Get PDFThis article analises how the field of protests of applicants for refuge at the Oranienplatz, in Berlim, from 2012 to 2014, challenged the logic of domopolitic, the “govern of the house” which, in excluding the foreigner, regulate and contain them in a space and present time of waiting, sustains the political belonging of the nation-State. By abandoning the dorms in which they were regulated by the State, traversing the country and occupying a square in the center of the german capital, they rejected the idea of hospitality in favor of a demand for justice. This movement supported itself through the visibility of the political bodies, even if not as a demand for spatial fixation, but of mobility, the possibility of not-being always watched. For that, it was fundamental the relation with the city of Berlin, in a neighborhood with a history of immigration and political agitation.Key-Words: refugees; mobility; BerlinRESUMOO artigo analisa como o campo de protestos de solicitantes de refúgio na Oranienplatz, em Berlim, de 2012 a 2014, desafiou a lógica da domopolítica, o “governo da casa” que, ao excluir o estrangeiro, regulá-lo e contê-lo num espaço e no tempo presente de espera, sustenta o pertencimento político do Estado-nação. Ao abandonarem os alojamentos em que eram regulados pelo Estado, percorrerem o país e ocuparem uma praça no centro da capital alemã, eles rejeitaram a ideia de hospitalidade em favor de uma demanda por justiça. Esse movimento se sustentou pela visibilidade de corpos políticos, porém não como uma demanda de fixação espacial, e sim de mobilidade, da possibilidade de não ser sempre vigiado. Quem tem medo do lobo mau?
Get PDFThis essay intends to reflect, even if on a preliminary way, on the three concepts concerning the theme and experience of the contemporary refuge – hostility, hospitality and welcoming – in the light of a aesthetic perspective, searching to think of ways to enunciate and the plastic strategies used in the exposition “R de Resistencia o la verguenza de ser hombre” (2018), em Madri, as a denouncement to the violent actions perpetrated by the Nacional States against those requesting asylum. Starting from two ponderings: a) how to plasticly give way to a global, constant and unstable phenomenon, having in mind the internal and external political reverberations in the recipient countries?; and b) when and in which measure the pain of another stopped being a concern of the human being?; the intention is to analise the exposition and its aesthetic dimensions.Key-Words: aesthetic; immigration; refugee; art; contemporaryRESUMOEste ensaio se empenha em refletir, ainda que de forma preliminar, sobre três conceitos caros ao tema e à experiência do refúgio contemporâneo – hostilidade, hospitalidade e acolhimento – à luz de uma perspectiva estética, procurando pensar as formas de enunciação e as estratégias plásticas utilizadas na exposição “R de Resistencia o la vergüenza de ser hombre” (2018), em Madri, como denúncia às ações violentas perpetradas pelos Estados Nacionais contra os solicitantes de refúgio. Partindo de dois questionamentos: a) como dar conta plasticamente de um fenômeno global, constante e instável, tendo em vista as reverberações políticas internas e externas nos países receptores?; e b) quando e em que medida a dor do outro deixou de ser uma preocupação do ser humano?; pretende-se analisar a exposição e suas dimensões estéticas.Palavras-chave: estética; imigração; refúgio; arte; contemporâneo

Get PDFUnderstanding the favelas as alternative forms of resistance to the capitalist process of dwelling, our goal with this article is to comprehend and analise in which way this spaces can be seen as context and agent of a collective construction of another city, coexisting and at the same time resisting the hegemonic model of a city. Our analisis is made through the lenses of the insurgent architect and urbanist and that seeks to approach in a deeply critic form how this professional could participate in the struggle for the production and transformation of urban spaces un-hegemonic. In our debate, we work with the favela Indiana, which found itself threatened with removal by the City of Rio de Janeiro. Using this study as an conductive axis of the discussion and following the methodology of B.S. Santos (2007), Latour (2011 [1991]) and Morin (1990), we understand the field as in place where knowledge is produced and put to practice, and in which the distortions of general thinking are reduced.Key-words: favelas; resistance; role of the architectRESUMOEntendendo as favelas como formas alternativas de resistência ao processo de produção capitalista da moradia, nosso objetivo neste artigo é compreender e analisar de que forma estes espaços podem ser vistos como contexto e sujeitos de uma construção coletiva de uma outra cidade, coexistente e ao mesmo tempo resistente ao modelo de cidade hegemônico. Nossa análise é feita a partir da ótica do arquiteto-urbanista insurgente e busca aprofundar de forma crítica como este profissional pode participar das lutas pela produção e transformação de espaços urbanos contra-hegemônicos. Para a nossa discussão trabalhamos com a favela situada Indiana, que se encontrava ameaçada de remoção pelo Município do Rio de Janeiro. Utilizando este estudo como eixo condutor da discussão e seguindo a metodologia de B.S. Santos (2007), Latour (2011[1991]) e Morin (1990), entendemos o campo como local onde se produz e prtica o conhecimento, e onde as distorções das generalidades são reduzidas. Arte-arquitetura no abandono
Get PDFABSTRACTThe present article intends to discuss the language contained in the abandoned architecture and the communicative potential originating from its particular aesthetics. Pondering a look at abandoned construction as an art-architecture, I intend to understand urban space and its architecture as a fragmented panel, a place that contemplates non-hegemonic language, especially in the possibilities of reading and interpreting this environment. The work begins with an introduction, followed by two sections, namely: (i) language and abandoned architecture; (ii) reflections on Berlin, and subsequently the final considerations. When proposing a double bias of the concept of art-architecture, I consider architecture as a sculptural volume decontextualized and in parallel I think architecture as a panel of representations of different visual arts, always with an approach of valuation of the abandoned architectural space.Keywords: Abandonment, art-architecture, aesthetics, subjectivity, cityRESUMOO presente artigo pretende discutir a linguagem contida na arquitetura abandonada e o potencial comunicativo originário de sua particular estética. Ponderando um olhar acerca da construção abandonada enquanto uma arte-arquitetura, pretendo compreender o espaço urbano e sua arquitetura como um painel fragmentado, um lugar que contempla uma linguagem não hegemônica, principalmente nas possibilidades de leitura e interpretação desse ambiente. O trabalho inicia-se com uma introdução, seguida por duas seções, a saber: (i) linguagem e a arquitetura abandonada; (ii) reflexões sobre Berlim, e subsequentemente as considerações finais. Ao propor um duplo viés do conceito arte-arquitetura, considero a arquitetura como um volume escultórico descontextualizado e paralelamente penso a arquitetura enquanto um painel de representações de distintas artes visuais, sempre com uma abordagem de valoração do espaço arquitetônico abandonado.Palavras-chave: Abandono, arte-arquitetura, estética, subjetividade, cidade

RAZÃO, ESPAÇO E IMAGINÁRIO NA FORMAÇÃO DO PROFESSOR DE GEOGRAFIA
Get PDFO objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar a perspectiva bachelardiana fundada na abertura do diálogo acadêmico que abre possibilidades ao futuro professor a um pensamento mais plural e práticas geográficas que possam contemplar o múltiplo e o diversificado, a norma e a vida, o objetivo e o subjetivo. Esclarece que o espaço observado em hibridismo com a poesia e com o imaginário oferece pistas para a ciência geográfica caminhar em coexistência harmônica entre a razão, a emoção, a percepção e a sensibilidade, pensamento e sentimento. Enfatiza, ainda, que a articulação entre diferentes filosofias, superando a vitória da racionalidade unidimensional e da dicotomia conceito e imagem, é de grande relevância para a abertura da possibilidade de construção da noção de espaço pela criança, que ultrapasse sua dimensão métrica, geométrica e simétrica, sem desconsiderá-las. Enfim, falamos na necessidade de coexistência desta dimensão do pensamento humano com formas mais intuitivas e subjetivas, que, também compõem o escopo científico e podem contribuir para formas mais plurais de interpretações geográficas.

Abstract
The objective of this work is to present the Bachelardian perspective based on the opening of the academic dialogue that opens up possibilities for the future teacher to a more pluralistic thinking and geographical practices that can contemplate the multiple and diversified, norm and life, objective and subjective. He clarifies that the space observed in hybridism with poetry and the imaginary offers clues to geographic science to walk in harmonious coexistence between reason, emotion, perception and sensitivity, thought and feeling. It also emphasizes that the articulation between different philosophies, surpassing the victory of unidimensional rationality and the dichotomy concept and image, is of great relevance for the opening of the possibility of constructing the notion of space by the child that surpasses its metrical, geometric and without disregarding them. Finally, we speak of the need for coexistence of this dimension of human thought with more intuitive and subjective forms, which also make up the scientific scope and can contribute to more plural forms of geographical interpretation.

HISTÓRIAS EM QUADRINHOS COMO RECURSO DIDÁTICO-PEDAGÓGICO NO DEBATE DE QUESTÕES AMBIENTAIS EM GEOGRAFIA

A imagem é ferramenta poderosa no contexto da Geografia. O estímulo visual ajuda na compreensão de um processo físico, na leitura da paisagem, e no entendimento da distribuição espacial. Nessa perspectiva, o uso de Histórias em Quadrinhos tem alto valor pedagógico para o ensino da geografia. Esta linguagem aproxima-se ao universo pessoal do aluno; motivando-o através de um tipo de comunicação que lhe é familiar, exercitando sua capacidade criativa e senso crítico. As referências que chegam ao seu sistema cognitivo são ampliadas pela visualidade das Histórias em Quadrinhos. Assim, este artigo debate o uso das HQ’s como recurso didático-pedagógico para desenvolver a leitura do espaço geográfico em sala de aula. Para tanto, é apresentado o caso de poluição da praia de São Conrado, no Rio de Janeiro a partir de uma narrativa visual em HQ’s. Além disso, acredita-se que o uso dos quadrinhos nesse artigo teve à intenção de fortalecer a reflexão crítica do aluno, resgatando a linguagem lúdica e poética como ferramenta de apoio à linguagem cientificista e racional no ensino da Geografia.

Abstract
Image is a powerful tool for Geography. Visual stimulus helps in understanding a physical process, reading the landscape, and understanding the spatial distribution. In this perspective, the use of Comics has high pedagogical value for the teaching of geography. This language approaches the student's personal universe; motivating him through a familiar type of communication, exercising his creative capacity and critical sense. The references that arrive at his cognitive system are amplified by the visuality of the Comic Books. Therefore, this article discusses the use of HQ's as a didactic-pedagogic resource to develop the reading of the geographic space in class. To do so, the case of pollution of São Conrado’s beach, in Rio de Janeiro, is presented in a visual narrative through an HQ. Moreover, the use of comics in this work is intended to strengthen the critical reflection of the student, bringing back the playful and poetic speech as a tool to support the scientific and rational language used when teaching Geography.

A Relação da Educação com a Crise Socioambiental
No full textThe socio-environmental crisis is already a global agenda and now the obsolescence of education systems is widely debated. But these discussions still seem far apart. Problems in the social and environmental spheres originate in the school curriculum, a state monopoly. This multidisciplinary article discusses the problem of national assessment, the format of teaching and how this makes it difficult to achieve integral education - an ethical solution to the crisis.A crise socioambiental já é uma pauta global e a obsolescência dos sistemas de ensino agora é amplamente debatida. Mas essas discussões ainda parecem estar muito distantes uma da outra. Os problemas nas esferas social e ambiental têm origem no currículo escolar, monopólio do Estado. Este artigo multidisciplinar discute o problema da avaliação nacional, do formato do ensino e como isso dificulta a conquista da educação integral-uma solução ética para a crise.

Por que manicômios devem ser combatidos com arte?

This article intends to comprehend the use of artistical practices within psychiatric settings. For this, it uses a literature review and socio-historical reflections about madness and its treatments, based on arguments that can help on the understanding of art as a curative tool. From this perspective, it tries to compare the mental institutions models and analyze the results obtained through them.Este artigo visa compreender a utilização de práticas artísticas como forma de tratamento terapêutico dentro dos ambientes psiquiátricos. Para tal, vale-se de elaboração teórica à luz de contextualização histórica e de argumentos que auxiliam na compreensão da arte como ferramenta curativa. A partir dessa perspectiva, busca-se comparar modelos manicomiais e analisar os resultados obtidos por eles.
