    Get PDF
Objective: To explore the fear of recurrence and the belief in prevention of recurrence in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 178 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were included, and quantitative and qualitative research methods were used to explore the fear of recurrence and the belief in prevention of recurrence in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. The quantitative research tool was a self-made fear of coronary heart disease recurrence questionnaire; the qualitative research was guided by the phenomenological method, semi-structured in-depth interviews with 11 elderly patients with coronary heart disease, and the data were collected by recording, and the Colaizzi method was used to analyze the data. Results Elderly patients with coronary heart disease were afraid of recurrence; they knew the etiology of coronary heart disease, but the controllable rate of the cause and effect was extremely low. Conclusion: Due to the belief in fatalism and the lack of control over the etiology of coronary heart disease, elderly patients with coronary heart disease are afraid of recurrence

A Review of Pharmacological Preconditioning for Hepatic Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury

    Get PDF
Hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury (HIRI) is a pathophysiological condition that occurs when the liver's blood supply is interrupted, resulting in organ hypoxia. It commonly happens when blood supply to the liver is reduced during liver resection due to prolonged obstruction of blood flow, shock, trauma, or heart failure. Prolonged hepatic ischemia followed by reperfusion, which occurs following a liver transplant, causes serious harm and contributes to increased morbidity and death. Several HIRI treatments, including pharmacological preconditioning, ischemic preconditioning, and remote ischemic preconditioning, have been proposed based on the further study on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury. Pharmacological preconditioning has demonstrated promising benefits in the prevention of liver injury in experimental models and a few randomised controlled human studies. The current state of pharmacological preconditioning for hepatic ischemia and reperfusion injury is discussed in this study

Objective: To analyze the effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with acetylcysteine in the treatment of patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia. Methods: The subjects selected for this study were patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021, with a total of 56 cases. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method. The control group was treated with acetylcysteine (28 cases), and the experimental group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium on the basis of the control group (28 cases). The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results: There were significant differences in the effective rates of treatment between the two groups, and the experimental group was higher (P<0.05). There were significant differences in pulmonary function indexes between the two groups, among which the experimental group was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: Low molecular weight heparin calcium + acetylcysteine is effective in the treatment of patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia, and this combined treatment method can be promoted

    Get PDF
Coronavirus disease 2019(Covid-19) has made people around the world suffer. And there are many researchers make efforts on deep learning methods based on CT imgaes, but the limitation of  this work is the lackage of the dataset, which is not easy to obtain. In this study, we try to use data augmentation to compensate this weakness. In the first part, we use traditional DenseNet-169, and the result shows that data augmentation can help improve the calculating speed and the accuracy. In the second part, we combine Self-trans and DenseNet-169, and the result shows that when doing data augmentation, many model performance metrics have been improved. In the third part, we use UNet++, which reaches accuracy of 0.8645. Apart from this, we think GAN and CNN may also make difference

Objective: To study the role of positive communication in the social work service. Method: 82 families who were treated and hospitalized in the hospital were studied through dividing them randomly into an observation group and a control group, each with 41 families. Specifically, the control group was provided with routine social work services, while the observation group involved positive communication by volunteers, medical workers and psychological social workers during services. Then, the satisfactions of both groups were compared. Result: Families in the observation group has significantly higher satisfactions in social work services than families in the control group. The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Using positive communication methods in hospital social work services contributes to effectively enhancing patients and their families’ satisfactions of the social work service as well as the hospital

The Strategy of Medical Rescue for Mass Casualty Incidents

    Get PDF
Mass casualty incidents refer to the medical resources required in the rescue of casualties, which obviously exceed existing local medical resources in a relatively short period. In recent years, mass casualty incidents caused by various reasons happen frequently in China, which results in the serious situation of emergency medical rescue. Troops have always been an important force in the rescue of mass casualty accidents. This paper introduces the latest development of the method of triage and its principles of implementation in the on-site rescue of mass casualty incidents in foreign armies. According to National Emergency Plan for Medical and Health Rescue in Public Emergencies, the paper puts forward strategies and skills that should be adopted in the on-site rescue of mass casualty accidents, and analyzes the significance of mass casualty drills at the same time

    Get PDF
Objective: To assess the clinic effect of percutaneous coronary intervention in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods: 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were chosen to be research objects and they were divided into two groups: control group and research group. Patients in control group were only treated by thrombolytic therapy while those in research group were further treated by percutaneous coronary intervention on the basis of this treatment. Result: The efficacy of research group was higher than that in control group. The incidence of adverse events was 4.44%, which is lower than that in control group. Conclusion: We should effectively apply percutaneous coronary intervention in treating acute myocardial infarction so as to improve the cardiac function of the patients. In addition, this treatment is safer and will lower the incidence of heart and renal failure

Some Thoughts on Bioethics Turning to Body Ethics

    Get PDF
Medicine and philosophy are important impetus for the development of bioethics. The development of modern medicine makes bioethics turn to the ethical concern of "body", and the body revival in body philosophy and humanities and social sciences should become an important theoretical support for the ethical thinking of body. Body ethics studies the moral problems of human life from the perspective of the body. With the help of the research results of body philosophy and related disciplines, it can promote the medical science to fully understand the body of disease and the "patient" of human beings, which has important research significance

    Get PDF
Objective: To investigate the effect of improved packing method in the repair of infectious wounds in special parts. Methods: From December 2017 to December 2020, 68cases of infectious wounds in special body parts were treated with improved packing and dressing method (including 28 cases of hip abscess, 16 cases of sacrococcygeal pressure ulcer, 12 cases of buttock pressure ulcer, 8 cases of perineal necrotizing fasciitis and 4 cases of hip pressure ulcer). After active anti infection, abscess incision and drainage, and debridement of necrotic tissue, the wound inflammation subsided, necrotic tissue was removed, and granulation tissue grew. The wound edge was fully dissociated, and the wound was directly closed and sutured or transferred to the adjacent skin flap to repair the wound. The drainage tube was prevented according to the condition of the wound. Meilan marked the area of the basal cavity of the wound, and the packing suture was placed outside the edge of the cavity to fix the wound. Result: Of the 68 patients, 58 had primary wound healing; 8 cases of partial wound dehiscence after removal of packing and bandage were treated with secondary suture combined with improved packing and bandage method; Two patient's wound was uncooperative due to the poor consciousness of the patient. The bandage was completely loose and the wound split again. Conclusion It has the advantages of simple operation, easy nursing and less hospitalization cost
