A Consideration of "Personality" in a Walking tour Program -A Case Study of "Niigata 2km" Walking tour Program
Get PDF.This study aims to elucidate the process through which local residents serving as guides and guests from diverse backgrounds co-create regional value within the 'Niigata 2km'walking tour program. While providing local resources,guides also play the role of users who discover new aspects of their community and deepen their attachment to it through fresh perspectives. Guests, on the other hand, enhance their understanding of the community and heighten their sense of belonging by making new discoveries during the walking tour. This indicates that the walking tour is not merely a form of tourism but a process of' community building' where local residents and participants collaborate to engage with the community and create new value. The concept of Service-Dominant Logic(SDL)is effective in this process. SDL is a theory that emphasizes the co-creation of services with customers. Measuring the Effectiveness of Initiatives in “Sakata” Using Internet Search Data
Get PDF本研究は、新潟市がラムサール条約の湿地自治体認証を受けたことを契機に、「佐潟」におけるPR 活動の効果を定量的に測定することを目的とする。具体的には、ビッグデータ（インターネット検索データおよび人流データ）を用い、訪問者数や検索傾向の変化を分析し、PR 活動の影響を検討した。2020 年～ 2024 年の訪問者数の推移を分析した結果、2021 年に訪問者数が大幅に減少し、その後徐々に回復したものの、コロナ禍以前の水準には至っていない。そこで、2024年に開催された主要イベント（佐潟まつり、白鳥飛来、豪農の館一般公開、朝市等）が人流に及ぼした影響を詳細に分析したところ、イベント開催日・開催時間帯に訪問者数が増加する傾向が確認された。また、検索データの分析では、2023 年に「佐潟」関連の検索数が大幅に増加したが、2024 年には2022 年レベルに戻ったことが示された。これらの結果から、イベントの開催は一定の集客効果を持つが、長期的な影響を検証するためには、さらなるデータ蓄積と分析が必要であることが示唆された。This study aims to quantitatively assess the impact of public relations (PR) activities in"Sakata," following Niigata City's recognition as a Ramsar Wetland City. Specifically, big data,including internet search data and human mobility data, were analyzed to examine changes invisitor numbers and search trends, evaluating the influence of PR activities. An analysis ofvisitor trends from 2020 to 2024 revealed a significant decline in visitor numbers in 2021,followed by a gradual recovery, although not reaching pre-pandemic levels. A detailedexamination of major events held in 2024, such as the Sakata Festival, swan migration, thepublic opening of a historic mansion, and morning markets, indicated a noticeable increase invisitor numbers on event days and during event hours. Additionally, the analysis of searchdata showed that the number of searches related to "Sakata" surged significantly in 2023 butreturned to 2022 levels in 2024. The findings of this study suggest that while events have acertain effect on attracting visitors, further data accumulation and analysis are necessary toevaluate their long-term impact.departmental bulletin pape
A simulation of connexive logic based on PSC and its comparison with some existing systems
Get PDF.This paper is an expanded version of the presentation[9] given at IX Workshop on Connexive Logic in Poland. Connexive logics are hased on two plausible ideas, i.e., the first is, no sentence entails or is entailed by its own negation (called Aristotle's first thesis：-(-A→ A),-(A→-A))and the second is,no statement entails both of something and the negation of this(called Boethius'thesis:(A→ B)→-(A→-B),(A→-B)→-(A→ B)). These two theses are non-theorem of classical logici so connexiveive logics are contra-classical. The term of connexive logic was introduced by McCall [11] and several researchers have worked on the formalization of this logic. Recently, H.Wansing and his collaborator introduced a system of connexive logic, called C [14,15], as a simple variant of Nelson's four-valued constructive logic N4,i.e.,-(A→ B)←→(A→-B) for the definition of connexive external negation.This paper proposed some extension of pair sentential calculus PSC which can simulate the conncxive reasoning by interpreting the connexivc external negation as -(A→B)←→(A0→B1) based on the idea that connexive external negation forces to split each stage number of formulas in different two {O,1} under the insight into two formulas are incompatible each other[4]..departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF.新潟国際情報大学藤田晴啓ゼミナールは、2012年から佐渡市小泊集落の協力を得て、集落世帯の意識調査を実施してきた。2021年及び2022年は小泊集落及び佐渡総合高校にて、若者の流出という課題をテーマにワークショップを開催し、併せて質問票調査を行ってきた。2023年は外国人ボランティアが参加した。2024年は、2023年の結果を踏まえて、実現できる事業案を作成することを課題に、昨年と同様に佐渡市羽茂小泊で佐渡に滞在中の外国人ボランティア3名の参加を得て、佐渡の課題改善に関するワークショップを行った。その報告を行う。.departmental bulletin pape
Japan-China Exchanges from the “Local” and Individual Levels: Focusing on Public Opinion Polls, Niigata Prefecture, and Student “Voices” on “Japan-China Relations” Course
Get PDF近年日中両国の関係は、政治・経済・歴史的問題によって冷え込んだ状態にある。世論調査の結果も、両国関係の影響を大きく受け、双方の国民がネガティブな印象を持つ割合が高くなっている。その一方で、統計調査によれば両国の人的往来は増加傾向にあり、今後交流がさらに盛んになることが予想される。「ローカル」の事例として取り上げた新潟は、戦前から戦後にかけて中国と深いつながりがあり、このような身近な事例から、中国との関係を理解することも、相互理解の一つの方法であると言える。また、『日中関係論』受講生の「声」から分かるのは、自国メディアの影響を受けて中国に対してネガティブな印象を抱いてしまうことを自覚し、であるからこそ、実際のつながりや交流が必要であるとする意見がみられ、ここから一個人として相手国の人々と実際に接するという、個人から始まる交流も、今後の日中交流における一つの形式として重要になると考えられる。In recent years, the relationship between Japan and China has cooled due to political,economic, and historical issues. Opinion polls also strongly reflect this relationship, as a highpercentage of the public in both countries hold negative impressions of the other. However,statistical surveys indicate that exchanges between the people of the two countries areincreasing, and such interactions are expected to become even more active in the future. Thispaper examines Niigata as an example of local-level exchanges. The prefecture has had deepties with China since before World War II, and understanding Japan’s relationship with Chinathrough familiar examples such as this is one way to promote mutual understanding. Theopinions expressed by students in the “Japan-China Relations” course suggest that they areaware of the negative impressions they tend to have of China due to the influence of domesticmedia. For this reason, they believe it is necessary to establish direct connections andexchanges with China. This seems to suggest that interactions starting at the individual levelwill play a significant role in Japan-China exchanges in the future, as they enable people fromboth countries to meet and engage with each other directly.departmental bulletin pape
