    Clinical Study of Azithromycin in Treatment of Respiratory Tract Infections in Children

    Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of azithromycin in the treatment of respiratory tract infections in children. Method: This study was select 110 cases of respiratory tract infection in our hospital from April 2013 to December 2014 as the research object. According to the random grouping method, the children were divided into two groups, 55 cases in the control group and 55 cases in the treatment group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was treated with erythromycin 15 to 30 mg/kg per day for 1 week while for the treatment group was treated with Azithromycin 10 mg/kg per day by intravenous drip, and 8 mg/kg per day was administered orally for 4 days. To observe the clinical symptoms, signs, chest X-ray and adverse reactions of two groups before and after treatment. Results: The treatment group cure rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (p < 0.05), cough and fever disappearance time is shorter than that of the control group (p < 0.05), adverse reactions occurred rate of treatment group was lower than that of the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of azithromycin in the treatment of respiratory tract infections in children is reliable, less adverse reactions and it is worthy of promotion

    Case Analysis of Misdiagnosis in Emergency Internal Medicine

    Objective: This paper attempts to determine the clinical factors associated with the diagnosis of stroke in young adults. Method: We registered and examined young patients from the hospital stroke center. Demographic data, past medical history, 3 hours diagnosis time within the time frame, and the outcomes were assessed. We compared the patients with misdiagnosis and those who were correctly diagnosed in order to identify the factors associated with acute stroke. Results: From 2005−2011, 57 patients (16−50 years) were enrolled in the registry. 8 patients (14%; 4 men and 4 women, mean age 38 years) were misdiagnosed. Of these 8 patients, seven were initially discharged from the emergency department. Patients aged less than 35 years old (p = 0.05) and posterior circulation stroke patients (p = 0.006) were more likely to be misdiagnosed. Conclusion: First aid department needs to popularize the awareness of stroke among young adults. Misdiagnosis may cause the patient to lose the best chance of thrombolysis

    Clinical Study of Simple Plasma Exchange in the Treatment of Severe Autoimmune Hepatitis

    Objectives: Plasma Exchange (PE) in the treatment of severe autoimmune hepatitis and the clinical outcome of the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical efficacy and safety of single plasma exchange (PE) in the treatment of autoimmune hepatitis were also evaluated. Method: The PE group of 22 patients was given conventional treatment of combined treatment of patients with simple PE while 21 cases of the control group were treated with comprehensive treatment. The efficacy of PE group and control group were compared within 2 weeks. Results: The clinical symptoms of 22 patients in PE group were significantly improved (p < 0.05); in total bilirubin (TBIL), (AST), (INR), (ALT) where the PE group (17/22) 77.27%, and control group (10/21) 47.62%. The difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Pure plasma exchange (PE) is an effective method for the treatment of severe autoimmune hepatitis (AIH)

    Clinical Study of Toutongning Capsule Combined with Instant Cardio-reliever Pills and Metoprolol in the Treatment of Migraine

    Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Toutongning capsule combined with Instant Cardio-reliever pills, metoprolol in the treatment of migraine. Method: 150 cases of migraine were randomly divided into 3 groups, 50 cases in the treatment group. Using the headache Ning capsule combined with Instant Cardio-reliever pills, metoprolol treatment. The control group A50 cases, metoprolol combined with flunarizine hydrochloride treatment. The control group B50 cases, the application of the town of brain Ning capsule combined with quick acting to save the heart pill treatment, observation and comparison of 3 groups of migraine patients after treatment efficacy and symptom classification comparison. Results: After treatment in January, the effect of migraine in treatment group was significantly higher than that of the two control group (p < 0.05), and the symptom grade of treatment group was significantly improved compared with that of control group (p < 0.01). Conclusion: Headache Ning capsule combined with Instant Cardio-reliever pills, metoprolol in the treatment of migraine has significant curative effect, effective control of headache and to improve the quality of life in patients with migraine, and the safety is high, not prone to side effects, provides a new way to cure the ills of migraine

    Clinical Analysis of 186 Cases of Postpartum Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section

    Objective: In this paper, we analyzed retrospectively 186 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital, and analyzed the characteristics and clinical analysis of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section. Method: Pregnant women were selected from March 2010 to March 2014 in our hospital. The causes of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage were compared with natural labor and cesarean section. Results: In 4622 pregnant women, 2631 cases are cesarean section while 1991 cases are vaginal delivery. There were 268 cases of postpartum hemorrhage, including 82 cases of postpartum vaginal bleeding, 186 cases of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 7.07%, and the rate vaginal birth postpartum hemorrhage was 4.11%, and there was significant difference between them (p < 0.01). Uterine inertia is two kinds of mode of delivery to the main causes of postpartum hemorrhage, followed by rupture of the soft birth canal and placental factors etc. Conclusion: Cesarean section is the cause of postpartum hemorrhage. It was found that pregnant women postpartum hemorrhage should actively take treatment to ensure the safety of pregnant women in perinatal period. Â

    Clinical Observation of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in Patients with Craniocerebral Trauma

    Objective: To review and analyze the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of craniocerebral trauma, and to provide reference for the treatment of craniocerebral trauma. Method: From January 2009 to April 2014, we treated 287 cases of patients with craniocerebral trauma, on the basis of conventional treatment, the use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and assessment for therapeutic effect. Results: After hyperbaric oxygen therapy, patients with GCS score and GOS levels were significantly improved, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05); effect of the treatment of patients with 2−3 courses of treatment was better than patients receive more than 3 courses of treatment (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of craniocerebral trauma can effectively improve patient’s symptoms and signs, there are helpful in the recovery of the body function of patients. Hyperbaric oxygen treatment should be carry out as soon as possible with appropriate extending the duration of treatment, as well as reduce the severe disability, death and sequela

    Pathogenic Bacteria and Drug Sensitivity Analysis of Lower Respiratory Tract Infections in Patients

    Objective: To study drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in lower respiratory tract infection in patients in Respiratory Department of Internal Medicine. Method: On October 2011 to October 2013, there were 112 patients with lower respiratory tract infection in the hospital respiratory medicine ward were reviewed for analysis by collected patient’s infected blood, urine and sputum for laboratory analysis and investigation of drug resistance. Results: In a total of 112 strains of pathogenic bacteria, gram negative bacteria, the number of strains was 68, accounting for 60.7% of all strains. The analysis of gram positive bacteria had the lowest drug resistance to vancomycin, but the resistance to erythromycin and penicillin was the highest, while gram negative bacteria were the lowest, but the drug resistance was high. Conclusion: In Respiratory Department Of Internal Medicine, patients with lower respiratory tract infection, the pathogenic bacteria which is gram negative bacterial infection is more common, to clarify the distribution of the infection of pathogenic bacteria, and the drug resistance to do a good grasp of the lower respiratory tract infection in patients with lower respiratory tract infection in patients with the role of a thing

    Multi-Slice Computer Tomography Dynamic Enhanced Expression and Clinical Significance of Hepatic Perfusion Abnormalities

    Objective: To investigate the imaging features and clinical significance of the dynamic enhanced CT perfusion of the liver. Method: 112 cases of hepatic perfusion disorders were collected, including 22 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma with tumor thrombus, 12 cases of bile duct carcinoma, 16 cases of cholangitis, 31 cases of hemangioma, 10 cases of liver cirrhosis and liver laceration injury in 5 cases, 16 cases of liver abscess, all cases were surgically or clinically confirmed. All cases were performed with three phase enhanced scanning, and the images were loaded into the PACS system. Results: In 26 cases, 76 cases with patchy enhancement around the focus were shown in 10 cases with patchy enhancement. Arterial phase was in 47 cases, 12 cases with high perfusion, and 53 cases with high perfusion. Conclusion: Correct understanding of liver perfusion abnormalities in the diagnosis of lesions and reduce the true extent of the lesion is important

    Dysfunction of the Clinical Effect of Levonorgestrel Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

    Objective: Study clinical curative effect of levonorgestrel treatment on perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Method: Selected 126 outpatient of dysfunctional uterine bleeding which hospitalize from December 2010 to December 2012 at department of gynaecology to undergo levonorgestrel treatment on the 5‒7 days of menstruation. The endometrial thickness, hemoglobin, and the PBAC score of before and 3, 6, and 12 months after placement were observed and recorded. To observation the adverse reactions after levonorgestrel treatment. Results: After treatment, the thickness of the endometrium, the amount of menstruation and the hemoglobin concentration increased in 126 patients. During the treatment, 21 patients experienced mild dizziness and nausea, but did not affect the drug use and efficacy. Conclusion: Effects of levonorgestrel on intrauterine treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding can effectively reduce the amount of menstruation and increase hemoglobin levels. It is economic, simple, less adverse reaction, and widely entrenched in clinical practice

    Study on the Protective Effect of Edaravone on Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion Injury

    Objective: Discussion the role of edaravone as a free radical scavenger in protective effect of thrombolysis in acute myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. Besides compared with the control group and analyze the possible mechanism which is widely used in clinical setting. Method: 80 patients hospitalized within year 2012−2013 with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) were treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy, and were divided into treatment group (n = 41) and control group (n = 39). Edaravone injection 30 mg + 0.9% normal saline solution 100 mL with intravenous drip, BID for 14 days was given to the treatment group before and after thrombolytic treatment. Whereas, control group was treated with intravenous drip of placebo. Both groups were monitored by echocardiography and hemodynamic monitoring, and the myocardium was measured by echocardiography. Coronary artery CT was used to determine the degree of obstruction. Results: Compared with the control group, pain and reperfusion arrhythmia in treatment group was reduced. The area of myocardial wall movement disorder was significantly decreased (p < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. CT result comparing treatment group and control group and show that rate of coronary recanalization increases 1.7 times (p < 0.01), the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: For acute myocardial ischemia injection of edaravone before reperfusion and combine with pharmacological treatment can alleviate myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, effectively scavenge oxygen free radicals and improve the ability of antioxidant. Both improve the thrombolytic treatment and protective effect for acute myocardial ischemia were significant. Hence, edaravone can is a kind of new milestone in the clinical cardiovascular drugs
