Get PDFジンクフィンガータンパク質は，ヒトプロテオーム中に豊富に存在し，様々な機能に関与している．ジンクフィンガータンパク質の生物学的重要性，その機能向上や生物学的応用を目的として，多くの人工ジンクフィンガータンパク質が創製されてきた．ここでは，人工ジンクフィンガータンパク質の再設計と応用に関する先行研究を，我々の実験結果を中心にレビューする．また，人工ジンクフィンガータンパク質の生物学的応用の可能性についても議論する．このレビューは，様々な疾患に対する新しい治療法を提供する可能性のある人工ジンクフィンガータンパク質の分野で研究者に関連情報を提供するものである．Zinc finger proteins are abundant in the human proteome and are involved in various functions. Given the biological importance of zinc finger proteins, many artificial zinc finger proteins have been created to improve their function and biological applications. Here, we review previous studies on the redesign and application of artificial zinc finger proteins, focusing on our experimental results. We also discuss the potential biological applications of artificial zinc finger proteins. This review will provide relevant information to researchers working in or interested in the field of engineered zinc finger proteins, which may provide new therapeutic approaches to various diseases.レビューdepartmental bulletin pape

Get PDF同志社大学文化情報学部蔵「奈良絵源氏物語色紙」は、『源氏物語』の場面を一枚につき一場面ずつ描いた、「捲り」（屏風や襖などに貼ってあった絵を剥がしたもの）の状態の源氏絵、二十四枚である。製作年代は江戸時代中期頃と推察される。本稿は、絵の図柄について、『源氏物語』の巻や場面を特定し、いわゆる源氏絵の系譜の中に位置づけるものである。名だたる絵師が描いた作品でないことは一瞥して明白であるが、江戸期における源氏絵の類型の広がりを知る一助にはなるであろう。『源氏物語』の巻順に従い、今回は、桐壺・空蝉・若紫・末摘花・花宴・賢木・花散里の絵を取り上げる。すなわち、空蝉巻は二枚、その他の巻は各一枚の計八枚である。The Nara-e Tale of Genji Shikishi owned by the Faculty of Culture and Information Science, Doshisha University is a collection of pictures depicting scenes from The Tale of Genji. The pictures pasted on the folding screens and sliding doors have been peeled off. There are twenty-four. It is estimated to have been produced in the middle of the Edo period. The purpose of this paper is to identify scenes from The Tale of Genji and position them in the genealogy of Genji-e. Although these paintings are clearly not the work of a famous painter, they help give an idea of the breadth of Genji paintings in the Edo period. This time, we will take up paintings by Kiritsubo, Utsusemi, Wakamurasaki, Suetsumuhana, Hananoen, Sakaki, and Hanachirusato.
