and Persian) texts into Chinese and, moreover, to write their own works on Islamic thought in their vernacular languages.
In this thesis, I deal with one of these Islamic Confucians, Wang Daiyu (王岱輿), who has been considered the original Islamic Confucian. I will clarify one aspect of the Islamic thought of this group of Chinese Muslim scholars by reviewing his representative book The Real Commentary on the True Teaching (正教真詮). Here, my focus is on his teachings on predestination and free will and his metaphor of their relationship being like that of water and fish. The inchoative V-kak.ar and V-kak.e in late middle and early modern Japanese : their interactions from a perspective of the constructional network
Get PDF複合動詞VカカルとVカケルは自他対応する動詞を含み、共に始動用法をもつ一方、Vカケルのみが100%生産的である。本稿はこの共通性と非対称性がどのように生じたかに注目し、中世から近世のデータを辿り、また複合動詞を３分類する影山(2013)のモデルと通時的構文文法の知見を踏まえて分析した。特に、中世ではまだ両者とも語彙的複合動詞であったこと、また、近世の両者の間にはattractionの関係があり、非対称性が直接には生じてはいなかった可能性を指摘し、これら構文関係の変化をネットワークによってモデル化した。This paper proposes a diachronic construction grammar analysis of the relation between the Japanese inchoative complex predicates, V-kak.ar and V-kak.e. They involving a verb of the transitivity pair, but only the latter, with a transitive verb, is fully productive today. Examining the data between Late Middle Japanese (LMJ) and Early Modern Japanese (EModJ), this paper claims that they both were lexical aspectual verbs in LMJ (Kageyama, 2013), and that V-kak.ar was still more productive in EModJ than today, being in the relation of "attraction" with V-kak.e. Get PDF育成を目指す資質・能力において重なる部分が多いキャリア教育とシティズンシップ教育は、学校教育のなかでどのように行っていけばよいのだろうか。本論では、中学校学習指導要領で示された特別活動と総合的な学習の時間を手がかりとして、キャリア教育のみならずシティズンシップ教育においても重要となる職場体験に焦点を当てて、そのあり方について考察したい。総合的な学習の時間の活動として職場体験を行うとき、単に体験活動を行うだけではなく、職場体験を探究的な学習の過程に位置づけることが必要である。特別活動を要としたキャリア教育は、職場体験を通して集団のなかでよりよく生活する力を身につけることが重要であるが、総合的な学習の時間としての職場体験は、よりよい社会を探究していくことに主眼が置かれたシティズンシップ教育の「経済活動」に変容していくことが求められているのである。本論では、京都府教育委員会が行っている「未来の担い手育成プログラム」事業を通して、職場体験学習の課題を分析し、シティズンシップ教育における「経済活動」を学校で実現するための一つの方策を明らかにした。Career education and citizenship education, which have many overlapping qualities and abilities to be fostered, should be conducted in school education. This paper considers the ideal form of workplace experience essential in career and citizenship education. We used the "Special Activities" and "the Period for Integrated Studies" indicated in the junior high school course of study as clues. When conducting workplace experience as an activity during "the Period for Integrated Studies", it is necessary to position the workplace experience not as a mere experiential activity but as an exploratory learning process. In career education as a "Special Activity", it is essential to acquire the ability to live better in a group through workplace experience. On the other hand, workplace experience as "the Period for Integrated Studies" is required to transform into the "economic activity" of citizenship education, which focuses on exploring a better society. In this paper, we analyzed the issues of workplace experience learning through the "Program for Students Who Will Inherit the Future" conducted by Kyoto Prefectural Board of Education and clarified one strategy for realizing "economic activity" in citizenship education in schools.論文(Original Research Article)departmental bulletin pape
