    In the resolution of criminal cases involving assault committed by minors during the investigation stage, it is mandatory for investigators to consider diversion for the juvenile suspects. The diversion efforts undertaken by investigators must align with the criteria set forth for diversion. This study aims to understand the implementation of diversion for juvenile suspects involved in assault cases at the investigative level. The research employs an empirical juridical method conducted through interviews. Data sources are derived from legal literature, law journals, and applicable legislation. The data analysis utilizes a qualitative approach. The research findings indicate that diversion efforts are crucial for juvenile suspects, taking into account the criteria specified in Law Number 11 of 2012 on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. Guidelines for implementing diversion for juvenile suspects in assault cases at the investigative level within the Blora Police Resort are outlined in Government Regulation Number 65 of 2015 on the Guidelines for Diversion and Handling of Children Under the Age of 12.     The application of environmental criminal law has become a major focus in efforts to uphold green justice in the contemporary era. Challenges in the application of environmental criminal law involve widespread dynamics, encompassing a complexity of legal, sociological, and ecological aspects. Ecological Law Theory as a theoretical paradigm that dominates environmental law studies, highlights the central role of criminal law in maintaining ecological integrity and creating green justice. Therefore, this article aims to examine the concrete challenges faced in the implementation of environmental criminal law, considering the existing legal framework, the availability of resources, and the various social factors that influence the implementation of the law. In addition, this article also explores law enforcement and environmental restoration in relation to the realization of the right to the environment. This research adopts a normative juridical methodological approach that involves several analytical techniques, including comparative, conceptual, and statutory approaches. The main source of information used in this research is secondary data. By discussing these issues, this article is expected to provide readers with in-depth insight into the complexity and urgency of upholding green justice through the application of environmental criminal law

    The amount of electrical energy needed each year is increasing, while the source of electrical energy is decreasing each year. So that alternative resources are needed, namely renewable energy, to help meet the current need for electrical energy. One of the renewable energies that is currently widely used is the water turbine. In this study, the air turbine will be studied with the aim of determining the efficiency and power of the turbine with variations in the number of blades (10, 14 and 18), variations in the blade angle of 10⁰, 15⁰, 20⁰, 25⁰, 30⁰, 35⁰, 40⁰, 45⁰, and using various types of axial turbines. The study produced the highest efficiency value of 99.94% in the Francis type turbine with 10 blades and an angle of 20⁰. And the highest power value of 63.77 Watts is found in the Kaplan turbine with 18 blades and an angle of 10⁰

    PENGARUH DOSIS PUPUK NPK DAN POC URINE KELINCI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN JAGUNG MANIS (Zea mays saccharata L.)

    ABSTRAKJagung manis banyak digemari sebab mempunyai rasa lebih manis, beraroma lebih harum dan bergizi lebih tinggi. Pemupukan yang dilakukan petani selama ini terlalu banyak menggunakan pupuk anorganik yang tidak sesuai dosis. Metode ini tidak efektif dan mengganggu keseimbangan sifat-sifat tanah sehingga menurunkan produktivitas tanaman dan menghasilkan residu yang berbahaya bagi ekosistem. Untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada pupuk anorganik perlu pengaplikasian pupuk organik. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis pupuk NPK (N) dengan taraf 5 g/tanaman, 10 g/tanaman dan 15 g/tanaman. Faktor kedua yaitu dosis POC urin kelinci dengan taraf yaitu 150 ml/tanaman, 225 ml/tanaman dan 300 ml/tanaman. Kontrol dibuat dengan pemberian pupuk NPK 100% tanpa POC urin kelinci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasa tidak terdapat interaksi antara kombinasi perlakuan dosis pupuk NPK dengan POC urin kelinci terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. Masing-masing perlakuan dosis pupuk NPK 15 g/tanaman maupun faktor tunggal pada perlakuan dosis POC urin kelinci 300 ml/tanaman pada tanaman jagung manis memberikan hasil tertinggi pada parameter jumlah daun, panjang tanaman, diameter batang, bobot tongkol tanpa kelobot dan diameter tongkol. Tetapi semua perlakuan tersebut belum dapat menyamai hasil yang diperoleh perlakuan kontrol dosis pupuk NPK 20 g/tanaman (dosis anjuran 100%).  ABSTRACTSweet corn is popular because it has a sweeter taste, has a more fragrant aroma and more nutritious. Fertilization carried out by farmers so far uses too much inorganic fertilizer which is not in the appropriate dosage. This method is ineffective and disrupts the balance of soil properties, thereby reducing plant productivity and producing residues that are harmful to the ecosystem. To reduce dependence on inorganic fertilizers, it is necessary to apply organic fertilizers. The research used a factorial randomized block design (RAK). The first factor was the dose of NPK (N) fertilizer with levels of 5 g/plant, 10 g/plant and 15 g/plant. The second factor was the dose of rabbit urine POC with levels namely 150 ml/plant, 225 ml/plant and 300 ml/plant. Controls were made by recommended 100% NPK fertilizer without rabbit urine POC. The results of the study showed that there was no interaction between the combination of treatment doses of NPK fertilizer and rabbit urine POC on all observed parameters. Each treatment with an NPK fertilizer dose of 15 g/plant and the single factor treatment with a rabbit urine POC dose of 300 ml/plant on sweet corn plants gave the highest results in the parameters of number of leaves, plant length, stem diameter, cob weight without husk and cob diameter. However, all these treatments were not able to match the results obtained by the control treatment with an NPK fertilizer dose of 20 g/plant (100% recommended dose).Â

    Labor Rights: Legal Protection and Social Justice Aspects in Indonesia

    Legal protection for workers is a key aspect of ensuring that workers' rights are protected and social justice is achieved in the employment relationship. Basic labor rights, such as the right to decent work and equal pay, freedom of association, safety and health protection, and the right to legal protection, must be guaranteed and enforced by the legal system. This study discusses the importance of labor legal protection in Indonesian labor law. Article 27(2) and Article 28D(1) and (2) of the 1945 Constitution list the basic rights of workers as part of human rights principles that must be respected and safeguarded. However, there are challenges in realizing effective protection for workers, especially in the informal sector. For this reason, there is a need for efforts to raise awareness among workers about their rights, strict law enforcement against violations, and improved regulations and procedures to ensure that labor rights are fairly respected and protected. In this way, the legal protection of labor can contribute to the achievement of social justice towards employment relations and the welfare of workers more broadly

    Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang verifikasi arah kiblat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di masjid-masjid di bawah bimbingan Markaz Dakwah wa Khidmatul Mujtama. Para peserta pelatihan diberikan pemahaman melalui pelatihan mengenai metode pengukuran arah kiblat, alat yang digunakan dalam pengukuhan melalui media digital dan tradisional. Materi pelatihan menggunakan metode kuliah dan presentasi. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menyampaikan kepada peserta layanan tentang urgensi memverifikasi arah kiblat. Salah satu yang menjadi sasaran atau fokus masalah yang diusahakan untuk diselesaikan bersama adalah memverifikasi arah kiblat secara tepat. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan dengan menggunakan dua metode, yaitu metode tradisional dengan menggunakan kompas militer dan metode digital dengan menggunakan media Google Earth dan Excel, yang dilengkapi dengan perhitungan arah kiblat azimuth. Hasilnya adalah arah kiblat yang terverifikasi dan akurat, sehingga jamaah Muslim dapat melakukan ibadah tanpa khawatir akan arah kiblat.     Trademark registration is currently registered through the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) website. During the registration process, trademarks are carefully checked to ensure that the trademark registration does not violate Indonesian trademark regulations (in this case, Republic of Indonesia Act No. 20 of 2016). Even though there are already rules that cover regulations regarding brands, there are still the brand is registered at Pangkalan DJKI which violates the brand regulations. In this case, the Gudang Baru brand which is similar to the Gudang Garam brand can be registered at Pangkalan DJKI. The point of this investigate is to look at the legitimate assurance is for well-known brands, particularly in case Number 4/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Merek/2021/PN Niaga Sby.     PENGARUH INTEGRASI BIOSLURRY DAN NITROGEN ANORGANIK PADA PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN PAKCHOY (Brassica rapa L)

    ABSTRAKPakchoy adalah sayuran yang banyak ditanam petani karena banyak diminati masyarakat dan memiliki nilai gizi tinggi. Pemupukan merupakan suatu upaya menambah kandungan hara dalam tanah dan selanjutnya meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman. Bioslurry yang berasal dari limbah biogas mengandung unsur hara yang dibutuhkan tanaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menentukan kombinasi terbaik dari bioslurry dan nitrogen anorganik pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakchoy (Brassica rapa L.). Penelitian dilakukan di kebun percobaan Unisba Blitar pada bulan April-Mei 2024. Ketinggian tempat penelitian 300 m dpl dengan suhu harian 30°C. Bioslurry yang digunakan berasal dari limbah cair dan padat biogas yang bahan dasarnya kotoran sapi perah. Starter menggunakan urea dengan kadar 46% N. Bioslurry dan urea diinkubasi selama satu bulan sebelum diaplikasikan pada media tanam. Tanaman indikator adalah pakchoy Varietas Green Rapid yang sebelumnya benihnya disemai selama satu bulan dan dipindah tanam pada media yang telah diaplikasikan dengan booster. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah dosis bioslurry padat, terdiri dari S0:   tanpa pemberian; S1: pemberian bioslurry padat 64 gram/polybag; S2:  pemberian bioslurry padat 128 gram/polybag. Faktor kedua adalah dosis urea yang terdiri dari E0: tanpa pemberian; E1: pemberian urea 1.6 gram/polibag dan E2: pemberian pupuk urea 3.2 gram/polibag. Perlakuan terbaik adalah perlakuan S2E2 yaitu bioslurry 128 gram/polybag dan urea 3.2 gram/polibag. Interaksi perlakuan ini memberikan jumlah daun, luas daun dan bobot daun/tanaman pakchoy yang paling besar dibanding perlakuan lainnya, yaitu berturut-turut 15.96 helai, 95.65 cm2 dan 1326.56 mg/tanaman. ABSTRACTPakchoy is a vegetable that many farmers grow because it is in great demand by the public and has high nutritional value. Fertilization is an effort to increase the nutrient content in the soil and subsequently increase plant productivity. Bioslurry which comes from biogas waste contains nutrients that plants need. The aim of this research is to determine the best combination of bioslurry and inorganic nitrogen on the growth and yield of pakchoy (Brassica rapa L.). The research was carried out at the Unisba Blitar experimental garden in April-May 2024. The height of the research site was 300 m above sea level with a daily temperature of 30°C. The bioslurry used comes from liquid and solid biogas waste whose basic ingredients are dairy cow dung. The starter uses urea with a content of 46% N. Bioslurry and urea are incubated for one month before being applied to the planting medium. The indicator plant is the Green Rapid variety pakchoy whose seeds were previously sown for one month and transplanted into media that had been applied with a booster. The research used a factorial randomized block design (RAK). The first factor is the dose of solid bioslurry, consisting of S0: no administration; S1: giving solid bioslurry 64 grams/polybag; S2: giving solid bioslurry 128 grams/polybag. The second factor is the urea dose consisting of E0: no administration; E1: giving 1.6 grams of urea/polybag and E2: giving 3.2 grams of urea fertilizer/polybag. The best treatment is the S2E2 treatment, namely 128 gram/polybag bioslurry integrated with 3.2 gram/polybag urea. This treatment interaction gave the largest number of leaves, leaf area and leaf/plant weight of pakchoy compared to other treatments, namely 15.96 pieces, 95.65 cm2 and 1326.56 mg/plant respectively.Â
