Kontrol dan Monitoring Level Secara Otomatis untuk Pemenuhan Sanitasi Air di Peternakan Ikan Cupang Sumde Betta Dusun Bago Kabupaten Tulungagung Jawa Timur
Fulfillment of water needs plays an important role in life in all sectors today. Water sanitation also has an important meaning for entrepreneurs in the field of fish seed cultivation. Where with good and adequate sanitation, it can improve the quality of the fish seeds themselves and indirectly can increase the purchasing power of the community which with the increase in purchasing power of the community will improve the economy of fish farmers. Dusun Bago is a village located in Tulungagung Regency. This village is one of the villages whose lives mostly depend on the cultivation of betta fish called Sumde Betta. However, in its development, this betta fish cultivation still has shortcomings in terms of water sanitation which is not yet optimal where all level controls in the tank as the main water supply are still done manually, not automatically. The impact of this manual sanitation system is that the community must monitor the water level manually and periodically. This method is considered ineffective considering that if the dry season arrives or there is damage to the tank which causes the water level to be at its lowest point, the community must immediately look for water reserves that are located kilometers from the cultivation site, even though the fish that live need continuous water circulation. Following up on this situation, we as the Community Service team took the initiative to support the development program of automatic tank level control and monitoring in the Sumde Beta betta fish farming. The development of this automatic level control system uses a microcontroller as a controller and an ultrasonic sensor as feedback and is equipped with continuous water monitoring, so that later in addition to the availability of water in the betta fish farming being met, savings in electricity and water can also be controlled optimally. With this automatic level control, savings in electricity costs can be realized.Pemenuhan kebutuhan air memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan di semua sektor saat ini. Sanitasi air juga memiliki arti penting bagi pengusaha di bidang budidaya benih ikan. Dimana dengan sanitasi yang baik dan memadai maka dapat meningkatkan kualitas dari benih ikan itu sendiri dan secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat yang mana dengan meningkatnya daya beli masyarakat maka akan meningkatkan perekonomian para petani ikan. Dusun Bago merupakan sebuah desa yang terletak di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Desa ini merupakan salah satu desa yang sebagian besar hidupnya bergantung pada budidaya ikan cupang yang bernama Sumde Betta. Namun dalam perkembangannya, budidaya ikan cupang ini masih terdapat kekurangan dalam hal sanitasi air yang belum maksimal dimana semua kontrol level pada tangki sebagai supply utama air masih dilakukan secara manual belum secara otomatis. Dampak dari sistem sanitasi yang masih manual ini yaitu masyarakat harus memantau tinggi level air secara manual dan berkala. Cara ini dianggap tidak efektif mengingat jika musim kering tiba atau adanya kerusakan pada tangki yang menyebabkan level air berada di titik terendah, maka masyarakat harus segera mencari cadangan air yang letaknya berkilo-kilo meter dari tempat budidaya tersebut, padahal ikan yang hidup membutuhkan sirkulasi air yang kontinyu. Menindaklanjuti situasi tersebut, maka kami selaku tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat memberikan inisiatif mendukung program pembangunan kontrol dan monitoring otomatis level tangki di budidaya ikan cupang Sumde Beta. Pembangunan sistem kontrol level otomatis ini menggunakan mikrokontroller sebagai kontroller dan sensor ultrasonic sebagai feedback dan dilengkapi dengan monitoring air secara kontinyu, sehingga nantinya selain ketersediaan air di budidaya ikan cupang terpenuhi, penghematan energi listrik dan air juga dapat dikontrol secara maksimal. Dengan adanya kontrol level otomatis tersebut maka penghematan akan pengeluaran biaya energi listrik dapat terwuju

The occurrence of defaults presents specific challenges, particularly in the form of discrepancies in online food purchase services. These inconsistencies can arise in E-commerce application transactions between food services and can lead to severe dissatisfaction. These losses can encompass unproductive time, inconvenience, which leads to difficulties, and even legal ramifications. The objective of this research is to ascertain whether the actions taken by food business participants in response to incorrect orders meet the criteria for breach of contract. Additionally, it seeks to identify and comprehend the legal ramifications of defaults committed by food business participants in relation to orders that do not align with E-commerce applications. This study employs normative legal research methodologies. The data gathering was conducted through the methods of content analysis, literature review, and document examination. The data analysis was conducted utilizing descriptive analytical techniques and a qualitative methodology. The research findings indicate that the Food Delivery Service Provider Business Partner's acts have violated the terms of the contract, leading to legal repercussions. Consequently, the consumer is entitled to pursue proper legal measures in this situation
Cash on Delivery in E-Commerce Indonesia: A Solution or a problem?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is one of the frequently utilized payment methods in Indonesian e-commerce, enabling buyers to settle payments for purchased goods upon their arrival at the designated address. However, the limited comprehension among the public regarding the COD mechanism gives rise to various legal predicaments, encompassing both criminal and civil aspects. This research endeavors to ascertain the psychological state of logistics partners who fall victim to consumers misconstruing the COD process, the legal quandaries prompted by COD, and legal remedies to these issues. Employing the normative juridical method with a statutory approach, supplemented by concepts, cases, and interviews, this study finds that, according to the Job Stress Scale measuring instrument, couriers experiencing a substantial volume of daily COD deliveries endure significant stress levels at 58.5%. The stress among couriers emanates from rampant instances of legal transgressions associated with COD, encompassing both criminal and civil domains. Consequently, addressing this challenge necessitates the provision of alternative payment modes such as bank transfers, digital wallets, or installment payments. Furthermore, the establishment of specialized COD regulations is imperative to mitigate the likelihood of similar occurrences in the future
Kedaulatan Hukum Untuk Pendidikan: Membangun Fondasi Generasi Emas 2045 Dalam Perspektif Hukum Progresif
Legal sovereignty in education is an important pillar in building the foundations of Indonesia's golden generation in 2045. This legal sovereignty includes the application and enforcement of laws that are fair and equitable, as well as supporting the education system to create a conducive environment. The law plays a crucial role which is clearly stated in the law -1945 Constitution, Based on Article 31 of the 1945 Constitution, education is regulated as a right of every citizen which must be guaranteed by the state. The world of education in Indonesia has not yet received more attention from the government. Even though it is clear that the Law above mandates that the government should be able to carry out equality in all regions in order to achieve the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045 itself. The author concludes that legal sovereignty in education to build the foundations for the golden generation of 2045 in a progressive legal perspective is very relevant for the government to strive for, therefore the central government and regional governments as policy makers need to concentrate on implementing the Rule of Law in the World of Education in Indonesia.Kedaulatan hukum dalam pendidikan menjadi pilar penting dalam membangun fondasi generasi emas Indonesia tahun 2045. PENGARUH WAKTU PEMBERIAN DAN DOSIS Trichoderma sp. UNTUK MENEKAN PERKEMBANGAN PENYAKIT MOLER (FUSARIUM OXYSPORUM) PADA BAWANG MERAH (Allium ascalonicum L.)
Penyakit moler pada bawang merah dapat menyebabkan penurunan hasil yang signifikan. Pengendalian menggunakan agen hayati, seperti Trichoderma sp., menjadi alternatif pengendalian penyakit yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh dosis dan waktu pemberian Trichoderma sp. terhadap perkembangan penyakit dan hasil bawang merah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) factorial. Faktor pertama adalah dosis Trichoderma sp. (350, 400, 450 kg/ha) dan waktu pemberian (sebelum tanam, setelah tanam, saat tanam). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara waktu pemberian dan dosis Trichoderma sp. berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat umbi basah/tanaman. Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan W3D3, W2D0 dan W2D1 berturut-turut sebesar 10.46 g/tanaman, 9.93 g/tanaman dan 9.72 g/tanaman. Begitu juga untuk umbi kering/tanaman bawang merah, ketiga perlakuan tersebut memberikan hasil yang paling berat berturut-turut sebesar 5.95 g/tanaman, 9.09 g/tanaman dan 8.90 g/tanaman. Interaksi kedua perlakuan maupun masing-masing perlakuan tunggal tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kejadian penyakit dankeparahan penyakit moler
PERBEDAAN KERAPATAN MANGSA TERHADAP PERILAKU DAN KEMAMPUAN PEMANGSAAN Sycanus annulicornis Dohrn. (Hemiptera: Reduviidae)
ABSTRAK
Pengendalian hayati merupakan alternatif yang efektif untuk mengurangi dampak negatif penggunaan pestisida sintetis, seperti resistensi hama, resurgensi, munculnya hama sekunder, pencemaran lingkungan, residu pada produk pertanian, dan risiko terhadap kesehatan manusia. Salah satu agen pengendalian hayati yang potensial adalah Sycanus annulicornis (Hemiptera: Reduviidae), predator polifagus yang mampu memangsa berbagai jenis hama defoliator. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari lama pencarian dan penanganan mangsa oleh S. annulicornis terhadap Spodoptera frugiperda, serta menganalisis kemampuan pemangsaan predator ini pada kerapatan mangsa yang berbeda. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan pengamatan terhadap perilaku pemangsaan S. annulicornis pada kerapatan mangsa 5, 10, dan 15 ekor S. frugiperda. Parameter yang diamati meliputi waktu pencarian mangsa pertama dan kedua, waktu penanganan mangsa, serta jumlah mangsa yang dimangsa setelah 1, 3, dan 6 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerapatan mangsa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan predasi S. annulicornis. Semakin tinggi kerapatan mangsa, semakin cepat waktu pencarian dan semakin tinggi jumlah mangsa yang dimangsa. Pada kerapatan 5 dan 15 ekor, waktu pencarian mangsa pertama masing-masing adalah 7 dan 3 menit, fenomena serupa juga terjadi pada pencarian mangsa kedua
Perpanjangan Masa Jabatan Kepala Desa Terhadap Prinsip Pembatasan Kekuasaan Berdasarkan Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi
In the post-amendment period to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, regulations regarding the administration of village government have been regulated in all kinds of national level legislation which have undergone changes and changes to regulations. Just as a country is led by a head of state, namely the President, the village government is also led by a Village Head. The plan to extend the term of office of village heads began with the initiation of APDESI and PPDI as well as thousands of masses of village heads from all over Indonesia who held a demonstration in front of the DPR RI Building on January 17 2023 by bringing demands to the DPR RI to revise RI Law No. 6 Years. 2014, namely in Article 39 paragraph (1) which regulates the term of office of the village head. Regulations for extending the term of office of village heads in Article 39 and Article 118 of Republic of Indonesia Law no. 3 Years. 2024 must be reviewed for its suitability with the concept of the rule of law and the principles of constitutionalism and democracy which are upheld in the regulation of terms of office according to the constitution which has then been confirmed in the Constitutional Court Decision Number 42/PUU-XIX/2021. This research is normative juridical legal research, which is generally carried out through examination of library materials or secondary data. The types of approaches that the author uses include the statute approach and the conceptual approach. The judge's considerations as legal considerations in the MKRI Decision No. 41/PUU-XIX/2021 which decides cases regarding the regulation of the term of office of village heads is the basic reference in this research on Republic of Indonesia Law no. 3 Years. 2024. Notary Deeds and Land Deed Official Deeds are authentic deeds that should be the legal basis for the status of property, rights and obligations of a person if there is an error in making the deed, the rights and obligations of the person will be revoked. Notaries and PPATs as public officials who are authorized to make authentic deeds regarding legal acts so that Notaries and PPATs have an important role in ensuring legal certainty, order and legal protection, through authentic deeds made by and before them. Thus, authentic deeds are strong evidence and if a case or dispute occurs in Court, therefore the Notary and PPAT deeds provide perfect proof. This study aims to analyze theoretically and practically in a comprehensive manner the responsibility for the involvement of Notaries and PPATs in the forgery of signatures on power of attorney deeds which are the basis for making sales and purchase deeds based on the Decision of the Tangerang District Court Number 709/ PDT.G/2016/PN.Tng. Through a normative legal approach, this study analyzes relevant laws and regulations. The results of the study indicate that unlawful acts committed by Notary/PPAT officials can be subject to administrative sanctions in the form of revocation of permits or disrespectful sanctions from professional organizations. Second, civil sanctions in the form of an obligation to pay compensation to the injured party. Third, criminal sanctions in the form of imprisonment based on the provisions of the Criminal Code (KUHP). The criminal sanctions that can be imposed on Notaries or PPATs who are proven to have falsified authentic deeds are quite severe
Implementasi Larangan Kepemilikan Tanah Secara Absentee
Land issues in Indonesia are increasingly complicated as the population increases. Today, the problem of land availability for growth covers various political, legal, social, and economic aspects of human life. Land is needed for every development, whether as a means of production, a place of trade, or a place of settlement. Even though a country's land is very limited, population growth and the amount of development will increase the need for land. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the law prohibits absentee land ownership and what happens to landowners who are known to have absentee property but choose not to immediately transfer their land rights. This paper examines related laws and regulations using a normative legal framework. The findings and results of this study indicate that the meaning of "absentee" is often interpreted differently, leading to legal ambiguity. This strategy is often applied inconsistently in the field, both across time and between regions. The idea of absentee land has become increasingly complicated as a result of population growth and technological advances. Laws and regulations relating to land owned by others need to be reviewed to be more in line with current developments. Law enforcement efforts need to be increased to prevent violations of restrictions on land owned by others. The community must actively participate in the decision-making process regarding policies on land owned by others
Konsep Pengalihan Protokol Oleh Notaris Dalam Bentuk Softfile
The State Archives include the Notary Protocol, which the Notary must keep properly. Law (UU) Number 43 of 2009 concerning Archives is a unique law that regulates archival activities, and because Notary Protocols are considered State Archives, their maintenance must be in accordance with applicable regulations. Current Notaries and future Notaries who wish to replace them will experience difficulties due to the high volume of minutes that are the Notary's responsibility. The main objectives of this research are to (1) clarify what are the obligations of notaries when transferring notary protocols in softfile form and (2) propose legislation to protect notaries who choose to store their protocols in Softfile. This research uses a normative juridical methodology, which examines it using a conceptual and law-based approach. The findings show that there are no rules governing proper softfile archiving of protocols. The absence of clear regulations makes it difficult to determine the legality of filing notary protocols online. It is time for the UUJN to be updated to reflect the current situation, considering the importance of softfile technology and the support it receives from laws such as the Archives Law and the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE). In this way, notaries can be more effective in their work and the validity and security of notary protocol data recorded in soft files can be guaranteed
