PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN GULA SINGKONG CAIR DAN ASAM MALAT TERHADAP SIFAT FISIK DAN KIMIA SARI APEL “ESEMKAâ€
Sari apel adalah hasil dari pemerasan atau pengestrakan buah apel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbandingan penambahan konsentarsi gula singkong cair sebagai pengganti gula kristal dan pengaruh penambahan asam malat. Penelitian ini disusun dalam satu tahap penelitian, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu faktor I adalah konsentrasi gula singkong (5%, 7,5%, 10%) dan faktor II yaitu konsentrasi asam malat 0,05% dan 0,1 %. Hasil pengujian pH sari buah apel berkisar antara 3.53 – 4.20, Total Padatan Terlarut (TPT) antara 3.8 – 8.0 obrix,  vitamin C antara 0.1 – 0.3 mg/100 g, gula reduksi antara 0.51 – 1.12 %. Perlakuan penambahan asam malat memberikan pengaruh nyata pada pH dan gula reduksi. Sedangkan perlakuan penambahan gula singkong cair memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata pada gula reduksi. Hasil perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan penambahan gula singkong cair sebanyak 10% dan penambahan asam malat dengan konsentrasi 0.05 %,  dengan nilai total padatan terlarut (TPT) 6,63 oBrix, gula pereduksi dengan nilai 1,11 %Â
POTENSI BAHAN ORGANIK DAN PUPUK NPK DI TANAH BERKAPUR TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN KAILAN (Brassica oleracea var. alboglabra)
ABSTRAKTanah berkapur memiliki kadar unsur hara yang rendah, sehingga diperlukan amandemen tanah untuk produksi tanaman sayuran. Percobaan ini bertujuan-mendapatkan kombinasi bahan organik dan dosis pupuk NPK optimal untuk produksi kailan di tanah berkapur. Percobaan dilaksanakan dengan rancangan acak kelompok faktorial. Faktor 1 adalah macam bahan organik yaitu: tanah berkapur saja (B0); arang sekam (B1); pupuk kandang sapi (B2); kompos (B3); cocopeat (B4); dan serbuk gergaji (B5). Faktor 2 adalah persentase pupuk NPK dari dosis anjuran yaitu NPK 25% (N1); NPK 50% (N2); NPK 75% (N3); NPK 100% (N4). Data pengamatan dianalisa ragam dan dilakukan uji beda nyata terkecil (BNT) taraf 5% jika terdapat pengaruh nyata perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kailan yang ditanam pada media tanah berkapur yang dicampur bahan pupuk kandang sapi dan kompos yang dikombinasikan dengan pupuk NPK dosis 50%, 75% atau 100% serta perlakuan tanpa bahan organik tetapi diberi pupuk NPK 75% atau 100% menghasilkan bobot segar tanaman kailan yang sama beratnya. ABSTRACTCalcareous soil has low nutrient levels, so soil amendments are needed for vegetable crop production. This experiment aims to obtain the optimal combination of organic materials and NPK fertilizer percentage for kailan production in calcareous soil. The experiment was carried out with a factorial randomized block design. Factor 1 is the type of organic material, namely: calcareous soil only (B0); husk charcoal (B1); cow manure (B2); compost (B3); cocopeat (B4); and sawdust (B5). Factor 2 is the percentage of NPK fertilizer from the recommended dose, namely NPK 25% (N1); NPK 50% (N2); NPK 75% (N3); NPK 100% (N4). The observation data was analyzed for variance and a least significant difference test (BNT) at the 5% level was carried out if there was a real effect of treatment. The results of the research showed that Kailan planted in calcareous soil mixed with cow manure and compost combined with NPK fertilizer at a dose of 50%, 75% or 100% and treated without organic material but given 75% or 100% NPK fertilizer produced fresh weight. kailan plants of the same weight.Â
IDENTIFIKASI METABOLIT SEKUNDER PADA TANAMAN ROSEMARI (Rosmarinus officinalis) DI DESA DOLAT RAYAT, KABUPATEN KARO, SUMATERA UTARA MENGGUNAKAN METODE GC-MS
ABSTRAKTanaman rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) digunakan oleh masyarakat lokal Desa Rolat Rayat Kabupaten Karo, Sumatera Utara untuk pengobatan tradisional, seperti mengatasi gangguan pencernaan, nyeri otot, dan infeksi kulit. Di alam rosemary memiliki kemampuan yang menonjol dalam bertahan dari serangan hama. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa senyawa metabolit sekunder yang terdapat pada daun dan akar tanaman rosemary yang diperoleh dari Desa Dolat Rayat, Sumatera Utara. Analisa senyawa metabolit sekunder dilaksanakan secara kualitatif dan menggunakan Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). Ekstrakrosemary diperoleh melalui maserasi, di mana sampel daun dan akar masing-masing direndam dalam pelarut etanol 96% selama 3 x 24 jam pada suhu kamar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daun rosemary mengandung flavonoid, tanin, dan alkaloid, sementara akarnya mengandung flavonoid, terpenoid, tanin, dan alkaloid. Analisa GC-MS mengidentifikasi senyawa terpenoid utama seperti 9-tetradecen-1-ol dan dodecanal pada kedua bagian tanaman, serta senyawa tambahan 3-cyclohexene-1-acetaldehyde dan cyclohexene,1-methyl-4-(1-m) pada akar. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting mengenai potensi farmakologis rosemary yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pengembangan produk herbal, obat-obatan dan mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan. ABSTRACTThe rosemary plant (Rosmarinus officinalis) is used by the local community of Rolat Rayat Village, Karo Regency, North Sumatra for traditional medicine, such as treating digestive disorders, muscle pain and skin infections. In nature, rosemary has a prominent ability to defend against pest attacks. The research aims to identify and analyze secondary metabolite compounds found in the leaves and roots of rosemary plants obtained from Dolat Rayat Village, North Sumatra. Analysis of secondary metabolite compounds was carried out qualitatively and used Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). Extract of rosemary was obtained through maceration, where each leaf and root sample was soaked in 96% ethanol solvent for 3 x 24 hours at room temperature. Research results showed that rosemary leaves contain flavonoids, tannins and alkaloids, while the roots contain flavonoids, terpenoids, tannins and alkaloids. GC-MS analysis identified the main terpenoid compounds such as 9-tetradecen-1-ol and dodecanal in both plant parts, as well as additional compounds 3-cyclohexene-1-acetaldehyde and cyclohexene,1-methyl-4-(1-m) in the roots. This research provided important insights into the pharmacological potential of rosemary which can be utilized for the development of herbal products, medicines and supporting sustainable agriculture.Â
INTENSITAS SERANGAN HAMA ULAT KANTUNG (Metisa plana) TERHADAP TANAMAN KELAPA SAWIT DI KECAMATAN LANGSA BARO KOTA LANGSA
ABSTRAKIndonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki potensi dan sentra penanaman tanaman kelapa sawit. Hama ulat kantung (Metisa plana) merupakan salah satu ulat pemakan daun kelapa sawit yang merugikan secara ekonomi karena dapat mengakibatkan defoliasi 10-13%. Hal ini dapat menurunkan hasil kelapa sawit sekitar 33-40%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui intensitas serangan hama ulat kantung terhadap tanaman kelapa sawit di perkebunan PT Timbang Langsa Kecamatan Langsa Baro Kota Langsa, dengan ketinggian ±10 m dpl. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2023. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada blok 46 terjadi intensitas serangan hama ulat kantung terbesar yaitu 55% pada luasan 2.7 ha dan tingkat serangan ulat kantung terbanyak yaitu 49 tanaman dengan kategori berat (> 5 ulat/pelepah).  ABSTRACTIndonesia is one of the countries that has the potential and center for oil palm plantations. The bagworm pest (Metisa plana) is one of the caterpillars that eat oil palm leaves that are economically detrimental because it can cause defoliation of 10-13%. This can reduce oil palm yields by around 33-40%. This study aimed to determine the intensity of bagworm pest attacks on oil palm plants on the PT Timbang Langsa plantation, Langsa Baro District, Langsa City, with an altitude of ±10 m above sea level. The study was conducted in July-August 2023. The research method used a descriptive method with purposive sampling. The results showed that in block 46 there was the largest bagworm pest attack intensity, namely 55% in an area of 2.7 ha and the highest level of bagworm attack, namely 49 plants with a heavy category (> 5 caterpillars/stem)
EFEK REMEDIASI TANAH DENGAN TANAMAN HIPERAKUMULATOR HANJUANG TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN PADI FASE VEGETATIF DI TANAH YANG TERCEMAR TIMBAL
ABSTRAK Limbah pabrik berpotensi mencemari lingkungan. Adanya logam berat dalam tanah dapat diserap oleh tanaman yang dapat berdampak negatif bagi lingkungan dan makhluk hidup. Remediasi lahan perlu dilakukan, di antaranya menggunakan tanaman hiperakumulator hanjuang. Penelitian bertujuan mempelajari pengaruh remediasi lahan dengan tanaman hanjuang terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman padi fase vegetatif. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Maret-Agustus 2024 di Dusun Gampingan, Kecamatan Pagak, Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok dengan delapan perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari: tanpa hiperakumulator tanpa bahan organik (HB1); tanpa hiperakumulator + pupuk kandang ayam (HB2); tanpa hiperakumulator + pupuk hijau Thitonia diversifolia (HB3); tanpa hiperakumulator + pupuk kompos blotong tebu (HB4); tanaman hanjuang + tanpa bahan organik (HB5); tanaman hanjuang + pupuk kandang ayam (HB6); tanaman hanjuang + Thitonia diversifolia (HB7): tanaman hanjuang + blotong tebu (HB8). Data dianalisa menggunakan anova taraf 5% dan apabila terdapat pengaruh nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji beda nyata terkecil taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan penanaman hiperakumulator hanjuang dan pemberian berbagai jenis bahan organik berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan padi fase vegetatif yang meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan dan total klorofil. Pada 56 HST perlakuan HB6 (hiperakumulator hanjuang + pupuk kandang ayam) memberikan jumlah anakan padi yang paling banyak (19.00) dibanding tanpa penanaman hiperakumulator hanjuang (14.33-14.50). Pada 30 HST perlakuan HB6 (24.02 mg/l) juga memiliki total klorofil yang paling banyak (32.71 mg/l) dibanding semua perlakuan lainnya (19.70-26.03). Semua perlakuan tidak mempengaruhi pH tanah.  ABSTRACTFactory waste has the potential to pollute the environment. The presence of heavy metals in the soil can be absorbed by plants that can have a negative impact on the environment and living creatures. Land remediation needs to be carried out, including using hanjuang hyperaccumulator plants. The research aims to study the effect of land remediation with hanjuang plants on the growth of rice plants in the vegetative phase. The research was conducted in March-August 2024 in Gampingan Hamlet, Pagak District, Malang Regency. The study used a randomized block design with eight treatments and three replications. Treatment consisted of: no hyperaccumulator without organic material (HB1); without hyperaccumulator + chicken manure (HB2); without hyperaccumulator + Thitonia diversifolia green manure (HB3); without hyperaccumulator + sugarcane filter cake compost (HB4); hanjuang plants + without organic matter (HB5); hanjuang plants + chicken manure (HB6); hanjuang plant + Thitonia diversifolia (HB7): hanjuang plant + sugar cane filter cake (HB8). Data were analyzed using anova at 5% level and if there was a real effect, it was continued with the least significant difference test at 5% level. The results of the research showed that the hanjuang hyperaccumulator planting treatment and the provision of various types of organic materials had a significant effect on rice growth in the vegetative phase which included plant height, number of tillers and total chlorophyll. At 56 HST the HB6 treatment (hanjuang hyperaccumulator + chicken manure) gave the highest number of rice tillers (19.00) compared to without hanjuang hyperaccumulator planting (14.33-14.50). At 30 HST the HB6 treatment (24.02 mg/l) also had the highest total chlorophyll (32.71 mg/l) compared to all other treatments (19.70-26.03). All treatments did not affect soil pH

Like a double-edged sword, P2P lending fintech is not exempt from its own shortcomings, ranging from high interest rates, fraud, alleged misuse of personal data, predatory lending, and a lack of financial literacy among prospective customers. Considering this urgency, this research employs a normative legal research methodology, utilizing legislative, conceptual, and comparative approaches. Furthermore, secondary data collected through library research serves as the primary reference. The entirety of the data is analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. This study also examines the perspective of POJK No. 10/POJK.05/2022 and compares it with the concept of smart regulation introduced by Neil Gunningham and Darren Sinclair. The findings of this research illustrate how the smart regulatory concept impacts the innovation of P2P lending fintech in boosting the performance of SMEs as a critical driver of the Indonesian economy. The use of the smart regulatory approach represents a responsive strategy to the innovation of P2P lending fintech as a digital financing solution for SMEs. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kewenangan pemerintah dalam penghentian pengrusakan hutan akibat pembukaan jalan di dalam kawasan hutan lindung Sa’dan Ulusalu Kabupaten Toraja Utara.dan untuk menganalisis impliksasi hukum terhadap pengrusakan hutan akibat pembukaan jalan di dalam kawasan hutan lindung Sa’dan Ulusalu Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian empiris, lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Makassar pada Kantor Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kewenangan pemerintah dalam pembukaan jalan di dalam kawasan Hutan Lindung Sa’dan Ulusalu Kabupaten Toraja Utara dalam hal ini Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Toraja terhadap pembukaan jalan di dalam kawasan hutan lindung Sa’dan Ulusalu Kabupaten Toraja Utara pada dasarnya tidak mempunyai kewenangan. Karena menyangkut pemanfaatan atas hutan lindung harus mempunyai izin terlebih dahulu dari Pemerintah Pusat melalui Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia, dimana kewenangannya ada pada Kantor Dinas Lingkungan Hidup. Dan Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Dan Implikasi hukum terhadap pembukaan jalan di dalam kawasan Hutan Lindung Sa’dan Ulusalu Kabupaten Toraja Utara adalah adanya sanksi yang dikeluarkan oleh Kantor Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Dan Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan berupa sanksi administratif berupa teguran. Dengan adanya sanksi dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Dan Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan menandatakan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Toraja Utara telah melanggar peraturan perundang-undangan saat melakukan pembukaan jalan di dalam kawasan Hutan Lindung Sa’dan Ulusalu.This research aims to analyze the government's authority to stop forest destruction due to road opening in the Sa'dan Ulusalu protected forest area, North Toraja Regency. Lost or Discarded Fishing Gear Pada Diversitas Penyu di Laut Indonesia
The impact of Abandoned, Lost or Discarded Fishing Gear (ALDFG) on the population and diversity of turtles in Indonesia is very significant. The turtle population has experienced a drastic decline in the last few decades, and ALDFG is one of the main causes of this decline, along with habitat loss, poaching, and climate change that occur in Indonesian waters. This study aims to analyze some of the problems that are the questions, namely why Abandoned, Lost or Discarded Fishing Gear (ALDFG) can be a threat to the Biodiversity of Turtles in Indonesia and how efforts can be made to overcome the unknown threats due to Abandoned, Lost or Discarded Fishing Gear (ALDFG). Through the method of legal document analysis by considering several Regulations in Indonesia related to Environmental Law with the statutory approach and conceptual approach methods that provide perspectives and solutions to problems in legal analysis based on views and doctrines in legal science. The results show that there is a need for protection efforts to prevent the occurrence of things that we cannot predict, namely by the existence of legal socialization related to Fishing Gear (API) that is safe and how to use it properly for the community and especially fishermen in Indonesia
Kebijakan Pajak Terhadap Perdagangan Elektronik
The Indonesian government has implemented a tax on electronic system trading transactions (PMSE) with Law Number 2 of 2020. Business actors appointed as Electronic System Trading Implementers (PPMSE) face various problems. This study aims to explore the role of e-commerce platforms in the collection of Value Added Tax (VAT) and the problems faced by PPSME subjects in VAT collection activities. This study uses a normative juridical method with an analytical descriptive approach and employs a qualitative approach to systematically provide and describe regulations based on legislation, the relationship between legislation and legal issues. The research findings indicate that e-commerce platform provider companies are responsible for imposing VAT on transactions within the Customs area
RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING MARKETING LOCATION FOR NEW STUDENTS BASED ON K-MEAN CLUSTERING
Data on new student admissions is often not utilized, especially at STIKES Widyagama Husada Malang. In fact, this data could be very useful for developing marketing strategies, especially in determining marketing locations for the potential to increase the number of prospective new students in a more targeted and efficient manner. In this research, the implementation of the K-Means Clustering algorithm was chosen to solve the problem of the data mining process for new student admissions. The data in this study uses data on new student admissions for 2020–2023, totaling 375 registrant data with attributes such as gender, age, intended study program, school of origin, major of origin, wave of registration, total registration history, and selected registration information. 3 clusters were produced with dominance in the 2nd cluster; the highest number of new student admissions was 103 registrants, with the highest regional percentage of 57%, namely Kab. Malang (57%), followed by Kota Malang (18%). Meanwhile, the most popular study program is S1 Ilmu Keperawatan (48%). Based on this research, a pattern was produced that can be used as a source of new information for higher education institutions, which can be used to support location decisions in an efficient and targeted marketing strategy for new students, namely in Kab. Malang, so universities can promote the most popular study program, namely the Bachelor of Science in Nursing study program, as an effort to increase the number of prospective new student applicants in the coming year
