Seventh Report on Olympic memorabilia, constituting sports cultural assets, relating to the 1936 11th Berlin Olympic Games
Get PDF著者は1936 年第11 回ベルリンオリンピックに関するコレクションの一部を紹介した。この第七報では、トーチホルダー、陸上役員の青井節郎氏が収集した資料の一部、大江季雄選手の追悼本、ジェシー・オーエンス選手のサイン入りポスターなどについて解説した。青井氏の資料の中には孫基禎選手と一緒に撮った写真と孫氏のサインが書かれた名刺があった。「友情のメダル」で有名な大江選手の追悼本には父親である匡雄氏の署名が記されており、男子棒高跳の表彰式の写真には西田修平選手の配慮で3 位の大江選手が2 位の場所で表彰されている。このオリンピックは、一時的ではあったがアドルフ・ヒトラーのユダヤ人差別を抑制することに大変貢献したと考えられる。The author has presented part of a collection relating to the 11th Berlin Olympic Games in1936. In the seventh report, mainly introduced the torch holder, an official poster signed bythe Japanese men’s swimming team, some of the materials collected by track and field officialSetsuro Aoi, a memorial book for Sueo Oe, and a poster signed Jesse Owens. Among Aoi’smaterials was a photograph of him with Gi-jeong Son and Son’s signature on the back of hisbusiness card. The memorial book for Oe, who is famous for the “Friendship medal”, containsthe signature of his father, Masao, and in the photo of the award ceremony for the men’s polevault, shows Oe came in third, is awarded in the podium of second place thanks to theconsideration of Shuhei Nishida. Get PDFラムサール条約の登録湿地、佐潟（新潟市西区）をフィールドに活動している住民有志の会「佐潟と歩む赤塚の会」は2024 年、開設20 年を迎えた。これまでの活動を振り返るとともに、取り巻く周辺環境が大きく変わった佐潟、赤塚地域について考えた。
その土地に根付く文化、生活は豊かな自然とともに営まれてきた。1 度消失したものを再生、復活させることは自然そのものだけでなく、人と自然のつながりやそこに暮らす人とのつながりを再編、回復させることにもつながる。特定の地域において絶滅しかかっている動植物を「再生、復活」させることは多様な課題が織り込まれている。生態系の復帰可能性は様々なアプローチが大切である。
この度、新潟国際情報大学国際学部の紀要・投稿規定が改定され、学外からの投稿を受け入れていただくことを知った。これを機に水鳥にとって貴重な湿地、佐潟を次世代に継承するために何が必要か、あらためて考えてみたい。In 2024, Sakata to Ayumu Akatsuka no Kai, a volunteer group dedicated to conservation effortsat Sakata—a Ramsar-listed wetland in Nishi Ward, Niigata City—celebrates its 20thanniversary. This milestone offers a chance to reflect on past activities and assess the majorenvironmental changes in the Sakata and Akatsuka regions.
For generations, the culture and livelihoods of this region have been deeply connected to itsrich natural environment. Restoring lost elements involves not only the recovery of natureitself but also the reestablishment of connections between people and their environment, aswell as within the community. Restoring endangered flora and fauna in specific areas involvesmultiple challenges, necessitating diverse approaches to evaluate the feasibility of ecosystemrecovery.
