Educação Geográfica, Dilemas e Desafios Contemporâneos
Get PDFCompreender os dilemas e desafios contemporâneos e seus impactos na educação não tem sido tarefa fácil nos últimos anos. Uma série de acontecimentos vêm ocorrendo e indignado os profissionais da educação que acreditam e lutam pela escola pública de qualidade social, bem como por políticas educacionais que garantam o direito de todos à educação escolar, principalmente para classes sociais subalternizadas pelo modo de produção vigente. Alterações na estrutura organizacional com empobrecimento curricular no Ensino Médio, imposição de uma base curricular nacional que pouco dialoga com a diversidade regional e cultural do país, movimentos conservadores que perseguem professores e estabelecem uma verdadeira cruzada moralista e reacionária contra a perspectiva crítica e emancipatória da educação, tudo isso vem transformando o mundo da educação em algo tenso e preocupante. Trazer essas questões para a reflexão e analisar seus efeitos na Educação Geográfica é o objetivo principal desse texto. Para tanto, se inicia com considerações sobre a própria Educação Geográfica, isto é, sobre seu significado, sua trajetória e os dilemas que a afligem desde sempre. Reflexões sobre as políticas de cunho neoliberal e sobre os principais movimentos conservadores também são apresentadas no intuito de se tentar compreender suas origens, formas de atuação e impactos na prática docente de Geografia. O texto finaliza chamando a atenção para a necessidade de reação e enfrentamento dos professores que acreditam na contribuição da educação para a construção de uma sociedade mais justa, mais fraterna e menos desigual a partir de estudos e práticas investigativas que ajudem a compreender o contexto atual e auxiliem no fortalecimento de argumentos.

Abstract
Understanding contemporary dilemmas and challenges and their impact on education has not been an easy task. A series of events has been happening and resenting professionals in the area who believe and fight for public school to have social quality as well as they fight for educational policies which grant the right of all to formal education, in particular to social classes made underling to current production method. Changes in the organizational structure have led to curriculum depletion in high schools, implemented by the National Curricular Base which tells little of the broad regional and cultural diversity in the country, conservative movements which harass teachers and establish a truly moralist, and a reactionary crusade against critical, emancipative perspective towards education into something tense and worrisome. Bringing these issues into reflection and analyzing their effects on Geography Education is the main goal of the text. To do so, it begins with the considerations about Geography Education itself, i.e. its meaning, history and the dilemmas which have always surrounded it. Reflections about policies slanted towards a neoliberal agenda and the main conservative movements are also presented with the intention of understanding its origins, forms of action, and the intention of understanding the impacts on the practical teaching of Geography. The text concludes on drawing attention to the need of reacting and fighting for the actual contribution of education to build a fairer, more fraternal, less unequal society, departing from studies and practices researched which could help understand the current context and strengthening supporting arguments towards this goal.

Its common in these places supply crisis in the affordable dwelling market. Not obstantly, the ones more hardly affected by this crisis are immigrants and refugees. Access to jobs is also another crucial issue for this population, specially those without work permission. This essay aims to reflect on this process and explore the possibilities that local governments could provide for life conditions that are more adequate for habitants that live in this specific situation of exclusion.Key-Words: migrations; public space; work; habitationRESUMOA concentração de atividades financeiras, administrativas, científicas em algumas cidades levou ao acúmulo de oportunidades em locais com características específicas, que se tornaram polo de atração de pessoas do mundo inteiro. É comum a esses locais a crise na oferta de habitação a preços acessíveis. Não raro, os mais duramente atingidos por essa crise são imigrantes e refugiados. Acesso ao trabalho é outra questão fulcral para essas pessoas, especialmente aquelas sem permissão para trabalhar. It happens, in the first place, because this practice of storytelling is indispensable for those who wish to achieve the proper legal protection. Secondly, it is through the narrative that the refugee frequently speaks the unspeakable, tells their personal experience even if it means that they need to deal with a traumatic memory. This narrative, otherwise, is constantly tested, measured, verified in a context in which the borders of truth and lie are blurred. This paper seeks to explore the refugee’s testimonial narrative as a pathway to discuss individual memory and subjectivity.Key-Words: refuge; testimonial narrative; memoryRESUMOA narrativa testemunhal vem galgando um espaço cada vez maior no contexto do refúgio. Isso se dá, em primeiro lugar, porque é contando e recontando sua trajetória às instituições implicadas que o refugiado pode obter o acesso aos instrumentos jurídicos de proteção. Em segundo lugar, é através da narrativa que o refugiado quase sempre cumpre o ímpeto de narrar o inenarrável, de contar o que vivenciou ainda que isso signifique “lidar com a memória traumática” (Prates, 2012, p. 1). Essa narrativa, no entanto, parece ser sempre posta à prova, sempre medida, sempre verificada. GAMIFICAÇÃO DE TESTES PSICOLÓGICOS PARA ALFABETIZAÇÃO E COMPETÊNCIAS ESPACIAIS DE CRIANÇAS PORTADORAS DE AUTISMO E SÍNDROME DE DOWN
Get PDFAssistive technology aids in many different situations. Concerning cognitive disorders, the area of neuro-psychopedagogy lacks of products focused on helping professionals with the treatment. A product that focuses on educational aid is being presented in this article, using psychological tools in order to assist collecting new pieces of information concerning the patient, increasing reading, writing skills as well as self knowledge and promote a better use of the session’s time. The method used was Ergonomizer Intervention with observations of five children’s behavior, which were encompassed in distinctive disorders: Autism Spectrum and Down Syndrome. With this article, it’s expected to promote the use of collaborative design and encourage the search for new treatment solutions.As tecnologias assistivas auxiliam em diversos casos. Considerando as síndromes cognitivas, ainda há uma carência de produtos voltados para estas deficiências que ajudem os profissionais da área de neuropsicopedagogia. Será apresentado neste trabalho um produto voltado para auxílio educacional que utiliza ferramentas psicológicas, a fim de recolher novas informações do paciente, promover o aumento das capacidades de leitura, escrita e autoconhecimento das crianças e estimular o melhor rendimento do tempo de consulta. O método de desenvolvimento utilizado consistiu na Intervenção Ergonomizadora a partir do acompanhamento do tratamento de cinco crianças com síndromes distintas: Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) e Síndrome de Down. CO-CREATION WORKSHOP FOR INTERFACE DESIGN - DESIGNING INNOVATIVE HMI FOR AUTOMATED VEHICLES

Thus, designers must re-think the human-machine interfaces (HMI) for communicating information regularly. Co-creation – the process of joint creation of users and designers – is an approach to product and experience development that can substantially benefit the generation of innovative product proposals. The present paper aims to assess the feasibility of co-creation workshops for the development of proposals for interfaces of Artificial Intelligence derived products through a case study on interfaces for autonomous vehicles. For this purpose, two sessions of co-creation workshops using group brainstorming techniques were conducted with undergraduate and graduate Design students and professors, who are specialists in interaction and information design. The results showed that the interfaces proposed by the designers were communicated information in a wide range of ways, making use of existing technologies to present messages in an innovative manner, meeting autonomous vehicles’ users’ needs.The increasing growth in the development of new technology is changing the way users interact with products.
